5 ways sex makes you look more beautiful

5 ways sex makes you look more beautiful

If you haven't noticed the glow yet, check yourself out in the mirror before and after sex.

Regular sex can do so much more than give you toe-curling orgasms, it can actually leave you looking and feeling good.

Here are 5 ways this happens.

1. You glow:

When you have frequent sex, the production of estrogen, a hormone which contributes to healthier hair and skin increases. In the process, the collagen production also increases keeping your skin firm, soft. If you haven't noticed the glow yet, check yourself out in the mirror before and after sex.

2. Great workout:

Good sex is dirty, sweaty and can leave you panting with the kind of exhaustion you get from hitting the gym. Recent research suggested that women burn 3.1 calories and men burn 4.2 calories for every minute of sex that they have. So, more sex means more weight loss, and this will cause you to feel great and confident in your body

3. Beats depression:

The orgasms can be your ultimate antidepressant. When you reach the climax your body releases the compound serotonin which is responsible for making you feel happy and content. When you are less depressed, you feel happier. When you are happy you smile which does a lot to improve your beauty.

4. Reduces stress:

Stress can show on your face and make you look dull and tired. When you reach the climax during sex, a huge amount of oxytocin is released in your body. Oxytocin can lower the production of the stress hormone, cortisol.

5. More attractive:

When you have sex, you release pheromones which make you look very attractive. So know that sex is only making you appear more beautiful to the opposite sex

You can report to a govt facility to take emergency dose of anti HIV meds. Also, get yourself checked for HIV, HBsAg, anti HCV. Repeat these tests after 3 months. If you develop symptoms like ulcer, rash, swelling in groin, fever, see your doctor immediately. It's the best not to indulge in high risk sexual behaviour.

After how many days of periods it is very safe to do sex without any risk of pregnancy.
The menstrual cycle is the time from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period; for most women, that is about 28 days. About 12-14 days before your period begins, you are most fertile. This is when you ovulate, or release an egg. This is when you are most likely to become pregnant.

Powerful Reasons to Eat Slower

Powerful Reasons to Eat Slower:

Lose weight- A number of studies by many researchers have confirmed that just by eating slower, you'll consume fewer calories - in fact, enough to lose 20 pounds a year without doing anything different or eating anything different. The reason is that it takes about 20 minutes for our brains to register that we're full. If we eat fast, we can continue eating past the point where we're full.

Enjoy your food- It's hard to enjoy your food if it goes by too quickly. Make your meals a gastronomic pleasure, not a thing you do rush, between stressful events.

Better digestion- If you eat slower, you'll chew your food better, which leads to better digestion. This can help lead to fewer digestive problems.

Less stress- Eating slowly, and paying attention to our eating, can be a great form of relaxing. When you eat, you should eat. This kind of mindfulness, I believe, will lead to a less stressful life, and long-term happiness.

Eating quickly leads to poor digestion, increased weight gain, and lower satisfaction. The message is clear: Slow down your eating and enjoy improved health and well-being.

No 100% there is no chance of pregnancy with the act you described. To get pregnant you need to have semen deposited in the vagina on the ovulation day. Even if you have proper sex in the future you should use ipill then. Now it is not needed.

Hello, If you are married and having active sexual life, then the chances of getting pregnant is very high, so get the pregnancy test done first, if it's positive go to a gynaecologist or else tell me. Slightly irregular periods can be due to general weakness, for that start taking homoeopathic medications which are very safe to take - Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - both thrice for 20 days. Revert me back there after or as per pregnancy test. Take Care.

Just repeat the test in a proper diagnostic lab if it is confusing for you. The home pregnancy kits are not always reliable. Since she has already missed her periods you should do this on a priority basis.

Stop taking pressure of pregnancy, you are still very very young, first enjoy marital/sexual life. Yes, but guidance is the key, checkup with a sexologist nearby. You can learn to use what you have in best and authentic way from sexologist with or without medicines. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go for check up with sexologist physically to know the cause and get guidance/treatment for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex/childbirth in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality/healthy childbirth is needed.

3 Types of Psychiatric Disorders That Can Be Passed To You in Genes

M.D Psychiatry , MBBS
Psychiatrist
Ask Free Question
The risk of a mental illness increases if one or more of your family members have a mental disorder, but this increased risk doesn't guarantee that you will develop a mental illness. Not only have some mental illnesses been found to be hereditary in nature, but certain studies have found that some major mental illnesses can be traced to the same genetic variations.

Some hereditary psychiatric disorders are:

1. Obsessive compulsive disorder

Obsessive-compulsive disorder or OCD is a disorder of the brain and behavior. A person suffering from OCD has uncontrollable, recurring thoughts and behaviors they cannot stop repeating. Ocd also causes severe anxiety in such people. In 2000, a study conducted by researchers in Washington d. C. And Baltimore concluded that having one or more ocd family member (s) may increase the chances of you developing it too. In 2010, a study tracked down possible chromosomes that may be responsible for OCD.

2. Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a chronic mental illness that affects and dictates how a person feels, thinks and behaves. Those suffering from schizophrenia may lose touch with reality and experience delusions, hallucinations, thought disorders and movement disorders. It has been seen that people who have an identical twin with schizophrenia are 50% more likely to develop the disorder and those who have one parent suffering from schizophrenia are 18% more likely to inherit the illness.

3. Depression

Major depression or clinical depression is a common though severe mood disorder. It is characterized by an episode of sadness or apathy along with other symptoms that last at least for two consecutive weeks. Those suffering from depression may feel helpless and worthless, lose all interest in daily activities or activities they used to enjoy and feel unable to take part in normal day-to-day activities. Other symptoms of depression also include sleep pattern and appetite changes, chronic fatigue, concentration or focus problems and physical discomfort. Some patients with depression may become suicidal.

In 2011, a study pinned down a specific chromosome that may trigger depression development. Research on the hereditary properties of depression within families shows that some people are more prone to develop the disorder than others. If you have a parent or sibling that suffers from depression, you might be 1.5 to 3 times more likely to develop depression than those who do not have a close family member suffering from this condition. You are also more prone to developing bipolar disorder in such a scenario.

After intercourse majority of semen coming out of vagina is normal. Still enough sperms go inside to give result. However pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle- day of ovulation so couple has to give 12 to 24 months to nature. After that lot of reports and prolonged treatment may be required so with patience and trust meet gynecologist or infertility specialist if enough time has passed.

Since you are trying for 1 year an didn't succeeded, so you should consult infertility specialist for that and the basic tests done, required to rule out infertility.
