It is a common disease mostly related to infection by water or food. It is very simple to treat diarrhea, using simple remedies; 1. Drink a lot of homemade fluids i. E. Buttermilk, lemon water, lassi, coconut water, fruit juice, plain water, etc. 2. Avoid tea, coffee, and cold drinks. 3. Do not leave food, continue usual amounts, you may include banana, rice etc. 4. Drink ors solution as recommended (1 packet in 1 litre water), 1 glass water after each episode of diarrhea or whenever you feel like drink anything. This is best treatment. In diarrhea, you have to protect yourself from loss of water body, ors helps a lot it.

Hi lybrate-user, don't try to skip all meal or doing fast or starvation is not a good option to loose weight. First of all I would like to tell you don't be disappointed, some times it takes time. Try to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and physical activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Avoid outside food. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water (10-12 glasses in a day). Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like.

Do not take any type of protein supplement, take only herbal medicines for this ashwagandha, shatavari, vidarikand, dhatupostik churans mix them together and take 1 tsf in morning and 1 tsf in evening time with milk you will see the difference in 3 month.

You need to plan your meals well. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals. Avoid long gaps between meals and/or heavy meals. Have an early dinner by if possible. Avoid outside, junk foods. Exercise whenever you get the opportunity or at least 3 times a week. This will ensure at least initial weight loss. Lastly. Be commited. Any thing that you do and then leave is not the right thing. Diet is something you don' t go on or off. It' s what you take for life to nourish your body. So stick to a sensible eating plan and exercise routine that you can maintain. Not some diet that is low fat low carb protein rich etc. Get commited for life not for a month or a week.

Dear, the most common causes of weakness are * anemia * metabolic disorder (diabetes, hypothyroidism) * breathing problems (asthma, sinusitis) *digestion problems (diarrhea, gestric ulcers) * cervical spondylosis first check out your haemoglobin (hb), if your hb is low, then eat a lot of green vehetables and iron rich foods like apple, guava, sapotas (cheeku, beet root and oranges. Takeiron suppliments for increase in hb. If your hb level is normal then your all parts of body get adequate level of oxygen. 2. Take deep breaths atleast for 10-15 minutes twice a day. 3. Check out the blood sugar fasting in every 6 months. If blood sugar level, then take proper medicines for high sugar level. 4. In thyroid disorder, there is a feeling of weakness and tiredness. Mr. lybrate-user, Do you mean blood glucose veries between 23 mg to 444 mg? Because 23 mg is a very low and dangerous level. That can lead to severe weakness even coma. It will be better if you give following details Fasting, PP current levels, HbA1c%, drugs being taken for diabetes with dosage, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. Based on those details I will be able to give some suggestions. Thanks.

It is better for diabetics to avoid sugar/ honey/ jaggery/ sabudana as these are source of empty calories, cause spike in blood glucose levels & lead to obesity. sweets/ chocolates/ cold drinks/ ice cream should also be avoided. In case of sweet cravings it is better to include a piece of sweet fruit like banana/ mango/ grapes/ watermelon/ jackfruit/ dates. You may also have artificial sweetener (stevia) if still sugar taste is needed.
