Dear , follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . * Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * worms in intestine * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hi, take cap. Stomotone 1-1-1 after food for 2-3 weeks and himcocid syrup 2tsf 3 times daily before food to control burning sensation in the stomach and chest. Take madiphala rasayana 2tsf 3 times a day to stop vomitting. Avoid hot and spicy food. Eat small quantities frequently. Drink plenty of water. Never miss your breakfast. Avoid excess intake of coffee and tea.

Anxiety is a thought disorder, which can be managed through thought and emotional management along with medications. They just use their time and skills smartly. 5. Be flexible: when you are planning, be flexible in how you want to carry out certain activities. Some things which are not in your control for eg. Weather, may put a spoke in plan for the day. Be ready to make last minute changes. And do something else during that time so that time is not wasted. It's better to have an alternate plan in store usually. 6. Have faith and hope: trust yourself and others to carry out their jobs. Know each ones strengths and limitations. Be realistic in your expectations and do your best. Now leave it to god to do his magic. This is very important. If it has to happen, it will. If it didn't happen, then don't lose hope. It will happen another time. Or maybe it wasn't meant to happen this way. Whatever it is. Don't take life too seriously. Nothing is more important than your health and life. Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Too much shampooing can lead to more hair fall. Start using amla bhringraj oil on your dry scalp. This will increase the density & stop hair fall. Eat amla (indian gooseberry) in daily routine in any form whether it is candies, juice or raw. This habit will help in hair re-growth. Amla is a good source of many vitamins & it also increases absorption of iron from gut. For females above 40 years of age iron, calcium is must for stopping hair fall. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

I am a Veterinary Doctor. To reduce the stress, a physician prescribed me alprazolam 0.5 mg SR BID. I am taking it since last 10 years. Now the dose is increased to 1 mg after noon and 3 mg in night. I am dependent on it as it is a benzodiazepine. How to get rid off this? I tried to with draw it, but failed. What is the best way to come out of it? It is not easy to get also, since it is a schedule drug? Tapering dose was also tried. But severe insomnia and fatigue, vomiting, convulsions, constipation followed. Please help.

It is called drug dependent. In compulsory condition only. We go medicine after condition is normal then we stopped. But you are not do that. Drug dosage may increased day by day. It has so many side effects. So better to stop the medicine slowly. Do hard work, do physical exercises, read you well, watch t v, more time before internet. Then your eyes need rest. Then automatically sleep comes. Do not go bed with sleep intention go to bed when you get sleep tendency. You need psychotherapy, relaxation therapy and behaviour therapy better to consult a very good psychologist in bangalore. In bangalore so many experts are there. Please consult them. Height is decided by genetic height and cannot be modified much. By 22 years you will gain some more height as the average of your family. For falling hair you do the blood tests, cbc, tsh and serum ferritin level and inform me privately.

Follow these methods & instructions for dark circles: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. That has bleaching property. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily.
