Dear , Creatinine levels can be changed with proper water metabolism and does not necessarily need medicine support all the time. Neprosave is too strong a medicine. First of all, you need to reduce your weight by atleast 35 kgs to be able to reduce the burden on all you body organs. Any amount of medicine will help reduce the symptom, but a proper lifestyle, weight, proper regulated food are essential to maintain proper health. Regards.

Hi, I just want to know how to get rid of Pimples I have many pimples on my face and my skin is oily.

Hi, I just want to know how to get rid of Pimples I have many pimples on my face and my skin is oily.
Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

Why do the doctors advice to put strips of wet clothes on the four head of the person having temperature.

Why do the doctors advice to put strips of wet clothes on the four head of the person having temperature.
It doesn't cure the fever. That part is mediated by your brain. It does help though! water, though, is a pretty incredible molecule. The reason that you sweat is that water is able to absorb an incredibly large amount of heat energy, and the act of the sweat evaporating literally removes heat from the body. The theory with placing a cool, wet cloth on the forehead not only makes the febrile person more comfortable, but it helps absorb the heat produced by the body as the water evaporates. This is why the best treatment for heat exhaustion is to place the patient in front of a fan and misting them with water; this action mimics the body's natural sweat response and helps to bring their body temperature back down to a more acceptable level.

yes sir it is bad for your heart. High cholesterol is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease, a cause of heart attacks, and reducing blood lipid levels lowers the cardiovascular risk.4 High levels of LDL lead to a build-up of cholesterol in the arteries, whereas HDL carries cholesterol to the liver for removal from the body.2 A build-up of cholesterol is part of the process that narrows arteries, called atherosclerosis, in which plaques form and cause restriction of blood flow.2 High cholesterol levels are a result of modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. Two major risk factors, diet and exercise, are highly modifiable, meaning that something can be done to change these risk factors and reduce the likelihood of having high cholesterol.2 Limiting intake of fat in the diet helps manage cholesterol levels. In particular, it is helpful to limit foods that contain:2 Food sources of cholesterol Meat, cheese and egg yolks are sources of cholesterol. Cholesterol (from animal foods, such as egg yolks, meat and cheese) Saturated fat (found in some meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, and deep-fried and processed foods) Trans fat (found in some fried and processed foods). Being overweight or obese can also lead to higher blood LDL levels, with regular exercise helpful in managing this risk factor.2 The primary causes of high cholesterol are genetic - very high LDL levels are found in the inherited condition familial hypercholesterolemia.5 Abnormal cholesterol levels may also be secondary to the following:5,6 Diabetes Liver or kidney disease Polycystic ovary syndrome Pregnancy and other conditions that increase levels of female hormones Underactive thyroid gland. Drugs that increase LDL cholesterol and decrease HDL cholesterol (progestins, anabolic steroids and corticosteroids).

I am 17 years old. My head and eye is very paining so what I am doing for this paining?
Hello. Firstly get your eyesight checked up as soon as possible…it is strongly advisable that you keep yourself away from laptops, televisions until you get cured. Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping… The most effective remedy for these kind of problems is" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Furthermore it is advisable that you keep yourself stress free by practicing breathing exercise (pranayam) everyday. Oil your scalp regularly with mustard oil. Lastly take at least 8 hours of sleep, no matter how hectic the schedule maybe. Thanks.

Hallucinations - Few Warning Signs You Might be Suffering From!

Hallucinations - Few Warning Signs You Might be Suffering From!

Getting Hallucinations is a mental condition where a person sees, feels, hears, and tastes things that actually don't exist beyond one's heightened imagination or delusion. It involves the experience of perceiving something not present. Hallucinations can be pleasing or frightening. However, there is almost always an identifiable cause behind it.

They can be triggered by:

  1. Taking hallucinogenic or psychotropic substances
  2. Mental conditions like dementia and schizophrenia
  3. Neurological conditions like Alzheimer's disease or Parkinson's disease
  4. Macular degeneration, leading to loss of vision
  5. Migraines and brain tumor can also lead to such delusions

Some of the signs of hallucinations:

  • Hearing voices: The medical term for hearing voices is called an 'auditory hallucination'. A person may sense sounds or noises coming from inside or outside of their mind. The noise might be random or disrupting. One might also feel the voices talking to each other or trying to tell them something. Most of the times, these voices come from inside the person's mind; or in some cases, one's heightened perception may make a normal noise delusional.
  • Seeing things: This is also called visual hallucinations. For instance, one may see unnatural things like a floating chair in thin air. It all depends on a person's perception. Sometimes these hallucinations appear as bright flashy spots or rays of light.
  • False sense of taste and smell: Technically these are known as gustatory and olfactory hallucinations respectively. One may feel a kind of odor coming from one's body or surrounding; or a person might feel that something he/she is drinking or eating has an odd taste. This is again heightened mal-perception causing delusional sensory activities.
  • Tactile hallucinations: This is when a person feels things that don't exist. One may feel that he/she is being touched or tickled even when no one else is around or that insects are crawling beneath the skin. One may experience strange sensations, which are not a part of a reality. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Neurosurgeon.
