Hello, she was in her safe period and hence unprotected sex would still keep her safe from pregnancy.

Pain during periods is very common nowadays due to unhealthy lifestyles. For this you need to change your lifestyle. 1) avoid eating junk & spicy food. 2) have black tea with ginger & 1 tsf cow ghee 3) make ladoo of urad daal fried in sesame oil & mixed with jaggery. Have 1 daily for 3 months 4) eat two tbsps of flax seeds during your period 5) drink a lot of water & fresh juices 6) go for matra vasti at a panchakarma centre 7) half a teaspoon of powder of sesame seeds taken with hot water twice daily acts excellently in reducing spasmodic pain 8) using heating pads or hot water bags around the area relaxes the stiff muscles and reduces pain by bringing oxygen in the area.

Generally bow legs can't be straightened at this age. However physiotherapy n yoga may help a bit when rich calcium diet and ayurveda medicines are taken along with.

Oedema in young girls is common phenomenon and it's called premenstrual tension. You can call it water retention also. Reduce salt to bare minimum. Take lots of potassium rich fruits like bananas, citrus fruit like oranges and lemon and other seasonal vegetables. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the system.

Delay in periods after consuming I-pill is quite common. Wait for a week and if you do not get your periods then take pregnancy test.

It is quite common to have breast pain and a a lumpy feeling in the breast between 25-35 years of age. This commonly occurs due to hormonal changes during the menstrual period. It is best that you get an ultrasound to rule out something serious. If the ultrasound is normal, there is nothing to worry.

Test is negative. Either it is too early & conception has not occured because it is 20 mlu/ml just after conception on around 14 days or a few days later, levels rapidly keep rising with time as pregnancy progresses till urine starts excreting hcg hormones to be detected on a strip after 2 days of due date. Anyway better collect a container from the lab, if it is to be tested at home. Do share the good news with us.

There can be many reason for paint/ itching. Infection being the most common. Firstly you should get to know the reason for itching. Hello. If a female is having normal menstrual cycle of 28 days, 14th day would be the ovulation period when the feritilization of egg can take place by a sperm. So, 3-4 days before & after this 14th day of the menses are supposed to be the most fertile period or chances of getting pregnant are highest!

Physical activity is important. Take some outdoor games or do yoga at home. It will help you increasing the concentration in studies also. Take small frequent meals. Don't eat too much in one go at the same time every 3 to 4 hrs take some protein rich diet. Rule out thyroid and pcos problem.
