I am 26 male I am suffering from back pain and headache day to day thats increase and more pain use many medicine but no result what can I do.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I get pain started from foot and goes upto knees twice a week. Someone suggested me get uric acid checked up so it came around 11%so I started taking homeopathic medicine named berbaris Pentagon it helped but still pain happens kindly suggest me best remedies.

I am a. Non vegetarian. Three years back I list 15 KGS. But now I am not able to decrease further. I am 65kgs now and my height is 4'11. I want to lose another 8kgs at least. I do workouts when I am free at least thrice a week but not very high intensive.

You should have 2 tablets chitosan medician 30 minutes before meal and avoid eating in between medician or meal. This will reduce 3 to 4 kg per month definitely without any side effects.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

I think I have piles. It bleeds with stool and make me soo week soon after, I am computer engineer so I have to spend 8 to 10 hours, sitting in front of computer and it start panning after 2 or 3 hours of sitting. And it feels so irritated as I can not help my self.

If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc, my advice is: - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required let me know how you are feeling. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine (ap & lateral) and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Avoid long sitting. Tk break between study. Use soft pillow for back support. Avoid toward bending heat fermentation twice a day. Tk muscle relaxant medicine. And do stretching exercise of spine.

He is suffering from poly villonodular synovitis pvns in his left knee from last two and half years. Please suggest what is the best treatment for it?

It must be investigated. Get a MRI of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. Firstly you have to do physiotherapeutic exercises for your knees. When your thigh muscles are stronger you may not need drugs at all. If your pain is still severe you may take some pain killers and do the exercises regularly to come out of pain.

: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Sir I have problem in back for last 10 years. I can't sit continuously for 2 or 3 hours. But while in standing position there is no problem at all. What should be remedy for me. Or suggest me medicines.

As I understand your problem is common with many people when they sit for prolonged periods in wrong postures and develop pain in lower back or neck. You are advised to stretch your legs while sitting for longer periods, excercise your body mucles by getting up in between and walk few stpes and again come to work. Place your table contents like computers etc. (if you use) at proper angles so that you do not get more curbed forward. Avoid pain relieving drugs and resort to proper back exercises / walking and massage of body parts. If you don't get relief it will be better to get your vitamin d from exposing yourself to sun and good diet containing vitamin d and calcium. Extension excercises of back muscles will also help.
