Hi, I'm rajesh I'm 5.10 in height and weighing 50 kg. I'm lost my weight due to masturbation. Can you suggest me some...
Hello- >excessive masturbation will definitely leads towards weight loss and can be the reason of any serious disease in the future. Semen is the utmost precious thing in the body which is responsible for internal immunity. The whole life revolves around semen (according to ayurveda), so in any circumstances it can not be wasted. >try these tips and treatment for weight gain (specially in excessive masturbation patients)- 1) stop masturbating asap. 2) avoid late night workouts and diet like fast foods, spicy diet etc. 3) intake of non-veg diet (soup etc) will be beneficial for you. 4) dairy products like milk, ghee etc will provide both muscle mass and will also cure the deficiency created due to excessive masturbation. Try this ayurvedic treatment) #use maha mash tail for body massage daily (this is the best muscle gainer oil in ayurveda) #use kushmandawleha 1 tsp twice daily. #use shila pravanga special 1 tab twice daily. >try these and you will get effects within a weeks time.

Lybrate-userji, looking at the blood sugar report, it is clear that she has very high levels, (t2 diabetes). Needs to be treated with appropriate drugs, diet control and daily exercise. The problem must have been there for over a few months, that is why sugar levels are so high. Along with the treatment for diabetes, please get her eyes checked for ruling out any possibility of diabetic retinopathy. Go to any good eye specialist and get retinal examination done within next few days. If you want me advise on specific drug treatment and other details, then please come in a private conversation where I can guide specifically including giving prescriptions for the same. In this communication we are supposed to give only general advise. Also see that she avoids sweets completely, reduces intake of deep fried foods, avoids junk foods, pastries, white bread and other bakery items. She should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits about 100 g a day. Should walk for 1 hour every day. Thanks for the question.

Yes it is curable - -it can come up of stress/depression/over use of the parts/improper rest/sleep, etc. Please use -- natural aphrodisiacs which can improve your libido and prevent premature ejaculation. This would include carrots, fennel seeds, celery, bananas, garlic, onion, ginger, shellfish, lettuce etc. - including these foods in your daily diet will ensure that you remain free from sexual problems, including premature ejaculation. Also take a dose of acid phos 1m/single dose and revert after 2 weeks. Avoid watching porn.

Early ejaculation is due to many reasons. Like too infrequent sex, over excirment, mostly controlled my mind, Common solutions are , divert mind while enjoying sex, don?t get much involved, and slow down all activities , take a break, and start stop and start. Delays the time of ejaculation. If satisfied okay, otherwise consult me privately.

Please telling me for reason of dangu and malaria and suggestions me for this takecare me and my family.
Dengue Fever is Caused due to the bite of an infected female aedes aegypti mosquito, the disease can be fatal if Dengue Hemorrhagic fever or dengue shock syndrome developed Once bitten it takes about 3-10 days for the symptoms to appear. Malaria: A bite from a parasite-infected mosquito causes malaria. There are four species of malaria parasites that infect mosquitoes. Because the parasites that cause malaria affect red blood cells, people can also catch malaria from exposures to infected blood, including: From mother to unborn child Through blood transfusions By sharing needles used to inject drugs we can prevent Malaria by prevention mosquito bite A bite from a parasite-infected mosquito causes malaria. Reducing exposure to mosquitoes Spraying your home. Treating your home's walls with insecticide can help kill adult mosquitoes that come inside. Sleeping under a net. Covering your skin. During active mosquito times, usually from dusk to dawn, wear pants and long-sleeved shirts. You can use USG mosquito repellent available in market Following tips for Prevention of Dengue fever : 1. Turn over empty pails and buckets, so that they do not collect excess water. If the container that contains water cannot be emptied, remember to cover it well when not in use. 2: Remember to clean out empty flower pots and not to over water potted plants. It is advised to not have any stagnant water around as it acts as breeding ground for the mosquitoes. 3: Apply mosquito repellents on all exposed areas, during the day as well as at night on a regular basis to prevent dengue. 4: Make sure your window and door screens do not have any holes. If so, block those areas properly to eliminate mosquitoes. 5: If someone at home is ill with dengue, try to not let the mosquitoes bite them or others in the house. 6: sleep under a mosquito net (especially small children as they sleep during the day and hence, the chance of mosquito bite is high during this time). 7: If you use a cooler remember to empty out and clean the water tray regularly, even when not in use. 8: Always cover your dustbin when not in use. 9: A natural method to keep mosquitoes at bay is to plant Tulsi near your window. The plant has properties that do not allow mosquitoes to breed. 10: Using camphor as a repellent also works wonders. Light camphor in a room and close all the doors and windows. Leave it this way for about fifteen to twenty minutes to have a mosquito free environment

Acid returning to oesophagus due to reverse motility is the cause of your problem (Gastro Oesophagial Reflux Disorder, GORD or GERD). It may be an artificially produced problem. Drugs like Pantaprazole or Rabeprazole inhibit acid secretion in the stomach. The deficiency of acid, (Not Hyperacidity) causes food to remain unhydrolyzed in the stomach that prevents action of Pepsin because Pepsinogen is not changed into Pepsin properly due to inhibition of Acid secretion. Result ? Food stays longer in stomach with Pylorus closed for longer durations. The gastric motility to churn the food inside cannot push it forward due to closed pylorus and the upper end not so tight as pylorus may allow return of acidified (to some extent) in the esophagus which causes inflammation or swelling in it called esophagitis, manifesting as heartburn. Stop the load of proton pump inhibitor drugs like Pantaprazole or its likes and eat simple normal food. It will get hydrolyzed properly and acted upon by pepsin to pass rapidly through stomach saving you from this mess of GERD.

Im 23 years old male. Im working in night shift. So I can not able to Sleep in morning. Nt continuously Bt Sometimes....
1) maintain a regular sleep routine go to bed at the same time. Wake up at the same time. Ideally, your schedule will remain the same (+/- 20 minutes) every night of the week. A good sleep hygiene routine promotes healthy sleep and daytime alertness. 2) avoid sleeping during the daytime. It can disturb the normal pattern. 3) avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol near bedtime. While alcohol may speed the onset of sleep, it creates problems in he second half of sleep. 4) exercise can promote good sleep. Exercise should be taken in the morning or late afternoon. Yoga, can be done before bed to help. 5) have a quiet, comfortable bedroom. Set your bedroom thermostat at a comfortable temperature. Generally, a little cooler is better than a little warmer. Turn off the tv and other extraneous noise that may disrupt sleep. Background'white noise' like a fan is ok. If your pets awaken you, keep them outside the bedroom. Your bedroom should be dark. Turn off bright lights. Have a comfortable mattress. 6) avoid heavy meals close to bedtime. 7) ensure adequate exposure to natural light.

Learn the Signs and Symptoms of STDs

With changing times the nature and effects of virus and bacteria are also changing and due to this, one of the biggest risks of unprotected sex is catching a sexually transmitted disease or STD. An STD can be contacted by any form of intercourse including oral, vaginal and anal sex.

STDs are serious diseases that should not be ignored and require treatment and medication. Some common STDs are:

  1. Chlamydia
  2. Hepatitis B
  3. Genital Herpes
  4. Syphilis and
  5. Gonorrhea

The only way to protect yourself from an STD is to abstain from unprotected sex and always use a condom. Sometimes STD infections have no symptoms and can remain dormant for years, hence it is essential to get yourself regularly treated for STDs if you have more than one sexual partner.

On the other hand some STDs have visible symptoms such as:

  1. Skin rash: A rash in the genital area is most often a sign of STDs. This can be in the form of bumps, sores or warts. It may or may not be accompanied by itchiness. A rash caused by a STD usually results in redness and inflammation. Herpes sores may subside within a week or so but just because the rash is gone does not mean the infection has been treated. Hence even if the rash disappears before your doctor's visit, ensure you mention it.
  2. Painful urination: A burning sensation or pain while urinating is a symptom for a number of STDs. There may also be a change in the colour of urine. Some STDs associated with painful urination as Chlamydia, gonorrhea and trichomoniasis. However, this may also be triggered by kidney stones or a urinary tract infection.
  3. Painful intercourse: Pain during intercourse is one of the most overlooked symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease. While a little pain may be normal, any sudden increase in pain or new type of pain should not be ignored. This should be kept in mind especially when having intercourse with a new partner or if there is a change in sexual habits. When it comes to men's sexual health, pain at the time of ejaculation can be a symptom of a STD.
  4. Abnormal discharge: Abnormal discharge from the vagina or penis can be a symptom of a number of infections not all of which are STDs. Strangely coloured and odorous vaginal discharge can be a symptom of yeast infections or a Sexually transmitted disease like trichomoniasis or gonorrhea. Bleeding in between periods can also be a symptom of a STD.  Abnormal discharge from the penis can be a sign of Chlamydia, gonorrhea or trichomoniasis.
