Start doing meditation and yoga also be happy and stay positive always do not indulge in negative things take a deep breath and hold for sometime. Do this whenever you are angry or anxiety feeling.

Apply mixture of curd, some henna, methi powder and egg as a paste on scalp at least once or twice a week.

Soak 1 sp trihla powderin a glass of water overnight. Next morn strain that water and wash your eyes with same water. Do this daily fr few days.
