Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation twice a day. Take mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Rice. Walk for atleast 30 minutes a day. Do pranayama early morning. Sleep for atleast 7 hrs per day.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi, As you spend a lot of time in a sitting. The default position for many people is shoulders forward, hips flexed, back slightly bent, and hunched over. This Position leads to tightness, inflexibility, and poor posture. You need something to open your body back up, pull you into proper alignment, and help you stand up straight. It’s important to stretch out the overactive muscles in the chest and upper back, and stimulate the under-active ones in the mid-back and shoulders. You need flexibility exercises, conditioning exercuses and core muscle execise Here are some stretches and exercises to try at the end of the day, or while you’re at work. Like doing pecotrals stretch Trapezius stretch Hip Flexor stretch Spina stretch in Child pose #Remember to stand once an hour. #Get about 30 minutes of aeribic activity per day like walking Suggest you learn strecthes under guidance of physiotherapist Thanks take care.

My son (26 yrs) has severe pain in back for last 30 hrs. Ultra sound shows 2 stones inside kidney & 1 in track. Kindly advice risk % of kidney damage if it does not come out automatically in a few days. What can be done to expedite the procedure. What are the other risks if we allow the problem to continue & wait for it to come out.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem. you must consult a urologist.

Dear lybrate-user, by now you must be knowing that unfortunately allopathic medical science has no cure for muscular dystrophy. It is dreadful disease which increases in intensity and severity with passage of time. The good news for you is that fortunately ayurveda has some hope of light in such cases. Ayurveda medicines along with panchakarma therapies (bio-purification) can give better results in it. These treatments also help in curbing the spread of the disease and also giving some relief in the existing painful signs and symptoms. Specific panchakarma treatments like - patra pinda pottali sweda, basti chikitsa, shali shashtika sweda are extremely beneficial procedures for patients of muscular dystrophy.

Regarding food try to take little quantity of food every four hours time of regular food time for pain apply hot water and cold water fomentation thrice a day for 12 days of 15 minutes duration each use hard even and firm mattresses for sleep further details come on private consultation via lybrate. I twisted my knee twice while playing football. Ten days later I fell off from my scooter and hurt the knee. It got sandwiched between the road and the scooter. X-rays revealed no fractures. It's been about 2 months now. How should I deal with this knee problem? There is still some pain left of the scooter accident.

There are a couple of tests ill suggest you which will lead us to an appropriate diagnosis. Chest pain can be lungs or heart related where as joint pain can have various reasons. Few investigations will help you come to the right solution instead of just doing general treatment.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

I am 73 years old. I have ligament tear problem it is proving difficult to walk because of imbalance while walking. I have really no pain and less stability in left knee joint. Some orthopedic doctors say osteoarthritis is setting in, and some say ligament tear is there and better to do ortho scopy. Key hole surgery ihave x-rays and ct scan done.

Well, for ligament injury, arthroscopy surgery is done and ligament is reconstructed. At 73, I would prefer not to do this as results in this age are not known. Usually this surgery is done in younger and more active population. For you, it would be appropriate to use donjoy knee brace for acl tear. Perform hamstring strengthening exercises and you would be good.

You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Calc phos 200x + Nat phos 200 x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days and consult private online.

Hi dear in your joint have less stability and you need to strengthen your muscles. Need to use crap bandage and immobilize for 2 days do --do proper icing twice in a day with duration of 15 min inform me after two days will give you further program how to straighten and what exercises you have to do take care.

Requires detailed investigation and examination Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5 days, inform.
