Sir I present complete 6 weeks pregnant 1st scan is completed but baby heart beat not Seen any problem please explain...
Heartbeat The fetal heartbeat is often detectable at a six-week ultrasound. The normal fetal heartbeat at six weeks is about 90 to 110 beats per minute. Detecting a heartbeat at this stage indicates that the pregnancy will probably continue and not end in miscarriage, although this is not absolutely guaranteed. If the sonographer cannot detect a heartbeat, the pregnant woman will generally be advised to come back in another week or two to check again, since sometimes a heartbeat that is undetectable at six weeks may be stronger and more noticeable at seven weeks or more.

Diabetes affects all organs in the body – Eyes, kidneys, nerves, reproductive system all are affected, In fact, from toe to hair. For diabetic control, patient and doctor should be in constant touch for regular follow up and advice. The common symptoms are :-Both types of diabetes have some of the same tell-tale warning signs. Hunger and fatigue. Your body converts the food you eat into glucose that your cells use for energy. But your cells need insulin to bring the glucose in. If your body doesn't make enough or any insulin, or if your cells resist the insulin your body makes, the glucose can't get into them and you have no energy. This can make you more hungry and tired than usual. Urinating more often and being thirstier. The average person usually has to pee between four and seven times in 24 hours, but people with diabetes may go a lot more. Dry mouth and itchy skin. Because your body is using fluids to make pee, there's less moisture for other things. You could get dehydrated, and your mouth may feel dry. Dry skin can make you itchy. Blurred vision. Changing fluid levels in your body could make the lenses in your eyes swell up. They change shape and lose their ability to focus. Diabetes, often referred to by doctors as diabetes mellitus, describes a group of metabolic diseases in which the person has high blood glucose (blood sugar), either because insulin production is inadequate, or because the body's cells do not respond properly to insulin, or both. It is a difficult task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (Self-Monitoring of Blood glucose – SMBG). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of Fasting sugar (FBS) and 2 hours after food (PPBS), & HbA1C (inform me) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ Insulin will be needed. There are different diet plans of varying calories for each person depending on his activity & life style. For diabetes, hypertension (high BP) and many long-term illness control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch personally. See lybrate-user. your gynec must be reasonable lady. If you don't want a pregnancy then don't get pregnant. If you have concieved. We as a doctor should tell the risk associated. If nothing happens then it's good. But if anything goes unplanned who should be planned. It's your personal affair. With full knowledge, take a call.

Will there any possibility of getting periods for 4 months regularly and being pregnant?
One can have periods usually upto three months and still carry a normal pregnancy. This is caused implantation bleed. However bleeding in pregnancy can be from other causes also. Hence it is very important to get yourself examined to check that both mother and baby are fine.

Go for a Ultrasound uterus, CBC and a Thyroid profile. And get back with the results - 1.problems in ovary or uterus can cause irregular periods and hence a scan is necessary to identify that 2. Sudden Weight gain or loss can also cause irregular periods 3. Hormonal imbalance thyroid can cause irregularity too. 4. Low hemoglobin is a common cause for irregularity of [period in Indian women So it is best you get the basic tests done and then consult a fertility expert.

Hye, thanks for the query. Water intake depends on many factors like activity level, season, food intake, disease condition if any etc. Best way to ensure good intake of water is to sip on water through the day. You can be assured that you are taking enough water when the urine you pass is colourless (unless you are taking any medication or had fruits like beetroot). Also do not wait to be dehydrated and severely thirsty to have water. Ideally at least try to have at 2-3 liters of water per day (as long as you don't have any medical condition that needs restriction).

It's not pregnancy. You are just experiencing side effects of double I pill consumption. The symptoms should settle in a couple of days. However, they don't, please consult a doctor to rule out other causes of pain.

Since you have cyst in your right ovary and also fibroid uterus, so you may take time in conceiving naturally. we would suggest you to go for an IUI or IVF rather than trying by naturally for long time. You can trying conceiving for 2-3 months during your ovulation days( i.e after 10th day of your cycle till 20th day), if not succeed then consult infertility specialist.
