Sir, I can not enter my penis in my wife's vagina easily sir please reply me what can I do?
She has tight vagina or vaginismus- the muscles of vagina go into spasm. give more time to foreplay. change the position to she on top or she on knees and enter vagina from back. you can put one finger inside vagina with some gel as lubricant and rotate the finger around vagina, gradually putting two fingers and rotating. This will relax vagina.

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. MASTURBATION is normal, natural and never unhealthy. But Excess masturbation can kill your sexual stamina. Excess masturbation can also cause anxiety disorder, depression and thereby erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation etc. You can be sure; there are no side effects to masturbation if you are able to restrict it to thrice a week. Jogging and physical exercise are always good to keep you fit and stop worrying about sex and allied thinking. I suggest online sex counseling and therapy. Take care.

I am 29 years old man and I am worried about the size of my pennis, though size doesn't matter but I am unable to satisfy my wife. Can you kindly advice me with any solutions.

Firstly remember size of penis in indian subcontinent is approx 3.5 to 4.5 inches. Medically you need 2 inches to satify your partner. What size you have is you got from your genes. Our body structure is what is prevelent in the sub continent. Do not get influenced by seeing blue films. When you are thinking positive with full desire, then filling of penis will be more and your erection will be good. Automatically the penis will seen to be good in size. Normally what you get in heritage is good enough. It is negative thoughts that reduce its filling. Don't go for sex with negative thoughts. The advrtizement of incresing size of penis are misleading. Learn the act which is more important. Normally females get aroused late and first do foreplay to get your partner in proper mood and then do sex. This is how it should be done. So leave negative thoughts and learn the technique.

Being overweight isn’t just a cosmetic problem. Excess body fat can negatively affect nearly every facet of life, including: Decreased mobility Poorer emotional health and self-esteem Increased risk of organ failure Poorer circulatory health Increased risk of heart disease Increased risk of stress fractures Increased risk of strokes Increased risk of cancers Fat cells can act as endocrine factories and produce hormones that influence numerous processes in the body — most of which lead to more fat accumulation. Beyond the health of it all, carrying a lower body fat is often considered more attractive and desirable. Bottom line: Carrying a lot of excessive body fat makes health, body composition. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Month of Ramzan starting today and every muslims will be in fasting for 14 hours a day. What type of foods should be consumed at the breaking of fasting and what items should be also selected for drinking. Fasting for 14 hours will built up acidity in your stomach. So when trying to break the fast take bland food devoid of spices and acid content (even fruits). Regarding liquids many juices, aerated drinks and health drinks can worsen acidity and induce gastric or small intestinal spasm, so preferable with be milk, that too after a bland diet.

I wonder if my penis would be hard enough all the session. I do not smoke I do not drink I do regular exercise. Dear lybrate user. Sex is always enjoyed if it is done with love, passion and affection. The love making time is important. It should be within 30 minutes. The more you try to extent it, the more you and your partner will be stressed and therefore the pleasure associated with orgasm will be simultaneously reduced. Therefore, limit the sexual performance to less than 30 minutes. Sex is energy consuming and your body needs proper rest and nutrition replenishment after every sex. Also keep in mind that you should provide 24 hours gap between two sexual intercourses. Sexual intercourse is not advised in the cases of stress, anxiety, physical fatigue, cough, cold etc... Take care.
