Sir. My father has been gone through pilea around 20 years back and now when we had tested him. There was something dots in lever. And doctors here alert him as pre serosis condition and his weight is around 115 kg. And they diagnose him that you are on the level of sugar. So you have to healthy diets without sugar. Exercises and walks daily and they had started medicines too. Please guide me what to do next. He has put down 6 kg in 10 days after having total healthy diet. He takes no sugar now. And walks morning n evening.

6kgs in 10 days is not a correct way to lose weight. If you lose muscle mass you will show as a lot of loss on scale. Try to lose weight in the right manner and gradually. If you crash diet your metabolism can go low and your fats will just remain there. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Add amla in diet and do 30mints of exercise and deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc. For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily. Feel confident about yourself. All the best!

I have a fungal issue on my private area. Specially on sitting area. It may be because of doing lots of workout like gym and running. I tried many medicines like candle powder and many tubes. But when seem to that it's curing then suddenly it increases. It is like ringworm which is increasing slowly slowly like red scar. Please suggest me what you can. Thank you.

Hi. Sometime fungal infection in groin area and back (tinea cruris) may not resolve with creams alone. You may require oral tablets which a dermatologist will decide after seeing the extent of involvement and your body weight. So consult near by dermatologist. Avoid wearing a wet clothes for long time and change clothes more frequently. Avoid sharing towels and soaps. Take care.

Mere private part me aksar ringworm ho jata hai aur is bar 3-4 machine se bahut bada ringworm aur khaj ho gaya hai Jo kafi spread ho gaya hai aur 3-4 tube Neo clobenate GM cream use kar chuka koi faida nahi ho raha hai. Please help. Kon si medicine, cream and soap use karu.

Hello. Ring worm means fungal infection of groin. You should not use neo clobenate gm. It contains potent steroid and will have side effects in skin like atrophy of skin and hypopigmentation, leads to steroid abuse. You need to take oral tablets for fungal infection for two months. You should also use only fungal creams and powder for three months.

Stop worrying, take food regular and in sufficient quantity, have good sleep and moderate exercise. 1- ashvagandha churna 50 gm + vidarkanda- pueraria tuberosa churna 50 gm + yashtimadhu-jethimadha powder 25 gm + shatavari churna 50 gm+ dalchini powder 25 gm + candy sugar powder 150 gm mix well in mixer, take 10 gm with warm milk twice in a day 2- drakshasava 15 ml with water after food twice in a day 3- all body massage with narayan tail or coconut oil before bath every day morning may take regularly pure ghee haluva-shira (soji prepared) with adding dry fruits. Record weight before treatment and after every month.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

Hi lybrate-user. You may take the below steps to reduce weight 1. Every morning jog for about half an hour before leaving for work. Jog at a pace that causes you to sweat and allow yourselves to take breaks in between. 2. Take the stairs instead of lift when you have an option. 3. Drink at least 12 glasses of water a day i. E 3.7 litres which would help in efficient metabolism of stored fat. 4. Drink green tea as it contains metabolism enhancing antioxidants and avoid sugary foods and drinks. 5. Consuming fruits, veggies and carbs that contain more fiber is always a good idea to promote satiety. 6. Do not skip meals to lose weight as it would slow down the metabolism rate and the body would be slow to burn the calories when you consume food next time. These steps would help you in losing your excess weight.
