Probably a sign of gastritis. The only way to be sure about pregnancy is to do the it ne pregnancy test.

Please eat your meals on time and take a tab pan 40 mg once daily, 30 mins before breakfast for 10 days. Tab calpol 650 mg stat and sos for head ache.
