I am a diabetic for last 35 years and squamous cell carcinoma oral at present in remission no abnormal uptake detected suffering from enlarged prostate gland since last 4/5 yrs, am a psychiatric patient for last 30 years and HTN in short what not at present anxiety depression with anger etc .What course of action I should take now please suggest. Depression. No need to worry. Any problem will have solution. Because problems and solutions are born twins Have a positive attitude towards life. Weekly holidays Put a smiling face Write diary daily Exercise one hour daily Yoga and breathing exercise Paroxetine 12.5 mg tab night if no sleep daily Stop alcohol and smoke All the best.

I am a thin person but now due to vacations I'm sitting at home all day so I feel like I'm getting fat. Also I have breathing difficulty like I have to breathe really hard sometimes and sometimes at night my stomach blows out and morning it becomes less. Why is this happening?

Take ayurvedic medicenes triphala churna in nite 1 spoon with 1 glass of water regularly and some abdomen exercise regularly there are four keys to controlling belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management. 1. Exercise: vigorous exercise trims all your fat, including visceral fat. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise at least 5 days a week. Walking counts, as long as it's brisk enough that you work up a sweat and breathe harder, with your heart rate faster than usual. To get the same results in half the time, step up your pace and get vigorous exercise -- like jogging or walking. You'd need to do that for 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. Jog, if you're already fit, or walk briskly at an incline on a treadmill if you're not ready for jogging. Vigorous workouts on stationary bikes and elliptical or rowing machines are also effective, for treatment queries and diet chart ask privately.

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 1-2 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Hi I work in a MNC were I need to sit in front of system for more than 8-9hrs and work in system bcoz of this my back & neck pain have started and from a week even gets head ache so wats d reason behind this I try my best to spend 5 to 10 min every 2 hours but still suffering.

Your work schedule is your problem firstly improve your posture sit straight. -according your age no major issue. Take physiotherapy treatment for relief. Avoid forward bending. Walk between work after 1hour. With physiotherapy take stretching exercise. And keep continue exercises in daily routine.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required upto a maximum of three tablets daily after food 2. Cold sponging sos 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Take rest 5. If no relief do blood examination like esr, cbc, widal/ typhidot test, blood for mp/malaria antigen, dengue antigen (ns1) test, urine re/me after consulting physician and follow the advice and treatment.
