You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Calc phos 200x + Nat phos 200x , 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Sir, i am suffering from hand finger pain and leg pain severely for more than 5 years. If i take tablets that time is o.K. If i stopped medicine again i am suffering from that pain. I went and took medicine from ortho doctor, rhemotology doctor as well as neuro docotor also. I went to siddha doctor also they said to do oil massage if i do that massage i feel too better but i cannot spent that much amount to do massage, i do not have time to go to Government hospital also because i am working. Will u kindly suggest me from what way i will get relief from this pain. Please

Yes it is definately possible to control it by exercises. Osteoarthirits is a degenrative disorder. It can be controlled by professionaly designed physiotherapeutic exercises by restoring the balance between all the muscles around the knee thus preventing erosion of the joints. Exercises will prevent its speedy deterioration and improve quality of life. And yes painkillers are not the solution.

I am 22 years old. I did some neck exercise which was on the internet and it resulted in leaving dark rings around my neck. This makes me look older. Please help.

Neck exercise is good for neck but it has to be done properly very slowly no jerky movement at all. It better to do this under super vision of physiotherapist. You might have done it bit more. These exercises are done for stiff neck or spondilytis pt. Give some rest to the neck muscle to recoup then learn it from physiotherapist. Then do it. It will be alright.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Treating your sprained ankle properly may prevent chronic pain and instability. For a Grade I sprain, follow the R.I.C.E. Guidelines: Rest your ankle by not walking on it. Limit weight bearing. Use crutches if necessary; if there is no fracture you are safe to put some weight on the leg. An ankle brace often helps control swelling and adds stability while the ligaments are healing. Ice it to keep down the swelling. Don't put ice directly on the skin (use a thin piece of cloth such as a pillow case between the ice bag and the skin) and don't ice more than 20 minutes at a time to avoid frost bite. Compression can help control swelling as well as immobilize and support your injury. Elevate the foot by reclining and propping it up above the waist or heart as needed.   Swelling usually goes down with a few days. Once you can stand on your ankle again, please go to a Physiotherapist, who will prescribe exercise routines to strengthen your muscles and ligaments and increase your flexibility, It's important to complete the rehabilitation program because it makes it less likely that you'll hurt the same ankle again. If you don't complete rehabilitation, you could suffer chronic pain, instability and arthritis in your ankle. If your ankle still hurts, it could mean that the sprained ligament has not healed right, or that some other injury also happened. To prevent future sprained ankles, pay attention to your body's warning signs to slow down when you feel pain or fatigue, and stay in shape with good muscle balance, flexibility and strength in your soft tissues.

Precautions: 1. Use soft gel soles in you r shoes. 2. Take rest for 1-2mins after standing 5-10mins. 3. Do back strengthening exs daily at least twice/day. 4. Stretching exs 5. Do not transfer you r body weight equally to both limbs during standing period. Take care.
