Hiiii drink water between meal. As in digestion which is grinding process in stomach required water. After meal to only one sip of water. B after 1/2 hr of meal drink more amount of water. B yess after drinking water sudden after finishing meal increase weight. So he to drink after 1/2 hr thanku.

As I have seen most of the people takes protein powder body gainer etc . But my friends says it causes side effect to our body. As I have learnt that one should have intake of protein depending on his/ her body weight. For example my weight is 57 kg it means I am suppose to have 57 gm of protein per day is it true? Hi there. Answere to your first question. If you have allergy fr banana then only you can develop signs like sour throat, fever etc. Othwrwise anybidy can eat banana safely. Regarding proein we need to eat appropriate quantity according to once age, gender, ideal body weight, any specific disease conditions, working pattern etc. Normal pindividual can take 0.8 to1gm/ kg body weight.

Hi, do regular exercise, make sure you have a good protein source in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products, combination of cereals and pulses. Take healthy and heavy breakfast. Take 3 banana with warm milk in the morning.

Take care with this modern drastic ,vigorous Gym exercise .sometimes to some it results in increase in abnormal Hb.in blood .ur weight is normal. U need some exercises like" push ups" more would be advised plus right muscle making nutrition .Unsaturated fats,/ Fructose sugars/ and ready made complex carbohydrates will be advised on consultation .Cheers Keep up good aim.

Your weight should be around 84 kg as per your height. Eat fruits salad and vegetables as much as possible. Do some exercise and meditation stop thinking unnecessary things. Surely it will work.

Do morning walk daily. Join gym and increase intake of milk and milk products in diet , eat 2 boiled eggs daily in breakfast and increase protein rich diet like raw cheese, soyabean,sprouts, boiled eggs etc. Take 1 tsf badam pak with milk twice daily . Avoid artificial supplements.

Hi, the causes for going tired with little effort r under noted: * improper intake of calories, causing weakness. * imbalanced glucose level in blood. * gastric disorder. * hypertension/hypo tension. * hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism. * stress, /anxiety I am of the opinion that you r missing your meal and breakfast, being interested in junk food. * take plenty of water to eliminate toxins. * take your breakfast and meal in time, avoiding junk food. * go for meditation for 30 mts to reduce your stress. * take at least 1200-1600 calories/day. Hello, Apart from eating right, rest is equally important to ensure you gain wait. Basal metabolism is itself high in weight gainers so it becomes important to have adequate rest. In your case, probably it can be over exertion due to exercise which might not give desired results.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. .walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg .drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... .sleep for atleast 7 hours...

Exercise is a extremely important part to loose weight fast. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3 drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 4. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 5. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 6. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 7. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 8. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice. 9. Stop sugar intake and drink 3 lts of water daily. And try to take light diet at night.
