Hello Are you taking any vitamins tablets? Drink plenty of water and some juice and milk. Sometimes vitamins can cause yellow urine or concentrated urine. Breast feeding mother also needs to take more fluids. Advice to go to Laboratory to check urine also. You can send me reports.

I'm suffering from irregular menses please help me out I'm using homeopathy medicines but no use of it.
Irregular periods are mostly due to hormone imbalance. Those who have this problem also sometimes have other symptoms such as weight gain, abnormal facial and body hair, pigmentation, hair fall, pms, painful periods and family history of diabetes. Although there are some exceptions always. The condition once diagnosed is called pcod\pcos. I suggest you go through a comprehensive gynae checkup ; sonography and blood investigations as recommended by your doctor. Life style modification in the direction of health living is the first step towards curing the problem.

I would advice her to maintain a menstrual calender for the next 6 months. In all likelihood it will become regular. However if she has had unprotected intercourse this month I would also advice her to get a urine pregnancy test done.

Hi Lyberate user. Congratulations on the double good news! A normal delivery is possible if your 1st twin is in head down position. However if the 1st twin is in breech (head up and buttock down) position, its best to opt for caesrean delivery as it in this position, there can be several complication which can at times be fatal for the baby. hope this has been helpful.

Tips for Good Mental Health

1. Know the friends or people who tend to wear you out, and deliberately limit the time you spend with them.
2. Be aware of how your thought patterns change throughout the day, and challenge these thought patterns when they’re harsh or negative.
3. Recognise that it is normal to struggle with your feelings, and feelings can be fickle – so don’t let them rule your life.
4. Set some personal goals that use your talents and your gifts. It’s good to stretch ourselves, and to be all that we can be.
5. Be gentle with yourself when you are anxious, tired and stressed. Be kind, and understanding – and give yourself a break.
6. Self-nurturing is crucial for a healthy self esteem. You need to treat yourself as you would treat a special friend.
7. Remember: we ALL fail. It’s just normal part of life. What matters is you’re learning and you’re changing over time.
