Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

Hi lybrate user. For backpain firstly you have to take care of your posture. Maintain an erect posture while at work. Stretch your body after every few hours of work. And also you should do some yoga exercises for your back like sarvaang asan,snake asan etc

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Sir my age is 23. Height 6 ft. Weight 80 kg. My question is that I am having all symptoms of cushing syndrome since 43 month such as. Excessive hair growth on whole body. Abdominal belly fat. Too much. Chest enlargement. Weakened bone and muscle pain. High bp150/100. Numbness and tingling in hands and feet. High level of headache. I had my cortisol 234ng/dl. Testosterone 2.21ng/dl. There are many different symptoms of this condition, the most common of which are: weight gain, obesity fatty deposits, especially in the face (round" moon" face), between the shoulders, the upper back, and midsection stretch marks on the breasts, arms, abdomen, and thighs thinning skin that bruises easily cuts, insect bites, and infections that are slow to heal acne fatigue muscle weakness glucose intolerance increased thirst increased urination bone loss high blood pressure headache cognitive dysfunction anxiety, irritability depression erectile dysfunction loss of sexual interest decreased fertility a round-shaped face, upper body weight gain, and skin that bruises easily high levels of cortisol can be due to -overuse of corticosteroid medications as well. If you are having most of the above then its cushing syndrome.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I get acidity and gastric influx almost everyday. I survive on pentacid tablets.But need a permanent solution to the problem.Many times ven the pentacid doesnt work and i suffer a lot. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. I have frozen shoulder since last 4 years since i feel down on right shoulder. Since then I am doing physiotherapy . But absolutely no progress since day 1. It is hindering my financial earnings. I cannot even lift my hand up to shoulder level .Please suggest parmanent remedy.

Frozen shoulder is very common in diabetic patients and to improve range of that joint it is very importent to do daily physiotherapy exercises and electrotherapy to reduce pain.
