For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. Eat healthy n light food .. Drink plenty of fluids.. Avoid constipation... Walk 1km daily in evening... Follow up after a week.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals. Note – Don’t eat bananas when you are down with common cold. Also note that if you are 7 yrs old (as I can see in your query) you will attend the body - weight.

Itching is due to fungal infection and your leg problems is due to compression of that particular nerve root or due to defeciency of vitamin.

The best way to gain weight naturally is through good diet and exercise. For wt gain you must: 1. Take more of proteins like milk and milk products, pulses, soyabean and its products, eggs, chicken etc. 2. Carbohydrates rich diet with sufficient amount of fibre. 3. Intake of vitamins and minerals should be proper. 4. Intake of water should be 3-4 litres. 5. Take proper rest and sleep. 6. Avoid tensions. 7. Exercise is also very important along with a good diet. ****For proper guidance and to gain a healthy weight you must consult and take a proper diet chart so that you can get the nutrients in proper quantity and good quality.

To gain weight you can do muscle building exercise. Eat extra food more frequently. Do not skip meals. Avoid fast foods as far as possible. No water just before or during meals. Take dense fruits, vegetables. Take refined foods with unrefined food. Eat meat fish, milk, dairy products. Add healthy oil in cooking. Take extra nuts, seeds as snacks. Stay stress free and take quality sleep.

Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy eggs nuts fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements ...they will not work in isolation. ....you have to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

Hi, take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Eat 2 egg white. Include protein and iron rich food like spinach, milk and milk products, sprouts, almonds, walnuts,fish, bajra and ragi are good source of iron. No drink before and with meals do regular exercise. Stop eating junk and processed food. Take small and frequent meals.

To gain weight you can do muscle building exercise along with balanced diet.Eat plenty of food more frequently.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables.Eat extra protein in diet.add more oil in cooking.Eat nuts,seeds extra.Add ghee,cream,butter,cheese,jam,jelly with foods.Eat cake,pastries,chocolate,ice cream.No water just before or during meals.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take stress free rest.

I am suffering from skin disease (ring worm) from last 4 years I have used my medicines but they have no affect sir please say any way to cure that.

Dear, you have not mentioned the location of your skin problem. Ringworm easily affects those areas of the body which remain moist (which sweat more) like armpits, groins, scalp, between toes etc. Take care that you dry these areas throughly after bathing. You could use a dusting powder also. Try the homeopathic ointment chrysarobinum (acid chryso). If the problem is long standing, you would need to take medicine after detailed case taking. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down.
