Hi am 15 weeks pregnant. My doctor as prescribed me to drink milk adding mother horlicks or baby & me powder, am unable to drink 2 times as I feel vomit sensation. So can I drink once milk in the mrng and evening tea or coffee. Is tea or coffee effective during pregnancy.

hello, itz ok if you cannot drink milk with that powder.. u cud use alternatives like plain colg milk,badam milk or pista milk..! if you cant drink milk at all you cud ttry other forms like curd raita or lassi, chaas.. the wjole idea is to get more calcium..! so u can consume anything of the above that you can tolerate..!

I want some suggestion. My period is very much regular and always come on time since I have stared having it. But this month instead of full length period I am only spotting 1 or 2 drops a day with bright red blood. I do not know what is going on. It stated on 15 just the date my period was due. I am spotting still with very little almost no cramp. Me nd my husband are trying for baby. I am thinking of taking hpt tomorrow morning. And also I am feeling bloated and have lost appetite.

Hi lybrate-user, go for urine pregnancy test at earliest and if it turns positive, its good news for you and then you have to consult your doctor at earliest, because of spotting. If upt is negative, then either wait for freeflow of period or confirm by ultrasound/ beta hcg.

Hi yes it's possible to detect some minor pregnancy changes in the body before missed periods but you have to be very vigilant to recognize them. These are nauseated feeling, aversion to some foods, swollen tender breasts, tiredness, fatigue, mood swings, dizziness, constipation, increased urination, headache, backache & lower abdomen cramps like in periods, sometime slight spotting can also occur.

I had unprotected sex with my bf on 13, 14, 15 May without condom and did not take the ipill also. Today visited a lady gyano doctor she advice me not to take the pill as I was out of my ovulation period which starts from 19th May 15 days after last period. She asked me to wait till my periods and consult her if I don't have periods.

Time for I pill has already gone now only way out is to wait for your next cycle date and if you don't get it then going for the urine pregnancy test.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy.

Hello..these all r pregnancy symptoms ,so dont worry &it will last for 1st 3months only. Take healthy n nutritious diet means fruits n fruits juices dry fruits ,biscuits,milk. Even u wil feel better with dry toast.

Hello lybrate-user, * AMH 1.8 is considered relatively low. Though women with low AMH, lower than 1.8 do conceive. * As you r 32, get other Hormonal profile done like FSH, LH and TSH. Also husband's semen analysis. * If all reports are within normal range then you can try planned relation every alternate day between 9th to 20th day of period counting from 1st day of period. This is the most fertile period of a menstrual cycle. * if you do not succeed in 3 to 4 months, please do consult infertility specialist to avoid delays. As the age advances above 30 years AMH goes on decreasing. All the best.

Any ovarian cyst which is smaller than 7 cm should be treated conservatively, but should be investigated. If your cyst is constantly there for three consecutive cycles get your usg pelvis done on 2 nd day of period &send the report.

After pregnancy in lactating women menstrual cycle come may be soon 1-2 month to 10-12 month depends upon constitution of that female. After labour usually 6month gape is better so she can be physically fit.

That means pregnancy is not there. So, rest assured. You need to have drugs for starting periods, after continuing gynecologist. At the same time, we need to know the cause o not having periods.

5 Physiotherapy Exercises For Gaining Back Strength

You probably spend a whole day working at your office when your back remains in the same position. Then when you come back from work, you complain about your back pain, put some medicine and hope it goes away the next day. However, in such cases there are chances that the pain might return after a few days. You may not be aware of the fact, but there are certain fairly simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back and prevent back pain. Here are some of them.

1.Opposite arm leg raises
Lie on your stomach with one arm in the air as your starting position. Then finish the exercise by slowly lifting your leg. Hold this position for two seconds and then repeat this for the other arm and leg as well.

2. Prone hold
Hold a posture where you are holding your entire body weight on just your toes and your elbows for as long as it is pain-free.

3. Supermans
Lie on your belly with your arms above your head. Slowly lift your arms and legs from this position as far as possible and then put it down again. Repeat this as many times as you can do it in a pain free way. Once again, it is imperative to not do this when it is painful as you may get injured.

4. Side holds
To do this, you have to be on your side putting your entire body weight on the side of your foot and your elbow. Hold it for as long as you can maintain the correct posture and it is pain free for you.

5. Resistance band rotation
Stand straight up or on your knees with your back straight up. Then using a resistance band rotate your body back and forth.
