Use anti sensitive paste like sensodyne, or thermoseal ra or colgate sensitive pro relief or ant which you like. Use twice a day and use minimum for one month.

I'm 21 years old, female. I'm facing hair loss and I can see that my hair density becomes thin, infact very thin. I have gone for some medications which includes tablets, hair lotion for 3 months. But I couldn't see any improvements, I'm very afraid about my hair, what happens if this continues, already some says that I'm having bald on my front. I'm worried. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello- dark circle beneath eyes suggests the low vitality power of the eyes.(according to ayurveda) try these tips- 1) avoid eye strain.(computer, video games, reading in dim light, watching tv in dark) 2) avoid fast foods and spicy diet and increase the amount of dairy products in your meals. 3) apply malai+masoor dal+turmeric powder paste over the affected areas. 4) soak cotton with unboiled cold milk and close your eyes and cover your eyelids with it and relax for ten minutes daily. 5) use 1 tsp trifla powder with warm ghee at bed time. > apply kumkumadi tail on your face to make it spot less.

It seems you might be having periodontal problem. C/as pyorrhea. You need to get rid of it. It needs aggressive therapy. You need to make a habit of rinsing your mouth everytime you eat something and brush regularly (once in the morning before meals and once at night after dinner, add a mouthwash for better oral hygiene. If the problem persist, you need to consult a dentist for more specific diagnosis and treatment would be tailored accordingly.

Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. If your erection and timing is still good then do not worry. Otherwise with guidance and ayurvedic medicines it can be cured. Premature ejaculation is common problem among youths due to many reasons. This can be cure with proper guidance and ayurvedic medicines. Consult to discuss your problem in details. Once you start medication within 10 days you will feel the change.

Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkanda- pueraria tuberosa churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu-jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.

Respiration involves breathing in fresh air having oxygen, to help our bodies function, and breathing out carbon dioxide to be taken by plants as one of the foods besides water and sunshine. Heart muscles are part of body, when muscle takes in oxygen, it is aerobic, when muscle gives back carbon dioxide it is anerobic.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. We have had safe sex one month ago using contraceptive as condom. She got her period of 4 days on time. Since its summer and she go for some coaching in hot sunlight on foot. Hi lybrate user, weakness and cramps in leg could be due to low hemoglobin please get hemoglobin done. If the period was proper in last cycle and no sex in present cycle less possibility of having pregnancy. Please get confirmation with urine pregnancy test.

First thing are you cleaning your tongue also while brushing? secondly are there any cavities or tartar? if yes first get rid of the above mentioned issues. Also seeing your age hope you dnt have diabetes or other medical issues coz that can also lead to bad breath. Also drink more of water.

"Disease prevention requires proper nutrition. Do you ask yourself - I want to lose weight or I want to lose fat? Are you aware that both are not same? Weight loss includes muscle loss as well. Or worse, weight loss can be loss of health! But fat loss is just fat loss. So how can you avoid loss of health, vigour and muscle while you really reduce fat/weight?

Follow these simple ways to lose only what you should:

-Avoid all fried, baked and high fat items like cakes, biscuits, ice creams. These food items are the number one culprits for fat accumulation.

-Avoid consuming items having simple sugars like chocolate, candy or other sweet items. Ultimately these simple sugars get converted into body fat.

-Avoid junk food. One burger gives you as many calories as a meal, but not as much nutrition or the feeling of satiety. As a result you end up eating more burgers or pizzas adding empty calories and increasing your body fat.

-Increase proportion of protein in diet but be careful to simultaneously decrease animal fat, trans-fat and total fat. This is best achieved by mixing soybean in food preparations.
