Masturbation is a normal harmless method of releasing sexual anxiety and getting pleasure there are no side effects yes excess of it can distract your mind from other required activities and hence can cause disturbances in your life so just be aware of that it doesn't stop the growth of the body your weight at 19 years is good enough just keep your daily routine active with lots of activities and exercises and good food along with your studies and fixed timings for everything including sleeping as well as getting up and yiu will be fine.

I am working out regularly to get muscular I have protein shake just post workout. Its does help in building muscle but somehow I have reduced the quantity from three to two scoops now planning to have only one coz its not helping me reduce facial fat double chin or belly contrary I am feeling puffiness on face cheek bones. Can proteins shakes have negative effects like puffiness on face? I am into modelling I want to cut that out or can this be coz of age factor as I am now 37 previous also I have been taking shakes on and off but never experienced this but being in media I have to maintain anyhow as an actor for camera purposes face having fat tends to make you look older and actors do have slim faces at 50 plus also as we all know but it that possible without artificial support or synthetic stuff steroids and all I do not want to go on that track. I have started taking 30 ml aloe vera juice in warm water empty stomach in morning and pre meals apple cider vinegar 10 ml cup of water its a natural uric acid reducer I am told last year I faced higher uric acid levels so I started that. What is the possible way to cut facial fat or puffiness? I have even gone on boiled vegetable diet in dinner past few days which gives results in over all body just worried about facial fat its not decreasing only inspite of regular workout and alternate days cardio jogging 5-6 kms approx 45-55 minutes on treadmill trainers give the usual pattern do not eat carbs etc etc which all. I know for years as a workout person or should I get some test done can it be coz of some certain levels increased in body/blood of something I was 75 kg 5.8 inches reduced to 71.5 but what about the puffiness thats not reducing as per ratio of body weight so visually it does not seem to that I have reduced.

As per my suggestion, kindly do some face life exercises. The chin lift exercise is a great way to get rid of a double chin. It assists in working and stretching most of the facial muscles which includes jaw, throat and neck. But make sure not to use any other facial muscle other than the lips while doing this exercise. You can perform this exercise either in the sitting or standing position. Begin by tilting your head towards the ceiling, keeping your eyes fixed towards it. Now, make your lips tight, as if trying to kiss the ceiling, hold it till a count of 10 seconds and relax. Repeat – 10 times Hold – 10 seconds.

Hello, ringworm is caused by a fungus that grows on the skin. Once the fungus is established, it spreads out in rings. The centre of the ring may clear up, while a new ring of infection develops at the edge of the old ring. Fungi are microscopic organisms that can live off the dead tissues of your skin, hair, and nails, much like a mushroom can grow on the bark of a tree. Medication: take schwabe's tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks. Management: good personal hygiene helps prevent the spread of ringworm. Teach your child to practice good hygiene and generally not to share combs, brushes, or hats. Children also shouldn't share towels, clothes, or sports equipment that haven't been properly cleaned. Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others. Ringworm can also be transmitted from an infected dog or cat, so avoid animals who look mangy or have bald spots in their coats. If you have an animal that you think may have ringworm, take it to the vet for treatment.

Milk and turmeric: Besides ginger tea or masala chai, warm milk and turmeric mixture is a popular and effective way to fight a cough. This mixture is applicable for children and adults too. Turmeric and milk are also healthy ingredients needed for healthy living. Lemon, cinnamon and honey Prepare syrup of Lemon, honey and cinnamon to prevent a common cold. Here's how to: Put some honey in a pan, fill it to half and use a double boiler until it is thin. Then add a pinch of cinnamon and add lemon. Have this syrup to fight a cold. Gargle therapy: Salt-water gargle is an age-old therapy for cough, but you can also add turmeric to it. Salt and turmeric fight cough and will give you relief that you really need. Honey and brandy: brandy keeps your chest warm or increases body heat, while honey helps fight a cough. A teaspoon of brandy and honey improves cough. Water: Drink luke warm water to fight a common cold, cough and sore throat. Drinking warm water reduces the inflammation in the throat. Plus, water helps replenish the fluids in the body and washes out the infection. Amla for prevention: Amla is a strong immunomodulator and protects from the onset of many diseases if taken regularly. It ensures the proper functioning of the liver and improves blood circulation. Special spiced tea: Add tulsi, ginger and black pepper while preparing your tea. These three ingredients play an important role in fighting a common cold and cough. Honey, lime juice and warm water: Lime water or nimbu pani is a perfect dose to improve digestion and for the circulation system. If you add honey to lime water and warm water it can be a solution to controlling cold and cough. Flaxseeds for cold and cough: Boil flaxseeds until it thickens and strain it. Add a few drops of lime juice and honey. Consume the mixture for cold and cough relief. Ginger and salt: Cut ginger into julians and add salt to it. Chew on these ginger julians to fight cold, cough and a sore throat. Ginger tulsi mixture: Take the juice of ginger, crush tulsi leaves to it and add honey. Consume it to get relief from a cough. Saute garlic: Saute a few garlic cloves in ghee and consume this when warm. It may sound like a bitter concoction, but it can help you fight the common cold and cough. Jaggery solution: Boil water with black pepper, add cumin and jaggery to it. It will give you relief from chest congestion. Carrot juice: It is not a common home remedy to fight a cold and cough, but carrot juice helps to fight a cough. It may be unconventional but it makes an interesting drink. Drink it to prevent cough and reap the benefits of carrot juice.

Hi I recently moved to hyderabad from chennai. Im facing hairfall issue, if I take bath and rub my head using towel I cn see two hair and also while combing hair I can still see it. Eat foods that are rich in calories like pulses, cereals, meat, bread, rice, dry fruits, and nuts. You can also follow by adding vegetables like French beans, broccoli, Chinese cabbage, carrots, lettuce, spinach, asparagus, pumpkins, and eggplants to your diet. Add a healthy portion of red meat to your diet too if you are non vegetarian. But keep in mind not to overdo it. The aim is to add weight, not cholesterol! You can even add olive oil in generous quantities to your salads. Another way to add calories to your diet is by increasing the consumption of dairy products. Don€’t cut back on the fat content in your milk. Do not ask for low-fat curd, paneer, cheese, at the store. Make sure you consume a full calorie dairy product. DIET CHART TO GAIN WEIGHT - Breakfast: • One, big glass of orange juice or banana shake • A bowl of oatmeal to which dried nuts like almonds, walnuts and raisins are added—using skimmed or low-fat milk and some sugar • 2-3 whole eggs, scrambled or boiled if non- vegetarian • 2-3 slices of multi-grain bread coated with a bit of butter Pre-Lunch/Mid-day Snack: A bowl of yogurt made from low-fat milk Or A few granola bars that are fortified with raisins and sesame seeds Or Whole fruits like apples or chiku or mango Lunch: • At least one form of animal meat like chicken or meat, i.e. One to two servings.(if non- vegetarian) • 4-5 rotis made from whole wheat or multi-grain flour, smeared slightly with ghee. • A big bowl of dal • A cup full of boiled rice • If eating meats is a problem, supplement it with cottage cheese made from tofu or low-fat milk Early Evening Snack: The better choice is a glass of low-fat milk to which an energy-inducing mix has been added. You can choose from a variety of malted mixtures. Try to add more of the malted mix rather than using synthetic sugar. You can use a few high-fiber biscuits or cookies to dip and munch upon. Dinner Options for Gaining Weight Dinner needs some planning since you need to end your day on a calorie high. You should combine at least one type of green vegetable along with a dal or a serving of chicken or fish with some gravy. It is better to have more of rice for dinner rather than rotis from the perspective of gaining weight. Ensure you ask the person cooking meals to use lentils with higher calorie content. This includes black grams and kidney beans. Options for Post-Dinner Snack Dry fruits and yogurt • Fruits like strawberries, apples, mangoes or grapes I hope the above diet chart will help you.
