Please get an ultrasound abdomen done. That's a must. As this type of pain could be due to multiple reasons. Take tablet dolo for the time being.

It may be coincidental. As coconut water is not associated with pain due to any reason. If it persists. Take tablet buscopan once a day for 2 days.
