I am 18 ear old boy my face is becoming day by day dark what should I do to regain glow in face back?
For Skin whitening applythese methods: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller' s earth (multani mitti) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily. • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.

You just need to avoid meals especially during dinner. Keep dinner as light and as early as possible. Stick to a diet less in spices and oil. Rest you will do fine.

Dear just say" no to junk/fast food, potato, carbohydrates, do regular exercises/yoga. Four times small meals, drink plenty of water, fruits/salads. Follow strict diet plan and some side effect free ayurvedic medicines.

I have loose motions. I'm guessing it's due to outside food I had earlier today. The pain is in spasms and it's almost unbearable when at its peak. I've had Eno, Rantidine and lemonade. Please assist.

Hi lybrate-user, don't eat too much of protein in diet, also always have fresh/hot food. Do avoid the food which is cooked some time back, avoid salad which is chopped sometime back. This is regarding bloating. For alternate loose motions and constipation you can consult a Homeopath. Homeopathy will be beneficial, once your case details are clear to the doctor.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. गीले तौलिये वाला उपाय करने से अधिकांश त्वचा रोग समाप्त हो जाते हैं, क्योंकि रोगों को निकलने का मार्ग मिल जाता है। लेकिन अगर आपकी समस्‍या बहुत पुरानी है तो उसे जल्द ठीक करने के लिए उस स्थान पर गीली मिट्टी का लेप करना चाहिए। ऐसी मिट्टी पूरी तरह साफ की हुई होनी चाहिए और उसमें किसी भी प्रकार की गन्दगी, कूड़ा-करकट या कंकड़ नहीं होने चाहिए। इस मामले में चिकनी मिट्टी और पीली मिट्टी सबसे अच्छी होती है। या आप बाजार में हर जगह उपलब्ध मुल्तानी मिट्टी को पानी में घिसकर या भिगोकर उसका उपयोग कर सकते हैं। मुल्तानी मिट्टी त्वचा से गंदगी साफ करने के लिए बहुत कारगर है और इसके कोई साइड इफेक्ट भी नहीं हैं। यह त्‍वचा रोगों को समाप्त करने एवं त्वचा को मुलायम रखने में बहुत सहायक है।

hi Chinu stress can delay your periods. please also check for hormonal profile . also start healthy balance diet. please have iron supplements and iron rich diet. we can talk in detail if this continues I need to understand detail clinical history.
