Dear lybrate-user, it is not worth to waste time on the girl who does not value you, it is better that you do not have to waste your precious time and youthful energy on her. Use your time wisely, remember that your life is too precious to waste on a person who is dishonest towards you. You deserve a better person. In the material world the boy says to the girl, “I love you,” and the girl says to the boy, “I love you,” but that as soon As there is some disruption in their sense gratification, there is quarrel, Separation. Lust is based on selfishness and as soon as the girl or boy finds selfish pleasures not satisfied, then the person selfishly becomes affectionate towards another person. She does not deserve you. You should feel happy that you did not waste your time on her. Do not become victim of her selfishness. Although one may profess true love, inwardly one’s real desire is to enjoy his own senses. We love someone as long as he or she satisfies our senses, and when such sensual pleasure dwindles, the so-called love dwindles with it. Thus the love affair ends in separation. What we speak of as “love” in the material world is actually lust, or a desire to serve oneself. It has no permanent basis; today I love one girl, tomorrow another, according to my changing fancy. Indeed, although a boy and girl may change sexual partners as often as dogs and cats do, in our modern idiom we refer to their sexual intercourse as “lovemaking,” as through the gross friction of two hot bodies could generate love. We speak of love so easily, but really in this material world there is no love—it is all lust. The difference between love and lust is like the difference between gold and iron. Both gold and iron are metals, but otherwise they are not at all alike.

Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this - 1) Do a clinical examination by your family Doctor and do CBC with differential to confirm exact cause. 2) Discuss with your Doctor about iron sucrose and vitamin B 12 injection in every weekly. Do follow few preventive steps like this - 1) Do take Iron-rich foods include which includes meats, beans, lentils, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, and dried fruit. 2) Do take folic acid, which can be found in citrus fruits and juices, bananas, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, and fortified breads, cereals and pasta. 3) Take vitamin B-12. And this vitamin is found naturally in meat and dairy products. It's also added to some cereals and soy products, such as soy milk. 4) Take foods containing vitamin C such as citrus fruits, melons and berries that help increase iron absorption. For indigestion follow like this - 1) Try to eat smaller, more frequent meals. Chew your food slowly and thoroughly. 2) Try to avoid triggers like Fatty and spicy foods, processed foods, carbonated beverages, caffeine, alcohol and smoking etc 3) Try to maintain a healthy weight. And do exercise regularly. Exercise helps you keep off extra weight and promotes better digestion. 4) Try to manage stress. Create a calm environment at mealtime. Practice relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, meditation or yoga. Spend time doing things you enjoy. Get plenty of sleep. 5) Try to change your medications. With your doctor's approval, stop or cut back on pain relievers or other medications that may irritate your stomach lining. If that's not an option, be sure to take these medications with food. 6) To get good digestion you can take OTC digestive enzyme like ABHIZYME PLUS syrup 10 ml after meal Hope that helps.

Boils - Understanding The Risks!

Boils - Understanding The Risks!

Boils are a bacterial infection that inflames the hair follicles. They are usually painful and filled with pus. Boils appear as red lumps and quickly fill with pus as days go by. They eventually rupture and drain. A cluster of boils at the same place or in patches is known as a carbuncle. In case a single boil makes an appearance in any part of the body, it should not rupture as it can quickly spread the infection in other parts of the body as well.

Symptoms:

Boils mainly occur in areas such as armpits, thighs, face, neck and buttocks. Their appearance mainly occurs in places covered with hair and tends to sweat a lot. Some of the common symptoms include red bump the size of a pea, reddish appearance of the skin near the bump, increase in size of the structure and eventually rupturing.

When to consult a doctor?

A doctor must be visited when there is more than one boil in a particular area. Some other areas of concern include:

  1. If the size of a boil is more than 5 centimetres.

  2. If the boil causes fever.

  3. If the boil doesn’t heal in more than a couple of weeks.

  4. If the boils increase in size and become extremely painful.

  5. If the boil appears on the face.

Risk Factors of Boils:

Boils are caused by a bacterium known as Staphylococcus aureus. They get entry to the skin where it is broken. Some of the common risk factors of this infection include diabetes, long-term infection, weakened immune system and other skin infection such as eczema, and acne.

Diagnosis:

A doctor is likely to diagnose boils just by having a look at it. In the case of any confusion, he might send the sample to a pathology lab for the purpose of testing. It is most likely to happen when the boil isn’t responding to any treatment. In case the boil becomes resistant to standard treatment, a doctor might take a different course of action.

Treatment:

Boils can be treated at home itself with a warm compressor. It not only relieves pain but helps in natural damage. If the boil doesn’t go away, a dermatologist must be consulted. On consultation, the dermatologist can make an incision in the infected area in order to drain the pus. For deep infections, the pus is drained with the help of sterile gauze. In case the boil is severe in nature, a doctor prescribes antibiotics to heal the infected area. For prevention, it should be ensured that the hand is washed frequently and especially so before a meal. The wound should be covered at all times and personal belongings should not be shared. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

I had ayurvedic medicine my doctor told that my kidney stone Is gone but I feel like something stuck in my urine nerve Please suggest some home remedy.

I had ayurvedic medicine my doctor told that my kidney stone Is gone but I feel like something stuck in my urine nerv...
Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.
