No it does not. If you have reduced bleeding often meet Gynecologist. If you are sexually active and reduced bleeding better to check with urine pregnancy test.

After I had a sex on 20/06/2016 night I got my period after 4 days then on next month I got my periods on 26/07/2016 & then on next month on 25/08/2016 but two periods are normal & 3rd period is very less as it last for 2 days & my tummy is outside & I am feeling lil bit lazy so am I pregnant or not?

Hi lybrate-user, please share details of surgery it will be better if you share video so that cause for pain can be understood. Since you are Young please also check for ovarian reserve as you could have problem in conceiving due to low ovarian reserve.

Do exercise How to Reduce Breast Size with Home Remedies Green Tea to Reduce Breast Size Green tea is one of the effective ingredients that will help you to reduce the body weight, thus will help to reduce the increased size of your breasts. It contains catechins, which stimulate the body to burn the deposited calories. I must mention here one of the most important usages of green tea. Its regular consumption reduces the risk of breast cancer apart from decreasing the size of the breasts. Things we need : Hot water – 1 cup Green tea leaves: 1 tsp Honey (for taste) – 1 tsp Process: Take 1 cup of hot water and add 1 tsp of green tea powder to it. Cover it and let it steep for few minutes. Strain it and drink it warm. Drink this amazing tea at least twice or thrice a day to reduce the breast size. Flaxseed to Reduce Breast Size Omega-3 fatty acid is the property, which helps to reduce the estrogen level in the body. And flaxseed is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, thus its consumption ultimately help to reduce the size of the breasts. Things we need: Hot water- 1 glass Ground flaxseed – 1 tbsp Process: Take 1 glass of hot water and add 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed to it. Stir it properly and drink it hot. Drink it one time a day will help you to reduce the breast size. In the place of ground flaxseed, you can also intake 1 tbsp of flaxseed oil daily to reduce the breast size. Ginger Tea to Reduce Breast Size The consumption of ginger helps to burn the accumulated body fat by increasing the metabolic rate of the body. If you burn fat then ultimately you will be able to reduce the size of your breasts as breasts include fatty adipose tissues in them. Things we need: Ginger root – 1 tbsp Water – 1 ½ cup Honey (for taste) – 1 tbsp Saucepan Strainer Process: Take 1 ½ water in a saucepan and boil it in low flame for few minutes. Neem and Turmeric to Reduce Breast Size This remedy is useful particularly for the nursing mothers, who often face inflammation of the breasts during breastfeeding. The use of neem and turmeric help to reduce the size of the breasts as both the ingredients contain anti-inflammatory properties. Things We Need: Water – 2 cups Neem leaves -2 handful Turmeric powder – 2 tsp Honey (for taste)- 2 tsp Saucepan Strainer Process: Take 2 cups of water in a saucepan Add the neem leaves to it and boil it in low flame for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and add the turmeric powder to it. Also, add the honey and stir well. Drink this tea hot. Take this tea daily till you get desired results in reducing the breast size. Other Home Remedies to Reduce Breast Size Apart from the home remedies that are mentioned above, there are some other natural remedies that you can use to reduce the size of the breasts. Read on to know more about them. Egg White and Onion to Reduce Breast Size: Whisk the white part of 1 egg and apply it on the breasts. Leave it for 20 to 25 minutes. Then take the juice of 1 onion and mix 1 glass of water in it. Now, wash the egg white with the onion juice mixed water. This remedy will help to reduce the size of the breasts. Guarana to Reduce Breast Size: Vastly used in breast reduction pills, this herb can be used raw to reduce the size of the breasts. Guarana contains tannin and caffeine, which helps to increase the metabolic rate of the body, thus helps to reduce the size of the breasts by targeting the adipose fatty tissues in the breasts. Fenugreek to Reduce Breast Size: The use of fenugreek seeds can make your breasts look smaller by toning up the breast tissues and making it firm. Step 4: Now, take some more oil in your left hand and apply it to the area next to the nipple of your right breast. Massage it in circular motions starting from inside to the outside. Perform this massage at least for 10-15 minutes. Follow the same procedure for the left breast also. Follow this massage therapy at least twice a day, morning as well as evening to reduce the breast size naturally and effectively. Note: Do not wear the bra immediately soon after the massage. Wait for some time till the skin absorbs the oil fully. Diet to Reduce Breast Size As weight gain and fat deposition in various parts of the body are few of the main reasons of heavier breasts, you need to take special care regarding your diet to reduce your breast size. Citrus Fruit Juices: The intake of citrus fruit juices help to reduce the size of the boobs effectively. Citrus fruits contain a good amount of Vitamin C in them, which help to burn the deposited fat in the body by increasing the metabolic rate of the body. You can drink 2 glasses of any citrus fruit juice, such as sweet lime, orange, cranberry, grape fruit, etc. To reduce the breast size Consume Fish: Eating fish will definitely help you to reduce breast size as it is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, which is very helpful in burning fat. Have a look at some of the exercises to reduce breast size. Light Weight Lifting to Reduce Breast Size This exercises works by working on the chest muscles. How to Do: Sit straight on a chair. Hold the dumbbells in each hand. Lift them up and then bring them back to the initial position. Perform this exercise as many times as you can to reduce the size of the breasts. Push ups to Reduce Breast Size This exercise works to reduce the breast size by working on the shoulder and chest muscles. How to Do: Lie on your stomach on the floor. Stretch your legs straight by keeping your feet close to each other. Keep your palms firm on the ground and fingers slightly apart. Push you chest upwards and remain in that position for 2 seconds. Return to the initial position. Repeat this process at least 10 to 15 times a day to get your desired breast size. Decline Presses to Reduce Breast Size This exercise helps to reduce the breast size by tightening the chest area. How to do: Lie on your back on a decline bench. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands. Stretch your hands upwards, and then come back to the initial position slowly. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day to notice a change in the size of your breasts. Incline Press to Reduce Breast Size This exercise works by toning up the muscles in the chest area. How to do: Lie straight on a bench with your back. Hold the dumbbells in each of your hands above your head. Slowly bring the dumbbells down towards your chest. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times a day to reduce the breast size. Other Exercises to Reduce Breast Size Swimming: It is a very good exercise to reduce the breast size as it works well on the chest as well as on the shoulder muscles. It is a good exercise for the whole body, which helps to burn the accumulated fat in the body, thus ultimately helps to reduce the breast size. Apart from that swimming also firms up the breasts. Climbing the Stairs: Climb the stairs every day for 15 to 20 minutes to burn out the excess fat from the various parts of the body including the breast area. Jogging: Jogging is another exercise, which helps to reduce the accumulated body fat by working on the entire body. So jog for 20 to 30 minutes every day in the morning as well as in the evening to reduce the excess adipose fat from the breast area. Tips Do not eat fatty or oily food as you know that fat accumulation is one of the main reasons of heavier breasts. Do not eat junk and processed food as these foods contain unsaturated fat, which may further increase your breast size. Stay away from sweets as the consumption of these makes the person fat, thus the increased breast size. Follow an exercise regime daily to burn the calories and keep yourself fit. Involve in some physical activities so that there will be no fat accumulation in your body. Eat smaller portions of meals. In spite of taking 3 large meals, divide the meals to 6 smaller portions, which will help you keep full throughout the day. This method will curb your hunger pangs and consumption of more food to make you fat. Wear a full coverage bra with right size.

What Is Female Sexual Dysfunction?

Constant problems in women  during intimate activity is enough to send you or your partner in agony. It is important to understand that it can be due to female sexual dysfunction. Female sexual dysfunction can happen at any stage of a woman's life and can be lifelong, but os usually acquired later in life. Also it can be due to some situations or all sexual situations.

Symptoms
Women with sexual dysfunction might show the following symptoms:

  • Decreased sexual desire: A lack of interest and willingness to engage in sexual activity is the most common symptom of female sexual dysfunction.
  • Sexual arousal disorder: The desire of involving in sexual activity might be present, but it is difficult to become aroused or unable to maintain the arousal during the act.
  • Orgasmic disorder: One experiences repeated and constant difficulty in attaining orgasm despite of an orgasm and stimulation.
  • Sexual pain disorder: Pain is experienced on vaginal contact or stimulation

Causes
Following can contribute to dysfunction:

  • Medical conditions like kidney failure, heart diseases, cancer, and multiple sclerosis can lead to dysfunction. Some medicines like the antihistamines, antidepressants and blood pressure medicines can lead to a lowered sexual desire and an inability to experience orgasm.
  • Hormonal changes during pregnancy, after a baby and menopause also affect the sexual activity. The estrogen levels fall postmenopausal and change the genital tissues along with the sexual responsiveness. It is believed that a decrease in estrogen levels leads to a decrease in the blood flow of the pelvic region, thus leading to more time for an orgasm.
  • An anxiety or depression, which has not been treated can lead to sexual dysfunction. A history of sexual abuse or stress that has been present for a long time also leads to dysfunction.
  • A conflict with the partner in the relationship or about sex can also decrease sexual responsiveness.

Treatment
Non-medicated treatment

  • Openly communicating with your partner about your likes and dislikes makes a great difference
  • Regular exercising gives a boost to the stamina and elevates the mood thus increasing romantic feelings. Use of alcohol should be decreased
  • Taking help from a therapist in case of problems with sex and relationships
  • Use of device and lubricants can help in arousal

U should immediately take i-pill to prevent pregnancy. This pill is designed only for emergency situations so as you r married, you should use regular oc pills like novelon or femilon to prevent pregnancy.

I have uterus cancer and done radiation therapy and chemo therapy before 6 years. I regularly go through the check up. Today I have seen a little bit of white discharge from my Vagina. Is this normal or my cancer is recurring? Please help.

White vaginal discharge is usually due vaginal candidiasis (fungal infection). But you should get yourself examined by your doctor.

Browsing on the phone before you sleep can potentially cause serious damage to your health. According to studies the side effects can be far reaching and detrimental for your overall health. It can disrupt your sleep and contributes to several complications like heart diseases, obesity, etc.

Following are the bad effects of browsing on the phone before bed:

  1. Browsing on the phone till late in the night affects your sleeping pattern and deprives your body from the rest it requires. Loss and lack of sleep significantly contributes to various health problems like poor sleep, depression, stroke, cardiovascular problems, obesity etc.
  2. Staring at a bright screen for a long time before sleeping can slow down the activity of neurons that make you sleepy, thereby, keeping you in a state of wakefulness. Staring at artificial lights suppresses melatonin, the sleep hormone, which affects the sleep wake cycle of your body.
  3. Browsing on the phone before sleep also takes a toll on your eyes. It can cause serious damage to your eyes if you make a habit out of it. You can see visible signs if you wake up with dark circles in the morning and feel tired and lousy. Looking at brightly lit screen for a long time especially in the dark puts a lot of strain in your eyes and also affects mental health.
  4. Browsing on the phone till late in the night will make it difficult for you to wake up on time. The light on your cell phone affects your sleep, which can even trigger insomnia. Lack of sleep affects your alertness and concentration level and makes you feel drowsy and exhausted.

 अगर अब तक आप सोचा करते थे कि आप और आपके पार्टनर के बीच कोई स्पेशल केमिस्ट्री है तो अब यह साबित हो चुका है कि आप सही हैं। हाल में हुए अनुसंधान में यह बात सामने आई है कि पूरे आवेग से लिया गया चुंबन एक खास किस्म के कांप्लेक्स केमिकल को दिमाग की तरफ भेजता है, जिससे व्यक्ति खुद को ज्यादा उत्तेजित, खुश अथवा आरामदायक स्थिति में महसूस करता है। यह भी अनुमान सामने आया है कि चुंबन के दौरान यह हारमोन मुंह के जरिए एक-दूसरे के शरीर में स्थानांतरित होता है और तत्काल असर करता है। विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि इस शोध से यह बात सामने आई है कि चुंबन दरअसल कहीं ज्यादा जटिल शारीरिक प्रक्रिया है और यह हारमोनल परिवर्तन के लिए जिम्मेदार भी है। उनका कहना है कि चुंबन से एक साथ बहुत कुछ घटित होता है जिसका विश्लेषण किए जाने की जरूरत है। बहरहाल विशेषज्ञ अब यह जानना चाहते हैं कि महज दो होठों के स्पर्श से कैसे दिमाग को इतना जबरदस्त इमोशनल रिस्पांस देता है। लिहाजा चुंबन के बारे में रिसर्च अब हारमोन्स के स्तर पर चल रही है। इस सिलसिले में 15 जोड़ों में लड़कों के साथ और लड़कियों के साथ आक्सीटॉनिक और कोर्टीसोल हारमोन का लेवेल चुंबन से पहले और चुंबन के बाद जांचा गया। पाया गया कि चुंबन के बाद आक्सीटॉनिक जो कि व्यक्ति में एक-दूसरे के करीब आने की इच्छा उत्पन्न करता है उसका स्तर बढ़ा हुआ था और कोर्टीसोल जो कि तनाव पैदा करने वाला हारमोन है उसका स्तर गिरा गया था। बहरहाल अभी यह रिसर्च जारी है और उम्मीद है कि चुंबन- जो कि अपने भीतर प्रेम और सेक्स के कई राज छुपाए हुए है- जल्दी प्रेमियों के सामने आ जाएंगे। वैसे वैज्ञानिकों के लिए भले ही चुंबन इस वक्त अजूबा हो मगर इसके असर की चर्चा तो सदियों से रही है।
