I am a voracious beer man. I drink beer almost everyday (often wheat beer over lager). Lately I have been feeling that the day after, I consume beer, goes with the issues like upset stomach, stress, tiredness sort of things. I never do scotch or any other hard drink but wine, that too seldom. I am almost 27 years old guy and weigh 62 kgs. I do not know but capacity has also gone down with the years. Is there anything which I should be bothered about. And kindly enlighten about the beer unit. Is 1 unit= 1pint or 1 can or 1 bottle.

Drinking daily definitely reduces the stamina. It will affect you more if you don't exercise and eat good. My advise to you is to exercise daily and eat very healthy food. 1 unit is 1 pint if you drink daily.

1. Whole Eggs – Eggs are the best and high source of protein for muscle-building. A single egg consists of 6g of protein and essential vitamins and minerals. Also include egg yolk in your diet. Don’t worry about calorie in yolk. Yolk consists of essential dietary fat like Omega 3, and half of it contains essential amino acids. So it is important to eat a whole egg with an egg white and yolk. Eggs are the best source of protein and are easily available. So get the best effect of muscle building with egg. So include egg in your diet daily to gain muscles. 2. Fish – Fish is also the best source of protein diet available. It contains 6 g of protein per ounce. Apart from the protein content it contains essential fat Omega 3 essential for quick muscles gain. Also, it is beneficial due to its less saturated fat and no carbohydrate. So to gain muscles include fish twice weekly in your diet. Include variety of fish such as tuna, mackerel, salmon and sardines to get a high amount of protein. 3. Soy – Soy foods provide the best and complete source of protein as a plant source. It is considered as the complete source of protein as it contains a variety of amino acids for muscle gain. It is important for gaining muscles as it is low in saturated fats and cholesterol-free. Apart from muscle gain it is proved beneficial for the heart, diabetes and many more. So include it in your daily diet to gain muscles and also to get many more health benefits. There are various types of soy products like soy milk, tofu, grains and soy chunks are also available. 4. Chicken and Turkey – Another best source of lean and high protein food for muscle gain is poultry and turkey. They are high in protein food easily available and plays an important role in developing muscle growth. It provides 30 g protein in 100 g of chicken or turkey. It you wish to lose fat and gain muscle then try grilled chicken or add in your sandwich or salads. 5. Nuts – Snack time food, nuts are also good source of protein. It is important for proper development of muscle. It provides high protein also it contains essential many essential vitamins and minerals important for normal growth and function of body. You can include almond, walnut, cashews and peanuts. So enjoy the taste and health benefits.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To get rid of tiredness.

Hye, Thanks for the query. If you want to gain some weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. 1. Eat 5 to 6 meals a day In order to gain weight, you need to start eating 5-6 meals a day. However, it is important that you break these meals into parts, as eating a lot at once may result in indigestion. Also, be sure to include healthy foods in your diet for a healthy weight gain. 2. Weight train at least 3 times a week When you train with weights, your muscles grow. 3. Consume more calories than you burn. Eating calories more than your normal intake may not be easy, but you must do it if you want to stop being skinny. Make sure you don’t do it just by overeating at once, but instead do it gradually over the whole day. 4. Work out your entire body A lot of gym goers usually train only the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Make sure you workout your entire body for a wholesome weight gain. 5. Load up on protein As informed earlier, you have to consume more calories than your normal intake every day. You can do this by eating foods rich in protein like dairy, pulses, dals, nuts, dry fruits, sprouts, smoothies, milk shakes etc. 6. Drink your calories It may be tough to meet your calorie requirements by just eating. Drinking milk, lassi, milkshakes or fruit smoothies with little or no sugar can be a great way to load up on the required calories. 7. Try and eat fast (but don’t choke on it) Your body takes some time to give signals of satiety which is why eating fast can help you eat more. 8. Focus on recovery after each workout Stretching exercises, foods rich in carbohydrates can help recover your body significantly. Also, you should aim for 8 hours of sleep as inadequate sleep can cause several problems. 9. Be patient with yourself

Hello Prolonged working on laptop/TV/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. First of all detoxify yourself with mild migration at home. Start light food. Do some pranayam and light exercises. As you start having'flared agni' i.e. Agnideepan (proper hunger) then start Brunghan and balya food and herbs slowly incrementing the qty. If Agnideepan is not started by itself, pl follow our Shodhan Deepan pachan regime for perfect metabolism and then start balya and Brunghan food n herbs. For example Panjiri is also a balya and Brunghan food provided it's processed with such herbs properly. For any assistance pl consult on private Lybrate chat.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.
