Dear lybrate-user, Get X-ray or MRI done to rule out any structural joint abnormalities. Meanwhile, gentle massage over knees with lukewarm herbal pain relieving oils daily for about 15-20 minutes and hot fomentation afterwards will greatly help in subsiding the pain. Ayurveda’s Panchakarma offers specialized treatment of JANU BASTI for knee pains - these procedures would give strength to your knee and reduce the pain and stiffness. Regular oiling the joint will improve the lubrication also. Use knee caps over the joints and avoid over exertion of the joint. Avoid sitting crossed legs. This will greatly help. You just need to mix apple cider vinegar with honey, and then apply it to your scars by using a cotton ball. Let it rest for 10 minutes and then wash off. Repeat this remedy 2-3 times a day.

If you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Please note -- for adults, the average penis size is about 14-16cm (5.5-6.3 inches) when erect. The average girth for an erect penis is 12-13cm (4.7-5.1 inches). A penis would only be considered unusually small if it was less than 3 inches (7.6cm) long when erect.

You can do meditation. Its good for memory and mind. Eat nuts like almons and walnuts. Its good for memory. Take these with warm milk. Do not eat anything upto one hr after eating nuts. Avoid stress. Take 8 hrs sleep. During study maintaine silence around you. C you can read topics little loud. It also help in making concentration. All these will help you study properly.

The pain in your neck/back is due to the spondylosis as you know. It's called axial back pain. The only remedy which isn't definitive in its own right is physiotherapy exercises (back and core strengthening exercises) along with hot /cold fomentation 3-4 times a day. Go for early morning walks in sunshine to maintain body levels of vitamin d, take a diet rich in calcium and vit d e. G eggs, milk, nonveg food if possible and fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid straining your back too much by bending forwards too much or lifting heavy weights. These measures would surely decrease the back pain if not completely resolve it. If the pain is associated with any tingling numbness or weakness in any of the limbs or you get any fever or weight loss, kindly consult an orthopaedician for appropriate work up. Hope this helps.

Hi..Go for natural, organic foods if you can. Drink plenty of water also, drinking water with lemon is cleansing and healthy for you. Avoid things like soda, diet soda or any drinks, artificial colors and sweeteners, white flour, overly processed foods, fast food, etc Your morning breakfast starting should be from oatsmeal..its best for healthy fit... one or two fruit should be consume daily. pulses curd paneer etc high protein diet are very good for being fit... U shuld take proper 7 to 8hr sleep in night.. consume high fibre diet.. ur diet shuld be rich in fruits and vegetables... Avoid junk foods...Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Bleeding in stool is due to piles more commonly. You should get your proctoscopy done under local anaesthetic jelly. To confirm the diagnosis. Treatment of piles is surgery only. Meanwhile you should apply shield ointment locally.

Hello lybrate-user. Capillary hemangiomas may resolve with time. Lasik is not the solution for it. In fact lasik is for rectifying the refractive error (getting rid of the glasses) of the eye. Regarding the capillary hemangioma, it may be necessary to get it surgically removed if it persists and shows no signs of spontaneous resolution. For the time being, do not worry. Give it time.
