Pcod does not always interfere with conceiving. No pcos does not make people infertile .there are plenty of cases of ladies conceiving spontaneously inspite of pcos. Please be positive and see your gynaecologist.

Hello, You need to get a per speculum exam by a gynecologist and get a high vaginal swab smear to rule out any infection. This if has been continuous then a hormonal profile especially to look for progesterone deficiency would have to be undertaken. Regards

Dear Doctor, I'm 4 month pregnant and today morning suddenly I had a bleeding. I use to have this problem before also and use to take injection and vaginal tablet but almost after 25 days I got bleeding again. 7 Tips To Help You Keep Healthy While Travelling

7 Tips To Help You Keep Healthy While Travelling

1. Pack it in advance

At the moment, food is still allowed in all forms of transportation (plane, bus, train, boat) so use it to your advantage by packing easy to-go meals and snacks to keep in your carry on. If you are traveling through the airport, all foods must be wrapped, packed, or contained. Also, the no liquid over 3.5 ounces rule applies here so leave dressings, sauces, or creamy substances at home if they are greater than said amount.

Here are 7 healthy travel snack examples:

1) Dried fruit and nut mix – Mix your favorite combo and throw them into the perfectly portioned snack bags. Some of my favorites are pistachios (shelled) and dried cranberries or raisins and almonds. For a lower calorie, crunchier option, add a high fiber cereal (6gm of fiber, 8gm of sugar) 2) nut butter sandwich – choose your favorite and slap it between 2 slices of 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread. I love justin’s nut butter travel packs as an option too.

3) Fruit – Make it easy by throwing a portable fruit in your bag. Apples and bananas are great go-tos for this.

4) Turkey sandwich – Try a low-sodium turkey breast (nitrate/nitrite-free is also a great choice) on 100% whole wheat or whole grain bread with your favorite mustard. Hint: adding mustard in between turkey slices will prevent soggy bread.

5) Veggies slices – If you don’t have the time to cut them, buy them pre-cut and throw them into a sandwich bag. Here’s an article on the best healthy snacks for the office that can also make a great travel snacks.

6) A health food bar – Choose ones that are made from whole and minimally processed ingredients and at least 8 grams of protein. Also, watch the sugar in these bars. Try to aim for less than 12 grams of sugar per bar. Some of my favorites include kindbar protein plus, think thin, nugo bar, oskri bar, clif mojo, the good bar, luna, luna protein, and simply bar.

7) Protein powders – These are great if you have a re-usable water bottle. Throw powder in with water or skim milk and you’ve got a great treat. Tera’s whey and vega offer great to-go packs!

If you are traveling by car, bring a cooler. This will expand your options tremendously!

2. Buy it on your way:

If you weren’t able to pack in advance, which is ideal, you can make the right choice when purchasing food at the airport, train station, gas station, or bus station. A few items that are available at most terminals and stations are:

Turkey or chicken sandwich
Nonfat or lowfat yogurt and fruit
Nuts mixed in nonfat or lowfat yogurt
Salads (with dressing on the side)
Trail mixes (without added sugary candies and chocolate)
Water (don’t go for sugar beverages, just don’t!)

3. Look around

Most of us rush to the station or terminal to sit and wait. Instead of going to the first vendor, use that time to look around at your options (and get some exercise). There has been a huge trend toward offering healthier options in almost all travel areas including airport terminals, bus stations, rest stops, and train stations. I know it isn’t perfect everywhere, but if you pack what you can, you can make it work!

4. Call ahead

If you are on a flight that will be serving meals, call the airline ahead of time. Most airlines will accommodate your health needs by offering meals that are lowfat, vegetarian, gluten-free, low sodium, etc. Or, opt out of airplane food all together by packing your own meal.

5. Stay mindful

Who wants indigestion, an upset stomach, or low energy when traveling? eating unhealthy foods while traveling may be easy, but it won’t make traveling fun. Keep this in mind when perusing your options.

6. Stay hydrated

It is important to stay hydrated while traveling, which is especially important on long flights. We feel most comfortable when humidity is around 50% – meaning the air is 50% saturated with water. Air in an airline cabin can fall to as low as 1% on long flights.

Dehydration can lead to headaches, muscle cramps, fatigue, and reduced concentration. Water and herbal teas are great ways to keep you going. If you are prone to upset stomachs or nausea, bring along a few herbal tea bags such as ginger or chamomile.

7. Smart restaurant choices

These can make or break a diet. Think about the same things you would if you were home:

Take a look at the menu online or ahead of time, if available.
Choose meat and fish items that are steamed, broiled, baked, grilled, poached or roasted.
Choose vegetables that have been steamed over sautéed or fried.
Ask for dressing accompaniments on the side such as dressing, sour cream, cheese, and mayonnaise.
Limit alcohol – I would suggest not doing this while you are in travel, especially if you are driving. If you have other modes and must partake, go for a glass of wine; lite beer; or a small a liquor with club soda, water, or on the rocks.

Hi neetu, please take balance diet. Breakfast flax seeds, milk one fruit daily low carbs lunch chapatis with fulka lots of salad, vegetables try to have lots of vegetables, food rich in antioxidants. Dinner should be lite and protein rich less carbs. Avoid eating out, junk food.

A. Kegel Exercises - Cure For Erectile Dysfunction, Urinary incontinence, and Nightfall

What Are Kegel Exercises?

Kegel exercises are easy exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

How Do I Find My Pelvic Muscles?

In order to help strengthen you pelvic floor muscles, it is important that you take time to make sure you are exercising the right muscles.

Try to stop and start your urine stream while you are about to urinate . Try to do this two or three times. The muscles you use to stop your urine flow are your pelvic floor muscles.

How Do I Do A Kegel Exercise?

Now that you have located your pelvic floor muscles, you can exercise them even when you do not have to urinate by following these simple steps:

1. Tighten and hold your pelvic floor muscles for five seconds (count 1 one thousand, 2 one thousand, 3 one thousand, 4 one thousand, 5 one thousand).
2. Relax your pelvic muscles.
You have just done one Kegel exercise. You should plan to do 10 to 20 Kegel exercises three to four times each day.

Another way to tighten your pelvic floor muscles is to:

1. Squeeze the muscles in your anus (like you are holding a bowel movement).
2. Relax your pelvic floor muscles after each attempt.
3. Repeat this exercise 10 to 20 times.

When you do your Kegel exercises, remember

  • Do not hold your breath.
  • Do not push down.
  • Squeeze your muscles together tightly and imagine that you are trying to lift this muscle up.
  • Do not tighten the muscles in your stomach, buttocks, or thighs
  • Relax your pelvic floor muscles between each squeeze.

How Often Should I Do Kegel Exercises?

Your goal should be to do 20 Kegel exercise three to four times each day. The great thing about Kegel exercises is that you can do them anytime you want to do them

Kegel exercises can help both men and women. Some men's partners do the exercises with them. The more you do them, the stronger your pelvic floor muscles will become.

It can take six weeks or longer to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles

B. The Push-Ups - Lower yourself Only halfway down while doing push up, do not touch the ground.

Halfway down push-ups are easier to achieve and enable you to do faster reps, which, as well as increasing your sexual strength, will also increase your sexual fitness and stamina. Do sets of 10 or 20 push ups.

C. Rebound Exercise - It is performed on a device known as a rebounder/mini-trampoline. Rebounding for 10 minutes twice a day will do wonders for your Sexual health. It strengthens your pelvic floor, abdominal, hip and upper leg muscles as well as strengthening your lymphatic system.

Hello- PCOD is ovary surrounded by numerous pouch/cyst like structures which prevent maturity of the ovum hence create problems in pregnancy. Post voidal urine shows that after going to pee, still some volume of urine gets stagnant in the urinary bladder, it can cause recurrent urine infection and urinary stones as well. Both the problems have nothing to do with STD. If both the partners are healthy and you have used condom thn you cant get STD.

subserosal fibriod means it's in outer most layer of uterus ,it wil nt creat problem in conception n in pregnancy maintance just keep watch on it ,if it is increasing in size n distorting shape of uterus n affecting anatomy of pelvis ,then only treat it.

Emergency contraceptive pills have a very little role in avoiding pregnancy, intact they create confusion by showing a withdrawal bleeding, so advise you to now just wait for your due date and if you miss your due date, do a Urine pregnancy test to confirm for pregnancy.

Hello, There are no natural remedies to decrease the size. Avoid regular breast stimulation and wear a tighter bra , this should help sagging of breasts.

It is not straight easy normal way of having pregnancy. You need special assistance to have pregnancy. Someone's egg will require to be fertilized by your husband's sperm in laboraratory and with specia treatment given to you to prepare uterus pregnancy can be lodged. Not very high chance of success but not ver low also.
