I am working as seaman, whenever I go to different places ; constipation problem occurred. Though I don't forget to carry kayam churna, isabgol husk. But they don't work. I am looking for permanent solution.

Limit the amount of white bread, sugar, meat, junk food and milk products (cheese, milk, butter, cream.) and increasing fresh fruits, veggies, water and fiber (beans, oats,) also yogurt really helps due to the probiotics. Maybe you could do a food diary for a period, eliminate a couple of items at a time and build up until you have added enough other of good items to make the stools loose. Oatmeal helps out tremendously. Figure out the diet and once you've added enough good things, slowly pull back on the laxatives and pay attention as you go. This could be a food allergy, do some research, usually its lactose (dairy), nuts, sugar, food coloring, preservatives. Try to avoid boxed and processed foods which have more preservatives, calories, fat, high carb. I hope some of this helps. In the mean time try (biochemic) biocombination numb 4. Requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your mothers personality and to treat her symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication, can consult me pvt.

I have two white boils on my testicles. And a few times during the day normally in morning during morning duties I get itchy/healthy feeling on testicles which subsides later. Could it be due to heat since I do eat non veg food daily or are signs of any std or other skin issues?

Masturbating twice daily is definitely harmful. It can cause erectile dysfunction, early discharge, size problem of penis and sperms count problem and body weakness and memory problem in the long run.

You are suffering from grade IInd erectile dysfunction. A healthy erection must be hard enough even after the discharge. Hardness plays a major role during sexual satisfaction and pleasure. 1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking,jogging,running,swimming,cycling etc) 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet a)Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal,rice, pasta b)avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food,. c)include more fiber like pulse,green leafy vegetable, legume. d)Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi, chickoo,sapota, seethaphal jack fruit,grape etc. can have fruits like guava, pineapple,papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato e)Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. f)Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. g)Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. h)Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 5.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar 3 monthly and HbA1c six monthly 6.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Ashwagandha is also good medicine for it. Do kegal exercise. Kegal exercise designed to strength your pelvis floor muscles. It helps also in increase size of penis. This can help improved erection quality and indirect enlarge penis. First find your pelvis muscle. While urinating contract pelvis muscle stop the flow of urine hold it for 10 seconds and release urine. Repeat this exercise 3 to 10 time per day. First have faith that what ever plan you are making is going to be successful. Then have faith that whatever you have read you remember that. Do not set unrealistic goals, sleep in between and take breaks after every two-three hours fop studies for 15 minutes or so, watch some tv, talk to someone, eat some almonds, fruits etc.

If you mean masturbation 7-8 times/day-- then this is not at all a healthy habit. Please note that once/twice a week is normal for being healthy otherwise. Regarding your blood disorder that will not be much affected by this -- but you need to keep your health at great.

You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4.
