Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots, mangoes, papayas, yellow fruits,butter, nuts. Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. work under adequatey iluuminated conditions.practice eye muscle strengthening exercises. you can go for contact lenses or lasik surgery only after satisfying few criteria like amount and type of refractive error, stability of refractive error and corneal conditions..till then you must not undergo lasik

2 months ago I broke up. Due to this all my friend who are his friend also stop talking to me. Even I didn't tried to talk with them. But till today I cry daily because I miss them so much. How they can just leave me, I was also their friend. But they choose him over me. I know I shouldn't care for them but I do and do a lot. I just can't take it anymore. They even don't wished me on my birthday. I try to be normal, starts laughing more than before, take care of my look more but inside I am becoming weak more. This me is just a illusion for other to show them I am happy but inside I am broke. I want them back. Among all of them there was a boy who was my first male friend in my college, I miss him the most and basically cry only for him now. Whenever I see him tears comes because he was the closest to my heart but he doesn't take a second to just eliminate me from his life. I though we can be friends for life but he just left me all alone. I don't know what to do. I just can't concentrate anywhere. Due to all this my health has gone down, my eyesight has also weakened, my eyes hurts a lot. I always remember those past day, all those masti, travelling, celebrations. I just want to live in my present and snap out of my past. Does I am going in depression?

You should always remember is that people come into your life for a reason, some for a season and some for a lifetime. If you keep this in mind, you will not worry yourself sick, trying to figure out why a friend suddenly stopped talking to you. Everyone loves being liked and accepted, let’s face it, we thrive on it. But sometimes, you will not have or keep those people in your life, no matter what you do. Sometimes it’s best to let them go. Whenever someone stops talking to you, you should never blame yourself for that person cutting ties with you. Don’t worry yourself sick over something that was out of your control. Learn from the experience and move on. If you have experienced this, which I’m sure everyone has, there are some things you should do to make sure that you don’t get sick over this. These things have worked for me and I’m sure they will work for you. What you should do. 1. Write a letter to the person – Writing a letter is a good way to add closure to the situation. There is no need for you to mail or email the letter. Read the letter out loud and then tear it up and throw it away. Disposing of the letting helps you close that chapter in your life. 2. Keep your mind occupied – Don’t keep asking yourself why, why, why, because you will never know the answer. Read a book, magazine, watch a movie, or a little television to help you with the constant questions to yourself. 3. Meditate – Take a few minutes, sit quietly and meditate or pray. While you are sitting quietly focus on your breathing and think happy and positive thoughts. You will soon stop focusing on the negative and see the positive reasons why your friend stop talking to you. 4. Exercise – Exercising takes your mind off your situation. You are more focused on getting your body in shape and working up a sweat, than sitting around worrying about why a friend dumped you. 5. Talk to other family and friends – Talking to others will help you stop thinking about why a friend suddenly cut ties with you. You will laugh and have a good time, so much so that you will forget about yourself. 6. Take up a hobby – Do you have a hobby? If you love gardening, writing, sewing, cooking, etc. You should focus on learning all you can about your hobby. Working on your hobby will help you forget your worries. All the very best.

Hello yellow colour eyes could be due to jaundice or it could be due to normal depigmentation of conjunctiva get liver function test done if it is ok, then it is normal depigmentation and it will may affect your eye sight.

Include the following for getting better vision: vitamins a, c, e, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. Dha is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for strengthening eye muscles: -begin by partially closing your eyes; the lids should only be halfway shut. After holding for 10-15 seconds, close your eyes very slowly. Take a few deep breaths to increase oxygen in the blood. -warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. -hold a pen at arm's length. Focus your gaze on the tip of the pen. Bring the pen closer to your nose at a slow and steady pace. Repeat this exercise 5-10 times. -concentrate your vision on the tip of your nose. Then shift your gaze to an object further away, either at arm's length or 20 feet away. Then shift your eyes back to the tip of your nose. Repeat this exercise 10 times. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Begin by look to the left-most position (without moving your head) and hold to stretch your eye muscles. Hold for 5 counts. Blink and return your gaze back to look straight in front of you. Then look to the right-most position with your gaze and hold for 5 counts. Repeat 3 times, blinking between each hold. Then, repeat this exercise looking up and then down. Do not forget about blinking. -sit in a relaxed but upright position. Look up and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look up to and to your left for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your right for 5 seconds. Return your gaze to center. Look down and to your left for 5 seconds. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing first and then reducing the power of your eyes (if the eye power is less). Take physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 4-6 months and instill euphrasia eye drops twice a day. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Hi my nose is always blocked due to which I am facing breathing problem specially in night I had a ct pns it says All paranasal sinuses are clear. Thickened inferior turbinate seen in the right nasal cavity could be a spectrum of nasal cycle. Mild deviation of nasal septum towards right side is observed. If nasal block is only on right side and no sneezing/running nose then it can be due to dns to rt but your ct report says only mild dns which should not cause such problem. Take second opinion of a ent spe and follow their advise. If dns is the cause then surgery is only option.

Hello Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. Measures to reduce this include 1. Work under proper light. 2. Blink a lot. 3. Cold compresses 4. Use good lubricating eyedrop

I m 27 yrs old female. I did lasic operation of my eyes. Before 4 years, some times suffering from headache. Is it due to lasic operation? now my eyesight is clear bt paining in head is very much.

Unlikely that it is due to lasik. But get your power checked by a different doctor and see if you have some residual power.

The term used for yellow eyes is icterus. It correlates with your bilirubin count. I would recommend you to take an expert opinion for the same with a gastroenterologist. Liver conditions may at times be associated with yellowing of the sclera of the eye which lead to the yellow coloration. There may be no direct treatment for the eye but systemic treatment (if indicated) and restoration of normal bilirubin levels may help in normalizing your eye color as well. Take care.

Homoeopathic medicine PHYSOSTIGMA Q (SBL) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily NATRUM MUR 6X (Dr Reckeweg) Chew 4 tab twice daily CINERARIA MARITIMA EYEDROPS (Dr Reckeweg) Pour 2 drops 3 times daily into your eyes Preferably Early morning EYE BALL ROTATION EXERCISE 20 times clockwise nd 20 times Anticlockwise completes one cycle. Any activity that requires intense use of the eyes -- such as extended amounts of driving or reading -- can cause eye fatigue. These include extended periods of: reading writing driving exposure to bright light or straining to see in dim light can also cause eye fatigue. One of the most common causes of eye fatigue is staring for long periods at digital devices such as: computer screens smartphones video games during sleep, the eyes are replenished with essential nutrients. Lack of sleep may result in persistent eye irritation. Prevention of eye fatigue usually eye fatigue can be prevented or reduced by making simple changes in your work habits or environment. Make changes to your computer screen, such as: place the screen 20-26 inches away from your eyes and a little below eye level. Regularly clean off dust and fingerprints from the screen. Smudges on the screen can reduce contrast and increase problems with glare and reflections. Choose screens that tilt and swivel. Consider using a glare filter over your screen. Make changes to your work environment, such as: change lighting to reduce glare and harsh reflections. Use an adjustable chair. Place a document holder next to your computer screen. Make changes to your work habits, such as: try the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look away about 20 feet in front of you for 20 seconds. Post a note that says" blink" on the computer as a reminder. Take regular breaks from computer work. Take care of your eyes with these steps: apply a washcloth soaked in warm water to tired, dry eyes (with eyes closed). Use artificial tears to refresh your eyes when they feel dry. To help prevent dry eyes while working indoors, use an air cleaner to filter dust and a humidifier to add moisture to the air. Management: give sufficient rest to your eyes with proper sleep. Keep yourself hydrated with intake of 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Eat healthy especially vitamin a rich food (green vegetables, carrots, yellow fruits and vegetables) and avoid junk food. Hold tap water in your flexed palm, dip your one eye closer to the water level, shut and open your eyelids often. Do the same with your other eye. Repeat this whole process 1-2 times more in a day. Give your eyes proper rest. Can keep slices of cucumber or potato or used tea bags over the closed eyes for sometime. Medication: instill 2 drops of euphrasia eye drops in each eye twice daily.

Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. If needed wear corrective spectacles. These r few things you can take care of. Otherwise as such no options available which wd increases your eyesight.
