Hell lybrate user- this might be due to following reasons so try to avoid them- a) sleeping in day time. B) going to bed late (generally after 10 pm). C) lack of hair oiling. D) excessive intake of spicy and fried diet and less intake of sweets. Avoid these reasons and use mahabhringraj hair oil for head massage daily before going to bed, you will get relief quickly.

Treatment-i would advise following under doctors observation-a-bland, non-spicy, low protein-high carb-low oils-diet-for 10 days, b-liquids/soups more/ full-cereals and beans-less -, c-less tea /coffee/tobacco/alcohol/smoking, d-less of vegetables-soups and liquids, e-reduce dietary loads and, f-add-buttermilk once a day. 1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing. 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. I Am 56 yrs male. I Had angioplasty on 2009 Nov. stunned 3 No's. Having review checkup every six months. In last check up lipid profile total cholesterol 148. Triglyceride 152. Hdl 36 ldl 87. And sugar value is 102 fasting. Walking 6 km. Five days in a week, minimum. But weight is 90 kg? Please advice.

As provided in the article one cup of coffee is healthy can we add a spoon of sugar and milk or you suggest black coffee without sugar n milk. Does it help in improving the functioning of liver as well. You are very wrong .why dear karsh you are taking so many cups of tea in a day. It will provide you lot of calories. It may increase your sugar. You can take maximum one to three cup of coffe and tea.

I am a student after coming to home from school or from anywhere when I sit to study things which I saw or heard keep repeating in my mind which don't let me study am I suffering from some diseases.

Hello Manoj I think the best way to help you concentrate better is to do this small activity which I tell you: everyday before you sit to study, I want you to close your eyes and breathe in and out deeply, at this time, I want you to only focus on your breathing, focus on each and every breath. Do not bring to your mind any thoughts at that moment. If thoughts come (which is very natural) I want you to push them aside as you completely focus on your breathing. Do this little exercise for 10 minutes each day, before studies and you will surely see positive results in a month. Also, you are not suffering from any disease. It is very normal for the human mind to wander away and hence, I wouldn't suggest any medication as such. Enrolling in yoga will also help you focus better
