Cold, cough and throat problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Mix some salt in warm water and do gargling early in the mornings. * Steam inhalation will relieve your congestion *. Keep a clove (lavang) in your mouth and slowly chew it. *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. You can try out ginger ale.but it is better to get her auscultated(checked through a stethoscope) by a general practitioner so that he can give you some mucolytics so that the csputtum will pass out through the stools.meantime also avoid cold food and drinks.

I was was born in 1988. I was suffering from asthmatic problem when I was three years old. Suddenly after two years the problem disappeared. Got married in 2005. Since then I am suffering from allergies of dust, food and contact to dirtiness. When I suffer from allergies, I get angry very soon. Most of the time I spend on irritation. I want to get rid of allergies as well as irritation.

MS - ENT,MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Kolkata
Dust allergy is partly genetic and partly environmental. Thus it never goes away. With better, less dusty environment  the extent if the problem gets reduced. Medicines help to downregulate the immune response of your body to these environmental allergens. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems.  Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic allergic rhinosinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays. *You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Regular cleaning of AC air filters. Wearing mask while driving 2 wheelers/working in dusty  areas Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed.  Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. Around 30 %of people with allergic rhinitis  will develop Asthma if not treated. But majority of patients with asthma are allergic to dust. Active treatment  of nasal allergy reduces Asthma attacks and medicine requirements. This improve  quality of life. Hope this helps

So there are symptoms which are non specific to a particular organs such as any type of tb patients will have fever of low type for a long time, there will be loss of appetite and weight loss, night sweats. As pulmonary tb is most commonly occurring tb its symptoms along with non specific symptoms mentioned above also consist of cough with sputum production, blood in the sputum. Tb of other organs will have non specific symptoms along with few symptoms related to that specific organ. Suffering from cold 24/7 and causing problem in breathing so due to that suffering from asthma help me out please.

MBBS, MD - Internal Medicine
Internal Medicine Specialist, Faridabad
Nasal decongestants - unclog a stuffy nose Cough suppressants - quiet a cough Expectorants - loosen mucus so you can cough it up Antihistamines - stop runny noses and sneezing Pain relievers - ease fever, headaches, and minor aches and pains Here are some other things to keep in mind about cold and cough medicines. Read labels, because many cold and cough medicines contain the same active ingredients. Taking too much of certain pain relievers can lead to serious injury. Do not give cough medicines to children under four, and don't give aspirin to children. Finally, antibiotics won't help a cold. you can take antihistamine medicines...
