Hello lybrate-user! you have to get an rct done immediately for your tooth which will help you get relief from the pain amd sensitivity. If you have the broken half of the tooth, take it with you to your dentist so that he/she can assess it and help in restoring your teeth back after the rct has been done.

A dentist made a hole on my teeth as she wanted me to have a root canal treatment 5 months back. She did a temporary filling. I did not go after that to any of the dentists. Now the temporary filling is gone. There is a ball kind of structure growing near my teeth and again disappearing. I have alot of pain now And I can not eat and chew with that teeth. Will it harm if I keep it open only nd do not opt for RCT? I am tooscared to do it. Please suggest an alternative to make it like before again.

The tooth is again infected and that ball kind of thing is an abscess. This abscess can increase in size if not treated. You should go see a dentist immediately otherwise extraction may be required. It is easily treatable but you need to act fast!

Dear lybrate user, avoid spicy and fried foods, drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated, avoid taking stress. Normally ulcers take 7-14 days to heal completely. Consult your dentist and get it checked as we cannot prescribe medicines without a clinical checkup.

Hello, the pain could be because of eruption of your wisdom tooth. Salt water rinses will give temporary relief from pain. So visit the dentist, get an x-ray done and if required get it removed.

Hello, as it is naturally by birth, it has to be corrected by surgical process only. No medicine can help you in this. This is very frank suggestion the dentist as well as I am saying you. Better not to get misguided by anyone who suggests you that it can be done by medicines. Take care. :)

I think you have developed gingivitis(bleeding gums) which causes bleeding. Get scaling (cleaning)done which might reduce your bleeding to some extent and this will also help you in reducing bad breath. Do flossing and use mouthwash.

Was your wisdom tooth removed? if so, then pain could radiate to the temporal area and give you headache. Your joint could have been pulled or the muscles stretched. This can also give you a headache. Whatever be the reason, it should become less over a period of time. If not, please go and consult a dentist to find out the cause and get treated properly.

Bad breath can be reduced or prevented if you: practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with whitening (bleaching or laser) procedures and / or artificial enamel filling. Advance procedure can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person too. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
