It could be due to ring worm onfection 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for 1 week 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine at bed time, if there is severe itching 3. Avoid excessive sweating 4. Maintain personal hygiene

As my diet is very poor I'm planing to take WOW fish oil. WOW biotin 10,000 mg And multivitamin Is it safe to take. Also what time should I take All these 3 supplements.

Dear Lybrateuser, - It is natural that the heart beats become fast as we exercise, on cooling down or resting it comes back to normal after sometime which is different for different person - do warming for 5-10 min before the main exercise schedule & also do cooling down for 5-10 min after exercise - also include deep breathing & yoga in your schedule as it will help your body relax & bring your heart rate down - also get your blood hemoglobin & thyroid hormone checkup done if your resting heart rate is high (90-100 beats / min or more) - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, whole grains, protein foods & healthy fats, avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee per day.

Please follow my prescription. 1) Berberis Equifolium @ (mother tincture) To be taken 10 drops thrice daily before food. And same medicine 10 ml in 20 ml glycerine and apply on face twice and report.

Avoid scrubbing your face. Do not steam or sauna. If you swim, use a sunscreen prior to it and after. Avoid face cosmetics for the time being. You can press powder onto your sunscreen if at all you want to use a cosmetic. Drink two litres of water everyday. Pick up carrots, papaya, pumpkin, black grapes to have everyday. These contain important antioxidants and phytonutrients which vil soften your skin. Do not stress over anything. Pray-itll distract you off your stress. You can use this do it yourself mask at home which vil give you an instant glow. Mix 1 tbsp puree each of papaya and carrot with 1 tbsp of curd and 1 tbsp of aloe vera. Apply it across your face or dull body part for ten to fifteen minutes and wash it off without soap.

Hi, Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8.Do sitz bath twice daily. 9. Avoid sedentary life style. 10. Do not travel long distances by sitting; sleepers are preferrable.
