Bipolar disorder ka pta lagana mushkil hai and agar ise timely treat nhi kia jaye to ye life long aapke sath rehta hai. Patient aapne aap ko superior samjhta hai. Patient me bahut energy hoti hai. Patient ke clear thoughts nahi hote hain. Pateint har choti chiz me bahut khush rehte hain. Patient ko sleep disorder ka problem ho jata hai. Patient ko tiredness feel nahi hota hai. Patient bahut jaldi distract ho jata hai. Patient ko ek ke baad ek thoughts aate hain. Hum nahi samajh pate hain ki patient kya kehna chahta hai. Patient bhut social rehta hai. Patient ko substance abuse ka problem bhi ho jata hai. Patient nasha karna bhi shuru kar deta hai. Kabhi kabhi confusion bhi ho jata hai ki patient ko bipolar hai ya schizophrenia hai ya depression. Apko dekhna hai ki patient ki kya neend badh rhi hai, bhukh badh rhi hai. Ye sab normally depression me kam ho jate hain. Ye problem family me run karta hai to aapko genetically bhi dekhna hai. Patient ko hum medicines bhi dete hain. Agar patient ki bimari badhne lage to problem badhne lgti hai. Hume treatment ke time pe decide karna hota hai ki kya hume medicines dete rehna hai. Agar active episode hai to medicines deni padti hai. Quki aise patient dusron ki life pe threat ho sakte hain. Patient ko psychotherapy deni bahut jaruri hai. Patient ki memory bhi effect hoti hai. Kuch log ise cleverness bhi kehte hain. Apko apni aerobic exercise badhani hai. Aap ya to gym karen or hobbies maintain karen. Apko regular therapy me rehna hai.
