Yes definitely. If you have the determination, ayurveda has the permanent solution for you. First if all start cleaning your body and face with fuller's earth. Apply and let dry. Wash preferably with neem leaves boiled water (at least twice a week). Fuller's earth may be used daily and wash with clean water. Take mild purgative orally. I recommend taruni kusumakar churna 1 tsp at night daily with warm water for a week. Then twice a week for three weeks. Manjishtha, neem, haridra capsules of himalaya's pure herbs series. 1 each twice a day for 4 weeks. Mahamanjisthadi kwath liquid 20 ml + water before meals twice a day. Apply himalaya's anti pimple cream daily. Apply fresh aloe vera extract from your garden daily night. Keep for two hrs. Wash with anti acne face wash of himalaya personal care. Avoid oily and heavy food. Fibers, leafy veg and lot of water should be routine. Do deep breathing at least for 10 minutes daily in fresh air. Report after four weeks.

Get a urine examination done for pregnancy for discharge show yourself to a lady doctor do not wait for your period to come bu the way just touching will not cause pregnancy.

You should wait for two days. But if fever frequency and intensity decreases on day 2. You can still wait. Best would be, get a haemogram done. If total leucocyte count is more than 11 thousand you can start antibiotics. Also get his throat examined. If tonsills enlarged with congestion of throat and fever is persistent for 2 days start antibiotics.

Tips for backache: heavy objects should be pushed rather than pulled. The weight of the objects should be taken in your bent legs and arms and not in your back. During an acute attack sleep with a pillow under the knees. Choose shoes that offer good support in the arch and have low, but not flat, heels. Prop up one foot on a box or low stool when you're standing for a long time. Use a chair that provides support for your back, or tuck a little pillow behind your lower back.

It's possible that you are not eating enough nutritious foods as per how much your body needs. Over working and under nourishment is normally the reasons for low stamina and energy levels. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. If still it persists get your blood sugar, thyroid, vitamin b12 &d and haemoglobin levels tested.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise & diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. In brief, weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/4 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no shortcut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests

1.Masturbation is a normal way of relieving sexual tension. 2.It is, not harmful if done in moderation, preferably 2-3 times a week. 3.Excess indulgence may cause physical problem like weakness, tiredness, loss of memory, lack of energy, lack of concentration, behavioural disorder, stress, depression, and sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. You can take belladona 30 (3 drops tds) for 3 days. If you had any stress then take one dose of natrum muraticum 200 empty stomach and start belladona in afternoon. Then give me feed back after 3 days for follow up. If you had any stress avoid this and also take sleep atleast for 8 hrs.

What are the DO's and DON'Ts to be taken care of immediately before and after having meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast)...
Healthy eating habits go further than just food. What we do directly after we eat can have an adverse effect on our bodies. These habits may not seem harmful, but can cancel out all of the clean eating we’ve been doing. Here are some post-meal do’s and don’ts that will help you optimize your digestive system and allow you to look and feel better. DON’T Drink Tea Some people like a cup of tea right before or right after dinner with dessert. The high acidity of the tea leaves though affects your digestive system. Acid will harden any protein from your meal and make it very difficult to digest; it also decreases the amount of iron your body will absorb. If you’d like to have a post-meal cup of tea, wait at least an hour after dinner to allow for digestion. DO Drink Water Drinking water before a meal can help you feel fuller and therefore eat less. It will also help your digestive system by breaking down food and absorbing nutrients and softening your stool to prevent constipation. DON’T Go to Sleep When people are trying to lose weight, they’re advised not to eat too close to bedtime. When we sleep, our bodies don’t digest food properly. Sleeping on a full stomach can lead to a not-so-great snooze and leave you feeling full and groggy. DO Go For a Walk Health experts advise against a brisk walk or exercise right after a meal, since your blood will flow away from your stomach and hinder digestion. Taking a moderate walk after a meal though will burn up the sugar in your blood and prevent it from turning into fat. DON’T Eat Fruit with Your Meal Fruit is made up of simple sugars that are easily broken down by your stomach acid. Most fruits are also high in nutrients like vitamin C and potassium. Eating fruit, however, along with any other type of food, can hold up your intestines and cause the other contents in your stomach to spoil. Breakfast time is the best time to enjoy some fruit, but be sure to wait at least an hour before ingesting any other food. DO Improve Your Posture You’ve probably heard this a hundred times from your mother or other relatives. Bad posture can lead to not only back problems, but intestinal issues as well. When you slouch, your internal organs get squished and prevent you from digesting your food. Sit or stand up straight after your meal to improve the flow of digestion. DON’T Bathe Bathing is great in general. Bathing right after a meal though will direct blood flow away from your stomach the way exercise does, and slow your digestion system.

If fever is more than 100.4 degree then use paracetamol to subside the fever it will take another 5 to 7 days for the fever to subside try to give coconut water.

1) my baby sleeps fast while drinking milk, she is one month old, m not sure if I have enough milk or if she is tried sucking and than sleeps. I am giving her lactogen as top up 2) also I wanted to know if lactogen is good as top up or mum mum.

Babies do sleep more during the day. They are not able to distinguish the difference between day and night. Monitoring regularly the growth and development by assessing weight and head circumference it can be decided if the baby gets enough nutrition, it is not ideal to give anything except breastmilk in first 4-6 months. Ask privately for regular advice on child rearing.
