Heel track kijiye… weight cuff 1-2kg use kijiye or leg exercise kijitye hips up nd down exercise kijiye…. Walking kijiye phle edii rakiye fir panjaa rakijiye 6-9 kaadaam chalet huye apni walking ki capacity incress kijiye daily 1000 kaadaam ap chaliye …deep breath lijiye pani jada se jada pijiye ……. Long sitting, standing, clambing avoide kijiye I hope ap jaldi ache ho jayege thnx.

Pain klers is not a solution. Pl massage with warm mahanarayan and mahavishgarbh oil mixed equally. Drink hot milk and turmeric daily twice. Walk daily. Light easy digestible food required. Keep your gut clean by tarunikusumakar chooran and herbal'agnideepak' medicines, powders etc.

1st MRI to know the all about the effects. Exercise 1.such as walking is good for u. If walking creates too much stress on your muscles or joints, try non-weight-bearing activities like swimming or bicycling. Daily stretches can help your joints move more smoothly. 2. Calf Stretches-- Here’s how to do this move. Face a wall. Place your palms flat on the surface, one foot forward, and one foot back. Leave your heels on the floor and lean forward. Feel the pull in your calf and the Achilles tendon at the back of your ankle. Hold the position for 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat. Stretch each calf three times. 3. If regular strength-training hurts, try exercises called isometrics. You’ll tense your muscle without any visible movement 4. Ice Your Pain If you overdo it during your workout, a cold compress can help. It eases pain and swelling. 5. I am 60. No illness for past many yrs. Since few months my finger joint are paining severely. Early morning has cramp in my palms. Left is paining cannot lift up. Leg big toe joints are also paining but not severe. Please help. Thanks.

Dear do regular exercises for all your joints early morning. Get your blood check done for uric acid and rh factor to rule out gout and rheumatoid arthritis take care.

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Tie a cup of uncooked rice inside a cloth and heat it for 30 to 60 seconds on the microwave in low setting. Then keep this on the back for relief. Take fresh ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with honey. Take a plastic bag with few crushed ice cubes and place it on the painful area.

knee pain at this age group is usually due to patello femoral (knee cap ) joint problems. if you dont have other joints that are painful and if your uric acid is normal then quadriceps strengthening exercises will help. avoid sitting on the floor and using Indian closet
