Measure bp every 3 months. See the energy level. If feel down then see if u have any pain in left side Do ecg, Light exercise yoga to keep u fit or pranayam (breathing control) All juicy veg diet. If feel uneasy then can drink aloe vera based drink to be in a healthy state for another 15 yrs.

Weight Gain Diet It is not a good idea of Increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet. Breakfast: Banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee . It is not healthy. Lunch: Roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc Dinner: Similar to lunch In-between meals:: fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad Avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc. Avoid fast foods including donut. Homoeopathic medicine ALFAMALT ( SBL) Drink 2 spoon 3 times daily for 2 months. IODUM 30 (Dr Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops direct on tongue and forget about about this medicine for next 1 month Consult after 1 months with any weight changes

You can take 2 tab. Charcol at night. syp. Aristozyme 10 ml after meal. avoid fast/oily foods,alcohol,smoking,junk foods,fatty foods, take plenty of liquid diets.dalia,green veg.,fiber meals,juice,lassi, if not cure then go for few tests .i.e. stool r/m, stool c/s, cbc, blood sugar,lft,and endoscopy of large intestine. Do yoga/go for walk.

If you have problem of premature ejaculation you can do Kegel's exercises ( start and stop flow method while urinating) if problem persists You need male sexual function analysis, consult a sexologist.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. (Slow and steady weight loss is good. As we all know when you lose weight fast, it seems to jump right back on, where as when you lose weight steadily over time because of changes to your diet and balancing your hormones out it tends to stay off.) Mr. Lybrate-user kumar, primarily he should achieve a very strict blood sugar control like fasting around 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg, hba1c%<7. Get his feet examined by a competent diabetologist and a podiatrist (diabetic foot specialist). Use soft or specially designed foot wear. Avoid injuris to feet. He should examine his feet every day to see if any additional problems have come up. Secondly if need be get a full assessment for peripheral neuropathy and blood supply to lower limb by a colour doppler test. Neglecting the feet can be very dangerous. Thanks.

I have a desk job, so most of the time I spend sitting in front of the computer. Last year I had some viral fever and doctor had given me high dosage medicines. Now I have put on more weight & I have serious gastric problem. Every day my stomach gets bloated up. Recently I have started walking in the morning about 4.5 - 5 kms approx. Where as my tummy is still big & other parts of my body like leg, shoulders are getting slim. But my tummy is in tact. No changes. Please suggest how to control my gastric issue and reduce tummy.

Hi, take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and rhinorin lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Take immunocin 1 tab. Twice a day for 3 months to gain immunity in the body. Female infertility is not really a rare condition, it happens to one out of six couples. Infertility is a condition in which a woman is unable to conceive despite efforts. There can be a number of causes for female infertility, including problems with ovulation, uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries. Age can also be a contributing factor to infertility. Following are the reasons that might be responsible for female infertility

  1. Ovulatory problems
    • Cysts in the ovaries
    • Hormonal imbalance
    • Excessive alcohol or drug usage
    • Eating disorders like bulimia or anorexia
    • Excessive weight
    • Enormous stress and pressure
    • Thyroid gland issues
    • Very brief menstrual cycles
  2. Damage of organs of reproductive system
  3. Pelvic inflammatory disease
  4. Scar tissues or adhesions of some sort
  5. Presence of polyps in the uterus
  6. A previous serious infection in the fallopian tubes or uterus
  7. Chronic medical illness relating to the reproductive system
  8. A previous ectopic pregnancy
  9. A birth defect in the uterus or fallopian tube
  10. The DES syndrome where in the infertility can occur to the offspring due to the medication DES is given to a mother in order to prevent miscarriage or premature of the child.
  11. Abnormal presence of cervical mucus can make it more difficult for sperms to reach the egg.

Treatment
Now that the part about the causes has been discussed, it is essential to discuss the treatment. Are there really ways to reverse infertility in women to make them fertile? Well, in some chronic cases it is not possible; however, some are treatable by the following methods:

  • In the case of hormone imbalance or endometriosis or short menstrual cycles, hormones are taken to treat the problems.
  • Medications can be taken to stimulate ovulations.
  • Fertility enhancing supplements can be used.
  • In case of infection in any of the reproductive parts, antibiotics can be taken to remove them
  • In order to remove blockage or scar tissues from the uterus, fallopian tube or pelvic area, minor surgeries can be performed.

Prevention
Yes, there are some tips for prevention of infertility

  • Taking all the steps required to avoid sexually transmitted diseases.
  • Avoid intake of illicit drugs
  • Having regular checkups with the gynaecologist
  • Maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  • Exercising regularly
  • Having a healthy sexual relationship

Start gymnastics or swimming daily. 2-3 hrs swimming 5-6 times a week will help, not less. Do for yoga asanas which involve stretching of your backbone/spine. You can go for tada asana, paschimtana asana, surya namaskar asana etc. Increase your protein and calcium intake. Start taking 2 tsp of ashwagandha avlehya with milk at night daily. Follow this regime for next 6 months to 1 year.
