Whats are benefits of taking green tea? And what is the suitable time to take it in morning or evening.
Green Tea has antioxidants which are good for health. However similarly antioxidants are also available in all natural products like fruits and vegetables. There is no research or scientific evidence to show that green tea can create any weight loss. Most of such weight loss myths are created for marketing of products. Such myths lead people to splurge on samosas etc. followed by Green Tea, in the hope that the Tea will take care of the excess fats and carbs consumed. Thus instead of losing weight they end up gaining weight. The bottom line is - the only way to reduce weight is by following simple natural diet low on Fat/Oil/Sugar/Salt/Maida.. and + daily Intense exercise. Take charge of your health and be a master of your body.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) consult physician for further management.

HEADACH As of now for headache you can take tablet Paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate.

Ovulation normally occurs 14 days prior to next expected period. In those with even little irregularity one is not sure of next expected period so one can not mathematically predict. Unprotected sex roughly around ovulation is important for pregnancy and that is why couple has to have patience of 12-24 months. If more irregularity then must meet Gynecologist or Infertility specialist who would advise reports.

10 Tips To Stay Healthy With Type 1 Diabetes

1-healthy eating having diabetes means learning how to count carbohydrates and how the foods you eat affect your blood sugar. A healthy meal plan also includes complex carbohydrates, protein, fiber (beans, whole grains, fruits and vegetables), lots of green, leafy vegetables, and limited amounts of heart-healthy fats.

2-being active physical activity can help you keep blood sugar levels normal and manage your diabetes. Being active can also improve your mood and reduce your feelings of stress and anxiety.

3-monitoring checking your blood sugar levels regularly gives you information about your diabetes management. Monitoring helps you know when your blood sugar levels are within your target range and helps you to make choices in what you eat and what you do.

4-taking medication obviously, it's important that you take your insulin, but it's vitally important that you understand how much to take in certain situations. This comes from careful monitoring of your blood sugar levels and getting to know the cause and effect between your insulin therapy and your blood sugar levels.

5-problem solving everyone encounters problems with their diabetes control. If/when you have a problem, you need to know how to troubleshoot your self-care. This can include analyzing and evaluating your situation and thinking about what was different from usual that could have affected your blood sugar. It also means coming up with solutions to try, as well as looking at what worked and what didn't. Don't get bitter, get better.

6-reducing risks you can take steps now to lower your risks of developing health problems in the future. I think this last point is vitally important, and I want to share three options for managing the stress of living with diabetes:

8-be kind to yourself. Do the best that you can do. It's important to feel good about your successes. Give yourself credit when you are successful at managing your blood sugar and don't be overly critical of yourself if you fall short of a goal.

9-seek support from a network of family and friends who you can talk to when you are upset. Seek opportunities to meet other people with diabetes, such as attending support groups or participating in online forums (such as podcasts or tweet chats), so that you won't feel isolated and alone. Talk to a psychologist or other mental health provider who provides diabetes-focused therapy if you feel depressed or overwhelmed.

10.-choose to have a positive attitude, and cultivate it every day, but also accept when you feel down about diabetes. To have occasional negative thoughts is normal; research has shown that acknowledging those thoughts may help people with diabetes keep their blood sugar levels stable. Acknowledge, but don't dwell; living with a negative mindset will limit your ability to cope. The way you think about events can influence your mood, thoughts and actions.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports Consult Physician for Further Management

Hi, take homoeo medicine: @ sulphur 30-6 pills dly morning for a wk & revert. @ nux vom-30-6 polls, thrice a day. Take plenty of water to regulate metabolism and to soften stool to b evacuated, smoothly in order to ease your constipation. Take, simple, non- irritant, digestible diet on time. * Don't'try' to sleep or wait for sleep to come. It's a deep relaxed state. So only when we let go everything even with the expectation  of sleep. Sleep doesn’t come. Just lie down in bed on decided time, put on some relaxation instrumental music and observe breath. With every breath say. Deep sleep/ relax/ calm (whichever word suits you) * Other Tips Avoid napping during the day. It can disturb the normal pattern of sleep and wakefulness. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol atleast 4 hours before bedtime.  Exercise can promote good sleep. Vigorous exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. A relaxing exercises of yoga, can be done before bed to help initiate a restful night's sleep. Food can be disruptive right before sleep.  keep a gap of 2 to 3 hours between  large meals  and bedtime. Establish a regular relaxing bedtime routine. Try to avoid emotionally upsetting conversations and activities before trying to go to sleep. Don't dwell on, or bring your problems to bed. Associate your bed with sleep. It's not a good idea to use your bed to watch TV, listen to the radio, or read. Learn some meditation techniques to cope with stress which is a common cause of sleep disturbance.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

There are many reasons for ulcers for ex:- stress ulcer, drug allergy, systemic disease, multi-vitamin deficiency, stomach upset etc. I suggest you visit a dentist to find the etiology of ulcer for proper treatment.
