Laparoscopic hernia repair is the best option. Surgery should be done at t centre where sleep apnea can be managed well after surgery.

I am from Bhopal and sleep apnea patient. I want to repair inguinal hernia both side. My past experience is very bad with general anesthesia. I want surgery with local or spine anesthesia (without G A) I want to know which surgery is best for me. Open or laparoscopic surgery. I am planning to operate 20 to 22 may. With cash less insurance policy.

There after doing FRCS in 1990, he worked at Charing Cross Medical School, London and associated hospitals. Laparoscopic surgery was started by his team at that hospital. 
On his return from UK in 1996, he joined Apollo Hospitals as one of the youngest senior consultants. He was also conferred with the prestigious FACS (USA) in 2019.
