It is not recommend as fairness cream It will damage ur skin badly in the long run Don't rely on it and keep using sunscreen If u want to use fair ness cream which r safer without side effects consult me privately

first of all you should start taking a healthy and balanced diet. Hair fall is a result of any deficiency of any essential nutrient. 1. Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. 2. Include more protein rich supplements to your diet. 3. Take phosphorus 200, 5 drops , morning empty stomach, once in week. 4. wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. 5. Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. 6. Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) 7. Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. 8. It's been 3 days now when my penis head skin has developed red patches or spots now and they are increasing day by day. I masturbated yesterday but origin of these spots was before that. They are painless but now they have started to itch. I washed my penis properly today with dove soap. Still redness remained and itching too. Is it anything to worry? Will it go on its own?

It is quite normal for some men to have bumps on the shaft of the penis and/or at the base of the penis head. However, it is important to keep in mind that various sexually transmitted diseases can cause changes to the appearance of your penis. That is why it is best to have them evaluated by a doctor to rule out any STD. A common type of STD that presents as small bumps and is sometimes mistaken for pimples is genital herpes. Herpes lesions can appear on the shaft of the penis as round blisters with clear fluid that sit on top of a red base. When the blisters break, they usually cause quite painful sores or have a burning sensation. Another common cause of pimple-like bumps on the penis is genital warts (HPV). They are transmitted sexually and usually painless but can be painful depending on the size and anatomic location. You can only be diagnosed after your doctor examines your bumps closely and gets a detailed history. After a physical examination, these STDs are typically confirmed with a swap test. If a STD has been ruled out, you probably don't need toworry about your pimple-like bumps. The most common tiny bumps circling the neck or middle area of the penis that can either be white, pink, or sometimes red are known as pearly penile papules. They may also be another harmless condition known as Fordyce's spots. These Fordyce's spots usually appear as numerous small pale or white bumps under the skin. Or, they may be just pimples, which do occur from time to time on the penis. Again, I advise speaking with a doctor. Only your doctor can distinguish the different types of penis bumps. Only then you can be diagnosed and treated.

it is due to gastritis. 1.Take bland diet, avoid oily, spicy and junk food, 2. Don't skip or postpone your meal, 3.Have proper breakfast 2.Drink plenty of water 3Take one tablet of Pan40 daily in the morning before breakfast 5. If no relief consult.

Hi, Neurosis can become psychosis or schizophrenia when it is not treated. Neurosis is already the acceptance of absurdity by the person’s human conscience. The neurotic accepts showing absurd behavior, which is against the normal functionalism of his human conscience. The abnormality in his or her behavior reflects the invasion of the wild side of the human conscience into the conscious field, and the indifference of their conscience to the absurdity of their behavior is a serious demonstration that they are indifferent to what should alarm them. However, neurosis is not so serious when it is properly treated. Translating your dreams according to the scientific method you are going to eliminate it in around 2 to 8 months of psychotherapy. Hi lybrate-user 1. Avoid using direct and simple sugars. Try to include complex carbs in your diet so the digestion process will take some time to work to convert it into glucose. 2. Avoid junk foods such as pizza, burger, french fries and alike food stuffs. 3. Avoid processed foods. 4. Avoid sodas. 5. Restrict down the intake of artificial sweeteners. Instead you can crab on natural sugars, such as stevia. 6. Include protein of good biological value. 7. Add insoluble and soluble fiber in your diet. 8. Have plenty of cold water. 9. Have 2 portions of fruits and salads daily. 10. Inclusion of omega family fatty acids and especially omega 3 and omega 6 11. One must rotate the oil used for cooking purposes and should not stick to one oil product. One must not change the brand but the source of the oil like palm oil, almond oil, coconut oil, soy oil, sesame oil, corn oil, groundnut oil, olive oil etc. 12. Citrus fruits must also be taken in proportions. 13. Add almonds to your diet. 14. Have coconut water once a day. 15. Eat at regular intervals.

Healthy eating will help you maintain a proper weight for your height, which is important because being overweight can lead to a number of illnesses. Try some raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, broccoli, cucumbers, or zucchini with a dip made from low-fat yogurt.

Exercise: you want to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, if not every day. Aerobic exercises (walking, swimming, jogging, bicycling, dancing) are good for women's health in general and especially for your heart

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Dear , only after examining it can be ascertained that what is the real leftover problem. Maybe liposuction was not done during procedure. This residual fat if present can be removed by liposuction easily with only pinholes.

Semen seeping through penis after urination or while having sexual thoughts or while with an attractive girl or woman or while waking up in the morning etc is common and it is not a problem at all. This is a natural body procedure whereby your body tries to evacuate the stored semen. To treat the hangover - * take a salt free breakfast which includes a plate of fruits & a cup of fat free breakfast. * for headache, mix half tea spoon of baking soda in a glass of water & drink it quickly. You are too young. You just need to focus at your fat n muscles mass ratio. Sometimes due to low muscles mass person tends to increase the excess fat. You can focus to boost up the muscles maas with the help of some physical activity and high protein diet.
