1. Keep your skin clean and dry. 2. Treat athlete's foot at the same time if you have it. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence. 3. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 4. Wash your underwear and athletic supporter frequently. 5. Put on your socks before you put on your underwear if you have athlete's foot. 6. Take off wet swimsuits quickly. 7. Avoid carrying wet or sweaty clothing in your gym bag. 8. Treatment - your best options include lamisil, lotrimin ultra, and/or naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer lotrimin ultra which contains butenafine hydrochloride over regular lotrimin af which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. 9. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch.

Maintain Healthy Skin - 9 Habits To Do It!

Healthy skin is a sign of overall good health and vitality. Skin problem is one of the most persistent problems encountered by people. It is imperative therefore that you take care of your skin to avoid skin disorders. Various factors such as pollution, smoking, eating processed food and a sedentary lifestyle contribute to unhealthy skin. There are certain habits which can be followed by you on a regular basis to restore the health of your skin. Some of them are-

1. Exercise regularly
Exercising on a regular basis improves your skin health as it increases blood circulation in the body. Consequently, it helps in delivering various nutrients to the skin which in turn defers aging. Daily exercises also prevent the onset of various skin disorders.

2. Keeping it clean
You should keep your skin clean to prevent the buildup of dirt. This prevents clogging of the pores and enables the skin to breathe. 

3. Intake of vitamin C in various forms
Vitamin C is used in the collagen production process by amino acids. One of the most convenient ways of maintaining the glow of your skin is to introduce fruits and vegetables which are rich in vitamin C. 

4. Quit smoking
The pursuit of healthy skin necessitates immediate disengagement with smoking. This fatal habit should be avoided at all cost, as it triggers and facilitates the aging process. It also aggravates the production of free radicals in the skin which in turn adversely affects the skin.

5. Less exposure to the sun
Exposure to ultraviolet rays of the sun may damage the collagen structure of the skin. It also causes tanning and increases your chance of developing skin cancer.

6. Avoid sweet food
Consumption of sweets may lead to the formation of various substances which threaten to damage the collagen structure and subsequently aggravates the aging process.

7. Antioxidants
Fruits and leafy vegetables are generally packed with antioxidants. A potential damage of the skin can be deterred by including them in the diet

8.  Massage
Skin massages facilitate blood circulation on the skin and eradicates the damaging effect of the free radicals. This ensures that you have healthy and refreshed skin.

9. Plant proteins
The level of oestrogen falls drastically in women after menopause, leading to the development of wrinkles.Food such as soy, nuts and beans minimise this effect by replenishing the level of oestrogen in the body and therefore must be incorporated in the diet.

Hi 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

treating dark circles around eyes 1.Drinking lots of water is good 2.Take nutritious and timely food. 3.Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, greens, milk and whole grains. 4.Have timely and adequate sleep. This is one of the major reasons for sagging of skin 5.Be relaxed and avoid tension 6.Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and face. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. 7.Don?t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun.. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. 8. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. Your skin ?breaths? through its pores which are not to be closed for long. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Your complexion will improve and dark rings will disappear. Hello, to get rid of black heads and white heads take half lemon and 4- 5 drops of honey. Scrub your face gently for 5 mins and concentrate on the affected areas like nose, chin, etc. Leave the mixture of lemon and honey on face for 10-15 mins. You will see results immediately. Lemon juice will cleanse and honey will moisturise. It will reduce the oilness also. For herbal remedies to cure it permanently you can consult me.
