Do some basic tests like hormonal tests for you to see the ovarian reserve and normal levels, tubal patency test, an a routine usg to rule out any pelvic structural problems. Your husband should have a semen analysis done. Subject to the reports you can try iui for some cycles or try ivf if the ovarian reserve is less.

She has a history of spontaneous abortion 1 month back. Nw she has concieved again as her urine pregnancy test is postive. Wat precautions shud she take nw to avoid miscarriage again?

was the last abortion her 1st conception ? at how many months did she abort ? does she have any live birth before ? spontaneous abortion could be because of chromosomal abnormalities in the fetus more so if it is in the 1st 3 months.. chromosomally abnormal fetuses abort spontaneously.. avoid heavy work or intercourse.. rest of the treatment will depend upon the proper history of the patient thati need to know.. u should get your random blood sugar and TSH levels done .. sometimes thyroid problems and undiagnosed diabetes will lead to abortion and recurrent.

Dependent personality disorder (dpd) is one of a cluster of disorders defined by symptoms of anxiety and fear. The specific, identifying symptoms include:

� being emotionally dependent on others; feeling they can?t take care of themselves

� investing a lot of time and effort in trying to please significant people

� displaying clingy, passive and needy behavior

� avoiding disagreements for fear of losing approval and support

� experiencing separation anxiety and intense fear of abandonment

� finding it hard to be alone

� putting the needs of others before their own

� tolerating mistreatment and abuse for fear of disapproval and abandonment

� being crushed, and feeling helpless, when relationships end ? and forming new relationships as soon as possible

� being unable to make even the simplest decision without the input and reassurance of others

� rarely taking the initiative

� avoiding personal responsibility

� avoiding responsible jobs and careers that require independent, autonomous functioning

� being over-sensitivity to criticism

� feeling negative and pessimistic; expecting to disappoint and fail

� having low self esteem and lacking confidence, including a belief that they are unable to care for themselves.

The cause of disorder is still unclear, and probably includes both a genetic and environmental component. Some researchers have speculated that it could be linked to an authoritarian or overprotective parenting style ? which acts as a trigger for a genetic predisposition.

Treatment is usually initially sought for some other problem or concern ? such as feeling overwhelmed ? so that they can?t cope with life. Also, sufferers will often have a mood disorder so they seek help for depression or anxiety at first.

The normal treatment for this particular disorder is counselling or psychotherapy. However, the emphasis is short term therapy so the person doesn?t form a dependency ? and then look to the counsellor to take care of them. Prognosis with support is generally good.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

labour pains start naturally after 9 months .Remain active till your due date ,You can go for regular walks and do housework ,Squatting and mopping the floor is also agood exercise.

I would still advice her to do a urine pregnancy test before she takes any medicine to induce a period. Sometimes cycles can become a bit irregular in women secondary to hormonal imbalance or stress.

Most possible cause is anaemia. If you are known asthmatic then you can take asthalin inhalers safely. It does not cause any harmful effect to fetus. Take it under supervision of chest specialist.
