Your sperms come out due to thinness of sperms. For this, do slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning to be mentally strong. Take proper balanced diet daily. Avoid garlic and red chilly and non veg and eggs. Take lots of water daily. Follow and give feedback.

My both fallopian tubes are removed and I was conceived through IVF 6 months back and last month I delivered premature baby boy and baby expired after two days due to leakage in his lungs he was kept in NICU as soon as he was born. I was came to hospital in bleeding my doctor said it was abruption. Kindly let me when can I conceive again.

Hello, You should give a break of at least 6 months to allow uterus to return to its prepregnant state completely.

I had my c sec delivery 10 months ago. I got my periods after 5 months of my delivery. But since then I am running on irregular cycles. It gets delayed by at least 1 and a half month. I had a history of irregular periods even before my pregnancy. Had taken some medicines at that point of time to make them regular.

Some women have natural longer cycles and after delivery if you are breastfeeding the baby then also your cycles can get disturbed it is advisable to keep a record of atleast four cycles with exact dates for their commencement to finish to see what type of irregularities are there and what treatment is required.

Last month my period length was 31 days, june 13th is my period, we had sex on 30th, 1st now I am feeling lower abdominal pain, back pain, mouth watering and light dizziness with vomiting sensation, and gas, is these pregnant symptoms.

Hi lybrate user, it could be acidity mostly, chances of having pregnancy are also their please await period. If it delayed get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.

Can we use body soap for washing vagina? Can we use diluted dettol for washing vagina? Found some white smelly stuffs so I started using dettol. Found effective.

There are special vaginal washes available in d market with balanced pH. Better to go in for that if you hv vaginal infections.

Fruits - What Is The Right Time To Eat Them?

We all believe that consuming fruit is an uncomplicated task that involves buying, cutting and eating the pieces. But in reality, to reap the benefits, you need to consume it at the right time. By consuming fruits at the right time, it can contribute to boost the detoxification process and help in weight loss and kick-start the metabolism process.

When is the best time to eat fruits?
Fruits comprise of different types of nutrients which offer protection against different types of diseases and infections, lower the chances of heart diseases and hypertension. If you eat fruits without proper knowledge of how to consume it, it can create problems rather than offer benefits. You should, therefore, try to eat fruits at the following timings.

  1. Empty stomach in the morning: Experts always recommend consumption of fruits on an empty stomach and in between meals. This is because digestion takes place at a fast pace during these times and the enzymes required for digestion of fruits are released easily when you are on an empty stomach. Fruits are high in simple sugars which need long hours to be completely digested by the body. Thus, if you eat fruits on an empty stomach, all the nutrients, sugar and dietary fibers are processed properly in the body. This ensures that your body gets the right quantity of nutrition from the consumption of fruits.
  2. Before and after workout: Another viable time of eating fruits is before or after exercising. You are free to eat your choicest fruits right before or immediately after working out. The body would easily utilize the sugars derived from the fruits for extracting energy before a workout. It also helps in filling back the energy content of the body if you consume fruits right after workout sessions.

Eating fruits is a simple process which is known for offering a host of benefits. But there are also numerous myths regarding the timing of consumption of fruits which need to be debunked. One such myth is that if you are suffering from high blood sugar, you should consume fruits at least one to two hours before meals. The idea behind the myth is that people with diabetes have digestive issues and eating fruits separately can improve digestion to some degree. But there is no supportive evidence for the statement.

So, it is advised to eat the fruit as a snack together with protein-packed meals which can aid in digestion. This is also beneficial as smaller amounts of sugar gets absorbed at a time which leads to the meagre amount of rising in blood sugar levels. With these few factors in mind, you can get the most out of your daily fruits consumption. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an Ayurveda.

Hello, safe period is from day 2 to day 11 in a 28-30 days cycle. One woudl not get pregnant during this time.

No, it can be taken during menses for spasmodic pain that is dysmenorrhoea. But excess of anything is always avoided. If you want to conceive, take care that you do not take any painkiller during ovulation time.

लहसुन के सेवन के स्वास्थ्य लाभ

1. इंफेक्शन से बचाए 

लहसुनलहसुन का सेवन करने से शरीर में टी-सेल्स, फैगोसाइट्स, लिंफोसाइट्स आदि प्रतिरोधी तत्व बढ़ते हैं। ये सभी तत्व शरीर की इम्यूनिटी को बढ़ाते हैं। इससे किसी भी प्रकार का इंफेक्शन शरीर को तुरंत नहीं होता।

2. ब्लड प्रेशर कंट्रोल में रखे

 लहसुन खाने से हाइपरटेंशन की समस्या में आराम मिलता है। यह न सिर्फ रक्त के प्रवाह को नियमित करता है बल्कि यह दिल से संबंधित समस्याओं को भी दूर करता है तथा लीवर और मूत्राशय को भी सुचारू रूप से काम करने में सहायक होता है

3. पिंप्लस का उपचार 

लहसुनलहसुन में एंटी बैक्टिरियल तत्व पाए जाते हैं। इसीलिए पिंपल्स की समस्या हो तो इसका इस्तेमाल करने से काफी फायदा होता है। पिंपल पर लहसुन की स्लाइस लेकर हल्के से रब करें, बहुत जल्द पिंपल ठीक हो जाएगा।

दांत के दर्द में आरामजी हां, लहसुन के सेवन से दांतों के दर्द में भी काफी आराम मिलता है। इसके लिए लहसुन को लौंग के साथ पीसकर दांतों के दर्द वाले हिस्से पर लगाएं, दर्द से तुरंत राहत मिलेगी|

4. दांत के दर्द में आराम

जी हां, लहसुन के सेवन से दांतों के दर्द में भी काफी आराम मिलता है। इसके लिए लहसुन को लौंग के साथ पीसकर दांतों के दर्द वाले हिस्से पर लगाएं, दर्द से तुरंत राहत मिलेगी।

5. भूख बढ़ाए

लहसुन पाचन प्रक्रिया को तेज़ करता है और इसी वजह से भूख भी बढ़ाता है। जब भी आपको घबराहट होती है तो पेट में एसिड बनने लगता है। लहसुन इस एसिड को बनने से रोकता है।

6. ब्लड क्लॉटिंग न होने दे

लहसुन उन लोगों के लिए भी बहुत फायदेमंद हैं जिनका खून अधिक गाढ़ा होता है, और इस वजह से ब्लड क्लॉटिंग की समस्या हो जाती है। लहसुन खून पतला करता है और रक्त प्रवाह सुचारू करता है और इस तरह से ब्लड क्लॉटिंग को रोकता है।

7. श्वसन तंत्र मज़बूत बनाए

लहसुन श्वसन तंत्र के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होता है। इससे जुड़ी स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं जैसे ट्यूबरक्लोसिस, अस्थमा, निमोनिया, ज़ुकाम, ब्रोंकाइटिस, पुरानी सर्दी, फेफड़ों में जमाव और कफ़ आदि रोकथाम तथा उपचार में बहुत प्रभावशाली होता है।

8. डायरिया दूर करने में मदद करे
