Hello lybrate-user- pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. Hi sir, I workout and obviously to recover the muscle fibres that I break down during my session I need protein so I was researching for internet that soyabean is a good source of protein and I also read that high doses of it increases estrogen in body causing manly boobs. Yes soyabean has rich amount of vegetable protein. You can have muully vegetable tamato, beat gazor etc has good amount of proteins you can have lean chicken meat and eggs milk these are rich in protein. But take it moderate amout son that you don't have indigestion.

Stress is an automatic response to psychological threats. It can be in two different ways - the psychological perception of pressure and the body’s response to it. Due to the hormonal changes in the body due to this pressure, the body’s fight or flight response is set in motion. 

Stress can be characterized into acute, episodic and chronic. Acute stress is short term stress which does not last long but may have long term effects if ignored. Episodic stress is short term stress but in situations which can be a daily occurrence, such as stressful situations in the workplace. Chronic stress refers to long term stress which has lasted over a long period of time. There are many different causes of stress such as work, relationships, personal appearance, societal norms, bereavement, health worries, major life changes etc. The cause of stress and the degree to which we experience them differs from person to person, with each of us having different levels of tolerance.

Some of the symptoms of stress include increased heart rate, sweating, anxiety, low energy, headaches, insomnia, frequent colds or infections etc. Here are a few ways you can manage stress:

1. Practice deep breathing exercises:

One main symptom of stress is staggered breathing. When we experience stressful situations, we tend to breathe faster and more rapidly. Practicing deep breathing helps you normalize your breathing and bring your heart rate back down to normal.

2. Try progressive muscle relaxation:

This concept requires you to consciously identify all the muscles in your body which are tensing and relax them. In order to do this you will have to first consciously tense the muscles in your body and know what that feels like, then relax them and learn what that feels like.

3. Use guided imagery:

Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes, and try to visualize your ‘happy place.’ This is the place you feel at peace. Imagine the sights, sounds, smells and feel of that place. The next time you feel yourself start to feel stressed try this technique.

4. Make time for hobbies:

We all have so much work to complete in the day or week that we forget to give ourselves some time off. It is important that you take some time off to do things which you enjoy. For example, you may like reading or painting or fishing. Alot a time in the week for you to do these activities. This will help you destress and help put you in a more relaxed state.

5. Be aware of your stressors:

It is important that we identify the things which cause us stress. Once we are aware of our stressors we can consciously make an effort to relax before going into the task. Make a plan before going to tackle the task which is causing the stress.

Hello, for hyperpigmented marks, apply homoeopathic berberis aquefolium ointment. If you are talking about acne pits on the skin, then they can only be taken care with the help of various skin treatments like microdermabrasion, skin polishing, chemical peels, laser, etc. But getting totally rid off this is a bit not possible.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. Hi, there are various method / products available to whiten teeth. The most effective is in-office whitening done by a dental professional. I have irregular periods from menarche. Der is interval of 4 to 5 months in a cycle. My weight ws 60 kgs 2 years back but suddenly I gained weight. Now it is 85kgs constant from 2 yrs. Aftr exercise from 1 yr. I showed doctor c told I hv mild hirsutism n no features of acne. N prescribed deviry tablets fr 5 days. What should I do more. I gt tested regarding this.

You should follow these very important and simple things to prevent stone formation & to get sure treatment of kidney stones: 1. First take a lot of fluid daily. The more you drink water and fluid, the less amount of deposit accumulate in kidney. So you have to make your kidneys healthy just only by drinking 2-3 liters (10-12 glasses) of water. 2. Stones are mainly formed of calcium and oxalate. So take very low quantity of milk, cheese, cream and dairy products. 3. Do not take strawberry, plum, spinach and tomatoes. These fruits and vegetables are rich in oxalate. So avoid them to prevent from kidney stones. 3. Stop taking supplementary vitamin d and calcium medication. 4. Avoid animal protein diet- eggs, red meat, fish in diet. 5. Take less amount of salt, pickle and western foods. They have high amount of sodium. So avoid it. 6. Urinary infection are also one of the cause of stone. So take proper antibiotic treatment of urinary infection on time. Even when you feelburning sensation or pain during urination, don't avoid it. Take medication as soon as possible. I hope you follow them in your life andstay healthy. 7. You can take gokshur tablets of himalaya for 3 months. It definitely get relief from kidney stones. 8. You can also take neeri syrup 1-2 table spoon with a glass of water at least for 1 month.
