Acne is the result of overactive oil glands at the base of hair follicles. Enlargement of sebaceous glands and an increase in sebum production occur with increased androgen (dhea-s) production. Treatment of acne depend on type of acne (popular, pustulure, nodular, cystic etc). As preventive aspect take a proper sleep, lot of water, green vegetables, low fat diet and fresh fruits.

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

At first you should (1) avoid spicy foods, fast foods and junk foods (2) add dates and yogurt with your diet (3) take plenty of fruits and vegetables and unprocessed foods (4) drink milk or butter milk (5) use weight gainer supplement (6) take high protein and high calorie foods such as almond, nuts, peanuts, mushrooms, lentil, cottage cheese, fish, egg, lean chicken etc (7) no water before meals (8) use bigger plate (9) eat more often with large quantity (10) add cream, butter etc with foods (11) stay stress free and take quality sleep (12) reduce smoking and drinking alcohol (13) drink water 3lit/day (14) do exercise like yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. All these will help you.

How to remove unwanted hairs permanently? For a girl why hairs grow on areas of body other than usual areas like head underarms etc? For example on stomach, under chin and on breast. Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hi lybrate-user, hair loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. There are various causes of irregular period , but the most common is a hormone imbalance. And some other causes are mainly -Stress -New cycle , that is the irregularity experienced by some young girls at the onset of the periods. Their cycle can be irregular for months or years whilst it is establishing itself. -Dietary problems , e.g. Anorexia, bulimia or simply poor diet -Too much exercise -Drugs - prescription and recreational -Break in routine -Thoughts and emotions -Sexual activity - especially when it is a new occurrence -Anxiety about pregnancy -Illness or physiological imbalance e.g. Thyroid conditions (-i suggest you some home remedy -Take ½ teaspoon finely ground cinnamon (dalchini) every night along with 1 cup milk. -Powder 1 teaspoon dried mint (pudina) leaves and take with 1 teaspoon honey, thrice daily. First see there's no dandruff. If it's hereditary, pl tell. For the time being apply olive+seasame- coconut oils over scalp daily. If dandruff too, add karanj oil too. Take leafy greens.
