Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/USG done. Tab Pantium-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello- Digestion not only depeneds upon what you eat and what not, it also depends upon proper timings etc. Follow these steps and ayurvedic rules to achieve healthy digestion. 1. Eat only when you are hungry. 2. Eat in a calm and comfortable place. 3. Eat the right quantity. We are all different, with different needs and different stomach size and metabolic speed. Listen to your body and eat only to point when you feel satisfied. 4. Eat warm meals. 5. Eat quality food. 6. Do not eat incompatible food items together. E. G. Milk with lemon, fish and milk etc. 7. Be present when you eat. 8. Don't eat fast. Don’t just swallow your food, take your time to chew. Chewing is an essential step of digestion. 9. Eat at regular time. Nature likes cycles and regularity so you should abide!

Acidity: things to do: eat slowly. Have frequent meals instead of one large meal at a time. Have curds or lassi to decrease acidity. Drink 6, 7 glasses of water per day. Things not to do: avoid spicy and fatty food. Avoid eating eggs. Do not sleep immediately after having a meal. Do not be angry over anyone. It increases the acidity in the stomach. Do not take stress. Constipation: drink 6, 7 glasses of water everyday. Take diet rich in fibre like vegetables, fruits. Avoid fast foods like pizza, bread, etc. Drink warm water after getting up in the morning. Do exercises preferably in the morning. Even walking or jogging can help.

Hi, Inadequate sleep, untimely intake of food, intake of very hot and spicy food, sour or fermented food, mental worries and tensions, excessive usage of pain killers and antibiotics are all causes of acidity which either increases the acid production or irritate the gastric mucosa resulting in hyperacidity causing pain and bloating of the stomach and burning in the chest. Take cap. Acinil 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and Himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest Take. Madiphala Rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting.

Dear, it may gas distention trouble due to indigestion. Have simple bland food (Khichadi) for next few days avoiding junk, oily, spicy fried and deep-fried food items. Drink lot of water. Add Jeera, Ajwain, Sonth in your food items – these herbs prevent gas formation. Reduce intake of tea – coffee. Instead you can have green tea. Do not lye-down or sit immediately after having meals. Have a walk instead. Maintain good bowel habits. Have more of Coconut Water, Gulkand etc to relieve acidity, Avoid too much of Cauliflower, Peas, Brinjals, Namkeens as snacks etc. Do regular walking and mild exercises. You may also do a weekly fast – just to relax and calm down your system. Fasting also helps in cleansing of the system. For gas some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking.
