Normally bleeding continues for a week to 15 days after child birth. Do meet your doctor to rule out infection or any other problem because continuous bleeding for almost 2 months is not normal.

I am 31 it's been 1.3 years of my delivery it's c section. I have bad ache. Oly in tat injection area left side. Oly I have pain tat too down side. I am not able to bend fully. Today pain s serious. I apply gel. Spray nothing s help full pls doctor's help me out. Oly injection area side.

Post delivery due to hormonal changes and due to injections there may be backache. Besides if injections are oil based or given in wrong manner may lead to haematoma formation so better get local examination by a doctor.

Definition:
Sex is one of the basic instincts of human life. It is as important as food, clothing and shelter. Sex is not just for human reproduction or making babies, but it is also a mode of physical and mental relaxation. Lack of proper sex education by our government and educational institutions has led to mushrooming of quacks, hakims, vaids & unqualified sex specialists. Typically sexual disorders in women are sterility, dyspareunia (painful sex) and vaginal dryness. Men commonly suffer from erectile dysfunctions and problems of premature ejaculation. Sexual disorders very often arise from psychological factors such as fear and incompatibility of partners. These disorders may also be precipitated by smoking, hormonal imbalances, diseases like mumps and diabetes and the prolonged use of drugs like contraceptive pills.
Conventional treatment may lead to various side effects. In women, blurred vision, tender breasts and depression is not uncommon. And in men it could lead to mental confusion, gastric problems, dizziness and headaches

Can soup be a complete dinner by itself?

Soups are normally the first thing you order at a restaurant, followed by at least two other meal courses. The universally accepted appetizer takes a backseat when contemplating dinner. But can it be considered a complete dinner meal in itself?

To rightly be considered as dinner, a soup must not only be filling, but must also be correct on the calorie chart. Hearty soups like Russian Borsch, Vietnamese pho, and Italian Minestrone are considered as main courses. They have an apt mix of vegetables, protein and carbohydrates in a single bowl. Thick soups that carry not only the broth, but also toppings that make them sumptuous, can be had as your dinner.

These kind of all-in-one soups, that carry a number of condiments on their side, and ingredients in them, are also a great way of utilizing leftovers. For fussy eaters, a lot of ingredients can be blended well and masked in the form of soup. It is a perfect comfort food, which can be easily cooked, and is loved by almost everyone. It also carries benefits for people who want to lose weight.

Home-made soups are much healthier than the ready-to-drink packet ones as the packet ones have starch and few other ingredients which are not healthy. Another important thing is the time of having these soups. It should be preferred that soups should be taken as early as possible in the evenings, latest by 7:00pm, if at home and 8:00pm if having dinner out as it has salt content which can lead to water retention in the body if consumed too late. The soup can be coupled with freshly cut salad without any creams or fat content.

The calories in a soup can range from 20 to 100 approximately, depending upon the density and the additives. However, the usual by-the-sides like breadsticks, potatoes, rice crackers, naan bread, tofu croutons, creme fraiche, or even a spoonful of pesto etc. increase the calorie content and hence should be avoided.

The way we sit, walk, bend or stand is hugely dependent on one very vital organ of the human body; the spine. The spinal column provides strength and support to your entire framework. It has nerves, muscles, bones and tendons; all of which enhance proper functioning of your body. The human brain sends signals to the nerves in your spinal cord, a mass of nerve fibers and tissues ensconced within the spine, which further prompts every single part of your body to perform minute and notable actions all the same. A spine injury can, thus impair your health; in many cases it can even turn out to be fatal. Care should be taken to avoid sources of spine shock or injury. If an injury has already been acquired, it should be treated either through exercising or through medical assistance.

A few postures to reap the benefits of a fit spine:

1. Twist your spine either early in the morning or after a tiring day: Fold one leg while the other leg remains perched on the folded one. If the left leg is folded the left elbow should be rested on your perched right knee and the right palm should be placed on the yoga mat behind your right hip. This posture can be repeated by folding the right leg as well. It increases spine mobility by twisting it to the end of its range sideways. Muscular spine aches can be remedied by following this posture once each day.

2. Do not slouch but sit straight: Some people are in the habit of slouching when they sit or stand. This is an absolutely wrong thing to do if your spine health is of any concern to you. Stretch out your shoulder blades and remain erect while standing and the same should be followed while sitting. Bending one's spine, unless it is necessary, can be very harmful.

3. Stretch your spine in three directions: This exercise is a good way to allay the tension your spine has to undergo every day. Sit with folded legs, intertwine your fingers and stretch your arms upward, in front and at the back to expand your spine to the full.

4. The downward doggy posture can relieve back pain: In this yoga posture, one is expected to stretch his or her legs according to the width of the person's back and stoop forward by placing the palms on a yoga mat. Knees and elbows should not bend.

There is no need to relate the health of the pregnancy to severity of your symptoms on a day to day basis. These are subjective phenomena which differ from person to person and from one pregnancy to the next. The only worrisome problems in your case would be lower abdominal pain or bleeding or brownish vaginal discharge. In absence of these, you may wait for 2 weeks whilst taking prescribed medication.

Hello, it is suggested that you should visit her synecologist and she would do a per vaginal exam and possibly induction of labour may be planned.

I am a 21 year old female. I had unprotected sex on November 23rd. It was my first time. My periods date for December was 12th. I have very irregular menstrual cycle. I noticed some brownish and pinkish discharge on the 9th 10th and 11th of December. I got my periods on January 6th. I was very worried that I might be pregnant and I took many pregnancy test kit each time it showed negative. I had sex again on January 26th. My boyfriend used condom and we were not able to have sex properly that day. He later on went to the washroom and removed his ejaculate. I got my periods on the 15th of February. The blood flow was less and I usually have stomach pain during periods this time I didn't feel it and I also noticed some small clots during periods in January and February. I had normal bleeding in January for about 5 days. This month it's the third day and it's like my periods has almost stopped. I took pregnancy test on 13th February in the evening around 5 it showed a clear negative. I was going for aerobics I left from December and my sleeping timings have changed and even my eating timings have changed I skip breakfast almost everyday. I feel like I have put on weight especially near the stomach and arms. I have no symptoms of pregnancy but is it possible that I am pregnant? My boyfriend tells he is sure he didn't ejaculate inside me.

A urine pregnancy test has a sensitivity of more than 95%. So if it's negative then there is almost no chance that you are pregnant. But to be very sure. You could go for blood investigations and consult a gynecologist.

Take urine pregnancy test to confirm if unprotected sex happens ,if test becomes negative, then don't worry, it may be due to hormonal imbalance.
