Hello , ou can control diabetes by having a medication prescribed by doctor. Its a degenerative disease inside from your body. But to completely get rid of diabetes, you should have a better control on your food habits. Along with your medication, if you take a proper diet of proteins, amino acids, vitamins and minerals these will work on your body hormonal balancing system once your harmon are working in a balancing way, slowing your degenerative diseases will be repaired and medication dosage will come down. Eventually you can continue diet without medication. Preparing your diet and nutrition chart doesn't much time, maximum half day. Let me know if I can help you with best nutrition. Get rid of diabetes will take time as this degeneration might happened from a long time, but we only come to know when you have a sympton out of it.

I have pigmented dark neck. It is very embarrassing what products I must use to get clear neck.
It is very essential to cleanse and exfoliate neck skin every day just as we do with our faces. When we neglect neck while pampering face, this results in patchy dark skin. So follow this daily care routine for getting rid of dark neck. • Take milk and rub your neck with it. Milk is an excellent cleanser and a toner too. • After cleansing, use a scrub, preferably natural one, to exfoliate the skin around your neck. • You may mix olive oil with sugar and rub gently to scrub your neck. • Sometimes use another scrub having bleaching agent such as lemon juice. You will find many scrubs here in this article that you can use for daily exfoliation. • After exfoliating, wash off with water and apply some moisturizer. • Whenever you go out, apply sunscreen to your neck along with your face. This will avoid pigmentation. • Never step out in sun when you apply lemon juice on your skin. This will make your neck darker than before. If you follow the above neck care regime daily, you will begin seeing result in a two week’s time. However, do not stop and continue cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing your skin. Home Remedy Oats is not only good for your overall health but also for your patchy dark neck. As we do not pay more attention towards cleaning our necks while doing every thing for our face- from cleansing, scrubbing, moisturizing and what not – our neck gets dirty with the oil and fine grit deposits. This makes it look patchy and dark. Oats can be used as a scrub as well as a mask for dark neck when mixed with certain other skin lightening ingredients. Use oats as a scrub for dark neck You will need: • Oats – ground it coarsely, do not make fine powder out of it • Tomato pulp • Water • Moisturizer Directions: • Take the coarsely ground oats powder. • Mix tomato pulp to it to get a paste like consistency. • Apply this mixture to your entire neck region. • Leave it for about 15-20 minutes. • Now wet your fingers a littles and start rubbing your neck gently in circular motions. The coarse oats will have an exfoliating effect to remove dead skin cells from your dark neck. • After scrubbing your neck with this natural oats scrub for about 5-7 minutes, wash off with water. • Apply some moisturizer on neck and massage gently. You may use this scrub twice or even thrice in a week depending upon the intensity of dark patchy skin on your neck. While oats will remove dirt and dead cells, tomato pulp will lighten the skin due to its natural bleaching properties.

Advice... Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold).

It is totally abnormal and is called postmenopausal bleeding. However small it may be, do not ignore it. Get checked by gynecologist as early as possible.

Goodmorning sir, I have been suffering with sever lower back pain for past 15 days. Mr. lybrate-user, Developing kidney stones is a repitative condition. If the stones are big, then either surgical removal or using a procedure called lithotripsy where stones are broken by using laser, are used. Smaller stones can be flushed out by drinking substantial quantity of water and also using certain ayurvedic drugs which seem to help in dissolving the stones. Plus you will have to avoid foods / vegetables containing oxalates and phytates. Thanks.

Dear doctor 1 eat plenty of bright colored fruits and salads 2 include curd daily in your diet 3 have high protein diet specially include soya in your diet which contains phyto-oestrogen which is good for strength and growth of hairs 4 sleep at least 8 hours a day 5 do not have stress 6 do not comb on wet hairs 7 do not massage vigorously on hairs.

Hi Thanks for your query and welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from Fortis hospital, New Delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - To maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - If pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - Physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - Adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - Ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - Analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - Avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Hello lybrate-user you can go for dermaroller with vitamin c serum. You can also go for dermaroller with prp (platlet rich plasma). Five to 6 sessions of co2 fractional laser can be done monthly for superior results. Laser may have side-effects and is a costly affair, whereas dermaroller is cost effective with no side-effects. Drinking at least between 10 and 14 - 8oz. Glasses of water every day is another great way to prevent hair loss. Water helps wash off toxins from your body. These toxins could be a major reason for hair loss. Drink distilled water or at least filtered water that does not contain chlorine, lead, etc. For healthy hair.

I am 29 years old. My wight is 60 kg, 4 years completed to my marriage. I m going to take treatment form wadia since 1 year but still I m not conceiving. My periods are not coming monthly. I m hypothyroid patient, neomarcazole 5 mg tablet I take early morning daily. During 8 months ago I done cyst operation it is normal but still I m not conceiving. Hi, great you share well n your best half is fine, only something is a miss so relax. As you shared your detected thyroid issue n on those medicines gd, continue the same with that can you consider to have authentic ayurveda opinion beside u. Ayurveda college gynac dept it may be suggested to under go basti therapy (classically vaman first then) with diet specially before 8 days of menses, though your ovulation date is to be tracked by usg, your stress free routine matters a lot. So to drain lots of toxic n non-toxic emotions n doshas/malas in side u. Is needed, by authentic ayurveda detox, this can be done with respect to season you visit to ayurveda.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hairgrowth and repair I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. This is due to lack of hydration in the mouth, avoid salty food, salt water gargling, and spicy food, this will further lead to dryness and wil cause throat pain. Start with shakes fruits and salads, just avoid juices, take fruit with its pulp.
