It's a dry socket! sir, it's because during the healing period the clot which was forming was disturbed either due to excessive gargling, spitting of blood soon after teeth removal, smoking or touching the area very often with your tongue. Please visit an oral surgeon who would give you a zinc oxide pack. Keep the warm saline water goin on.

You may have calcium deposits called as tarter. Tarter serve as a site for accumulation of bad bacteria causing multiple symptoms like bad odour, redness in gums, bone loss and eventually early fall of tooth.
It is better to go for full mouth prophylaxis.

Gums bleeding is due to infection in gums. Get scalling done by dentist. Use proper brushing techniques. Brush, floss n use mouthwash twice daily. Massage your gums with your finger tips after brushing. Keep your tongue clean. Rinse your mouth well after each meal. Visit your dentist for dental checkups every 6 months to detect n prevent dental probs.

According to your details you may be having calculus deposited over your teeth. You may also feel dirty and yellowish teeth.
Firstly go for oral prophylaxis i. E, scaling (professional cleaning of teeth).
And then use proper mouth washes and some other medicines needed in your case.

Follow health advises given below:
Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken
4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. You can apply Dolo mouth gel once a day with clean hand for 2 days Avoid salty spicy food
