Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

Hello Dear , Dysmenorrhoea is a medical term for painful menstruation or menses or periods. Pain during menses is the most disturbing. It may be due to cramps and congestion of the uterus or ovaries. Usually, it occurs just before and during menses.

My period cycle starts on around 9th of each month and lasts for 4-7 days normally. I had viral fever and throat pain last month and I had to take many medicines (paracetamol, ibuprofen, zifi 200 and amoxicillin) for recovery. As a result when my period started on 9th April, it kept on going till end of April. I had no spotting on alternate days in month end and I thought that everything is fine but now I have full flow again. It seems that next cycle has preponed. I am in UK and I visited the health centre and doctor performed finger test, pregnancy test and smear test. All seems fine so far but don't know why cycle being irregular. Also, I noticed some dark color stool few times. I have blood test and ultrasound appointment on 10th and 28th May respectively. Could you please tell me what all these symptoms tend to? I am afraid that this much blood loss which is running for more than 20 days can make me much much weak. Please advice on dietary habit as well. Also, please suggest on exercise routine. I am a yoga lady but this time I started gymming on month end which I had to stop once I had full flow again. Should I not go to gym during periods. I just do running and light exercises. No weight lifting or heavy stuff.

Menses are not meant to be very regular. But what you have suffered, I e bleeding for almost 20 days is abnormal. The infection has nothing to do with it. But may be coincidentally you had a weak lining of the uterus which was shed over days and hence the bleeding for 20 days. Ideally no menses should alst for more than 5-7 days. And one must visit a gynecologist to get checked. In patients who have excess bleeding, in india at elast the doctor would have prescribed some medicines to stop bleeding and then put you on hormones if required. The blood loss is making you weak. But why did you allow it to go on for 20 days? surely you could have seeked help before that. Also in nhs scheme they take a long time to do things, I presume. In india by now your doctor would have already done the blood tests, hormone tests, sonography etc. But nevertheless, do these tests and let's hope the results are ok you can continue the gym and yoga is it does not tire you. Do cardiovascular and toning exercises on alternate days. Take a weekly off from gym. Meet a dietician and chart out a diet to account for your exercise related energy spend in the gym.

Acne or pimples is a chronic disease involving the pilosebaceous follicles. Sebaceous glands are found most abundantly on the face and scalp, though they are present on every part of the skin except the palms of the hands and soles of the feet. Though the sebaceous gland is a mini organ, it is anatomically and functionally related to the hair follicle. Cutaneous disorders attributed to the sebaceous gland are really disorders of the entire pilosebaceous unit. The areas most commonly involved in acne are the face, upper chest, and back. Other less common areas include the upper arms, buttocks, and upper thighs. Acne arises from the interaction of 4 factors 1. Excess sebum production caused by androgenic stimulation of sebaceous glands; 2. Outlet obstruction of the sebaceous follicle arising from excess production of keratinocytes (the basic cell of the epidermis); 3. Increased proliferation of the bacteriaPropionibacterium acnes that normally live in the sebaceous follicle; and 4. Inflammation caused by sebum escaping into the surrounding skin. Excessive manipulation by the patient, causing the primary lesions to disappear and leaving excoriated, raw-looking marks. This is called acne excoriée and can cause scar formation. Follow a healthy lifestyle with diet rich in vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water, go for regular exercise. Hye. Water is needed to clear your system, remove toxins from the body and for all the life processes. Water is about 71% of your body. Drinking water in itself won't cause fat loss. Drink water enough to avoid dehydration and not too much so as to cause toxicity. Water should be boiled and cooled, stored in an earthen pot or copper vessel. Warm or room temperature depending on the season.

You have not specified readings! and its not related to irregular periods. Eat lots of garlic. 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2.
