Try for yoga and meditation. It will help you from physical and mental stress and will improve your over all health. Avoid taking stress because though you are not helped in any way but stress will deteriorate your mental stress. So chill down, have increased water intake and take fresh fruits daily.

Is there any medicine which can reduce my extra fats faster then exercise without side-effects.
The weight gain in the body is due to the more of the calories in your diet than you burn in the whole day. One should eat balanced diet comprising of Carbohydrates-50%, protein-40% and fat 10% in right ratio with a maximum of 1500-1800 calories per day. To keep satiety at meals increase your protein and lower your cabs content, these wills the amount of food in next meal and thus decrease calorie consumption. Good choices of protein to be opted are: •Egg white •Sprouts •Mushroom •Oats •Chicken and fish Drink plenty of water and do not include high density source of calorie rich snacks like nuts and seeds. Make sure to include workout schedule at least 5 times a week along with maintaining rest session and complete sleep for a healthy body and mind.

Diabetes causes weight loss when it is uncontrolled. Simply stated, weight can be preserved by controlling sugars to the optimum level, provided you have no other problem apart from diabetes which can attribute to this weight loss. So first check your blood for sugar levels and urine for sugar loss. You can't fill a vessel with water if its got a hole at the base.

Aim for fitness. Aim for health and weight loss will happen. You can cut down two kgs per month by a combination of diet and exercise. - The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Diet + Daily exercise. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. - Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. - Reduce socialising/company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. - Love yourself and respect your body.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Lemon is too much acidic so if you have sensitive stomach avoid it.Do not use it on dry skin.Do not use on pimples.Too much lemon juice can cause heart burn,frequent urination,dehydration and others. Yes,lemon juice with lukewarm water is good for fat burning.

For a hypothyroid condition there is no specific or special food. And it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the thyroid levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar if having insulin resistance. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into lowered metabolism. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline. But don't give up. A good diet and exercise will help keep metabolism going.

Squeeze your lips. Place your palms on your face, with the outer edge on your laugh lines and the bottom edges on the top of the jaw line. Use your whole palm to put pressure on your face. Use your lip muscles (not your hands) to push your lips together and hold for 20 seconds. Repeat the exercise 3 times.

You ought to avoid everything that is processed and packaged. Restaurant meals also ought to be limited to once a week or so. Multi-vitamins usually contain token amounts of micronutrients. Hello mam, according to your height your weight is too high. You control your weight. If you take egg, so I suggest only egg white. You should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes daily. Take lukewarm water in the morning. Include more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Take small and frequent meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night and don't skip breakfast. Avoid junk food and oily food. Avoid late night dinner.

I want to loose weight but due to my severe back bone issue (Disk slip in L5) 80% damage and have to undergo a surgery within 3 months, I am not able to put in sweat work out. Not in a position to do yoga or gymming. Though I lost 12 kgs earlier with GM diet and gymming. Please suggest me a best diet plan with rigorous brisk walk.

Hi lybrate-user, weight loss is easy process you do not need to exercise, you can avoid food which are high in carbohydrates and insulin stimulating properties, adding more of alkaline food in diet will help in bone healing. Weight loss and bone healing can happen simultaneously. Smriti you are young it will be easy to lose for you.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc.. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.
