For backache do take ift and laser therapy for pain relief for 10 days followed by strengthening and spinal extension exercise from neuro physiotherapist use firm hard and even mattress for sleep best wishes.

Most Common Threatening Digestive Disorders

Your digestive organs together comprise one of the most important systems in your body. You have to be very careful about everything in your body as sometimes the most common digestive disorders, having the most common symptoms, can be seriously threatening as well. A number of different health issues can be related to problems with your digestive system, therefore you need to be very careful about your health and track any symptom which indicates a digestive disorder.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome
According to various studies, around 10-15% of the population faces the problem of irritable bowel syndrome in their lives, with almost twice as many women than men. This usually happens when there is a change in the functioning of the GI tracts. Constipation and diarrhea both can be observable problems in people with an Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Abdominal pain, changes in the bowel habits, cramping and other discomforts can be symptoms of IBS.

Celiac Disease
One of the most common diseases which affect around 2 million people in the US alone is Celiac Disease. This disease manages to damage the small intestine and also intrudes in the process of absorbing nutrients from the food. People affected by this disease are usually intolerant of various food products like wheat and barley among other items. Seizures, fatigues, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain and more can be symptoms of celiac disease.

Crohn’s Disease

Crohn’s disease is categorized under an inflammatory bowel disease. This disease can affect any part of the GI tract ranging from the mouth to the anus. The reason for Crohn’s disease is largely unknown but observing symptoms like abdominal pain, skin rashes, diarrhea, and inflammation of the eye, weight loss, fever and more should be immediately checked by the doctors. People who smoke tobacco are two times more likely to develop this disease than those who do not smoke tobacco.

Gastroparesis
Women are more likely to get affected by gastroparesis than men as the process of emptying food from the stomach to the small intestine is slowed down and this is already a slow process in the case of women. Diabetes along with intestinal surgery and nervous system diseases are often the cause of this problem. Pain in the stomach, lack of appetite, bloating of the abdominal region are all symptoms of this disorder. It’s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin A rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don’t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Suryanamaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikosana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. Water flushes out toxins from your body and aids in digestion. Therefore, at least drinking 8 glasses of water every day is recommended for a better health any querries inform me..

Hi, , congrats ur heart is working better for u! yes ur now 40+, issue directly doesn't go to heart it travels from stomach to heart so drop your habit of tobacco/smoke/ alcohol/ full stomach diet/ stretch your time up to 3-4 hrs to go for bed after dinner make effort for yoga/exercise have lots of buttermilk warm n add cumin seeds/powder/hing/Ajwayan/curry leaves get fit soon.

You have irregular periods. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Avoid non veg and eggs. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Keep your weight normal as compared to your height. This will help you in your problem.

Hi lybrate-user, as you are having dry skin from last 2 years, white flacks on body and dandruff in scalp are starting symptoms of psoriasis. Psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to street and irregular life style. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain in skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting in nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk and sit in sun for 15 minutes it helps. We are using external ayurvedic oil and ointment for application and internal blood purifying herbs which will solve your problem.

With a wide range of child-friendly flavors, such as vanilla and chocolate, this creamy dairy milk substitute can be appealing to kids of all ages. Some infant formulas are even made from soy. As with any food item, soy milk has several potential advantages and disadvantages for the children who drink it.
Pros and Cons: Allergies
Millions of children throughout the United States suffer from some level of allergies related to cow's milk, warns the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. The agency says that soy milk can be an ideal substitute as it doesn't contain the lactose protein that can cause kids such trouble. On the flip side, some children are allergic to soy products. Because food allergies can vary widely in terms of severity, consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your child's allergic reactions.
Pros and Cons: Hormones
Research is inconclusive regarding the effect that soy milk and other soy products may have on a developing child's hormone levels, reports Harvard Medical School. Soy milk contains estrogen receptors that may mimic the effects of estrogen, and may affect cancer risks related to breast and prostate cancer. Harvard notes that there's yet to be sufficient evidence to avoid soy milk, and that cow's milk also contains hormones that may potentially be harmful.
Pros: Bowel Movements
Children ages 3 years or younger may benefit from being fed soy milk formulas over cow-milk-based formulas. The National Institutes of Health's MedlinePlus reports that soy formulas help such children experience fewer cases of diarrhea and less frequent bowel movements, potentially because of soy milk's fiber content.


Pros: Calcium Supplementation
Washington University advises using fortified soy milk as a way to ensure your child is getting enough calcium. Sufficient dietary calcium intake among toddlers and children helps ensure proper growth, development and strong bones, according to the university. Additionally, the university says fortified soy milk also contains vitamin D, a vitamin that enhances calcium absorption.

Cons: Thyroid Problems
In very rare cases, soy milk given to infants can cause fluctuations in thyroid levels, which can cause goiters, warns the National Institutes of Health's MedlinePlus. Goiter is the medical term involving an enlarged neck related to thyroid problems. The institute's report that the problem ceases when soy milk is withheld.
