It would be better if you tell us all the symptoms that you have been getting. Frequent urination can be a normal thing if you don't have any other symptoms like burning sensation while urinating or pain abdomen or fever or anything unusual. When you're pregnant your womb tends to increase in size that leads to constant pressure on your bladder resulting in frequent visits to toilet. So do not worry if that is the case and take good care of your health. Do regular visits to your doctor and get periodic tests done. Good luck. But do get back if there is anything else that has been bothering you.

Hello- pregnancy depends upon the health of both the partners. If your tests are normal then go for the semen analysis of your husband, it might be possible that your pregnancy is delayed by the health problems of your partner.

Menstruation is a healthy experience of a woman’s life, and it must come habitually every 28 days, for a period of 3-4 days without coagulating, and the blood loss should correspond to about a quarter of a cup. For a woman, menstrual cycle is a virtuous indicator of her overall wellbeing. Some women get irregular periods that appear at longer intervals, an unpredictable discrepancy in the duration of the cycle and the normal twenty-eight day cycle is missing. Some women have very insignificant problems with menstrual cycles, while others experience a monthly torture.

Irregular menses is typical in early puberty and not generally perturbing. Women should be alarmed when periods are spaced out for more than two months, as this may suggest hormonal imbalance and ovulation problems. A woman’s customary hormonal cycle is contingent upon a subtle equilibrium between different hormones. Several potential triggers can stimulate hormonal imbalance leading to irregular menses. If a woman fails to ovulate, her ovaries will not receive a signal to produce a hormone called progesterone. Progesterone is essential in regulating the Uterine lining called endometrium, which is discarded during menstruation. Without progesterone, the endometrium persistently grows until it starts to break down and is disposed off as a very heavy uterine bleeding. The endometrium may also shed partially and intermittently, and bleeding becomes irregular or prolonged.

The patient feels menstrual discomfort with heavy bleeding and drawing pains in the pelvic region, thighs, and legs. These patients complain of habitual abortion due to uterine debility.
  3. Cimicifuga Racemosa: This remedy is intended for irregular and painful menses, with shooting pains that go down the hips and thighs, or cramps similar to labor-pains that are felt in the pelvic area. Women become restless, fearful, and depressed before a menstrual period. These women are strong, talkative, depressed, they try to injure themselves, and have dreams of impending evil, with fear of riding in a closed carriage.
  4. Lachesis: This remedy is suggested to women who are passionate, with a tremendous need for an outlet, both physically and mentally. The menstrual flow is irregular, heavy and brings relief of tension. These patients are very outspoken with strong feelings of suspicion or jealousy. They have an intolerance of restrictive clothing around the waist or neck.
  5. Lycopodium: This is an outstanding remedy for delayed menses that follows a heavy flow lasting more days. These patients have a ravenous appetite with a strong craving for sweets. They complain of abdominal bloating and flatulence, and always have a worried look with lack of confidence, though they may be bossy with their family.
  6. Murex Purpurea: This remedy works amazingly in Irregular Menstruation with large clots and feeling of protrusion. These patients feel very weak, are very conscious of a womb, and feel as if something is pressing on a sore spot in the pelvis. This sore feeling is worse on sitting, hence the patient always sits with legs tightly crossed. Least contact of parts causes violent sexual excitement in these women.
  7. Secale Cornutum: This is a useful remedy for Irregular menses in thin, shriveled skinned women. Their whole body is pervaded by a sense of great heat and they have burning pains in the uterus. Menses is irregular, dark and at times, there is continous oozing of watery blood until the next period. Their pregnancy concludes in a threatened abortion in the third month
  8. Sepia: This remedy is best suited to women who feel weary and dragged-out, and are indifferent to their own family members. She feels taken for granted and overworked, becomes irritable and sarcastic if demands are made. Menses is delayed with a feeling that the pelvic floor is weak, or as if the uterus is sagging.

Self-care measures for Irregular Menses:

  • Relax and ease stress.

  • Avoid exhausting physical exercise.

  • Eliminate any eating disorders.

From riding bikes to wearing tighty whities and, ironically, using sex toys, there are lots of rumors and myths surrounding male infertility. Bikes aren't bad for below

You've probably heard the rumors that bikes can do damage to his nether regions, but there's actually not much truth to this one. One small study from Austria found that male mountain bikers may experience more infertility from scrotal damage caused by jolting over rough terrain - but the study only looked at men who logged at least 3,000 miles a year (that's an average of two-plus hours a day, six days a week), which is pretty extreme. Plus, the study concluded that the bike's narrow, racing-type seats were to blame and that using newer, wider seats with cutout holes was a safe solution. The study's limited findings have been widely criticized in the medical community, and according to Karen Boyle, MD, FACS, director of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, Sexuality and Aesthetics at Chesapeake Urology Associates and clinical instructor of urology at George Washington University School of Medicine, there is no strong data to support the idea that cycling is bad for fertility. So even if your partner is the Lance Armstrong of mountain biking, you don't need to ban bikes. In fact, cycling is a great form of exercise, and staying healthy and fit is key for fertility.

Saunas and hot tubs are trouble

While many men like to follow their workout with a relaxing hot tub or sauna session, if you're trying for a baby, ask your man to skip both, says Boyle. Exposure to the high temperatures in saunas and hot tubs can heat things up down there, and if the temperature of the testicles gets too high, it can kill sperm and interfere with sperm production, potentially resulting in low sperm count and motility (read: There won't be so many of those swimmers, and they won't move so well). The damage isn't permanent, though, so tell your guy he can go back to his regular routine as soon as you see a positive on that pregnancy test.

Boxers are best

The answer to the boxers vs. briefs debate? Well, if you're trying to conceive, it actually doesn't matter. 'Men should wear whatever they feel most comfortable in,' insists Boyle, who says there's no conclusive evidence to support the idea that tight underwear or pants could do damage by squishing a guy's man parts or increasing scrotal temperature.

Laptops can burn more than just your lap

Considering laptops can get hot enough to burn their legs, guys might want to keep them away from the crown jewels too. There's evidence that just like in hot tubs and saunas, the heat from a laptop can raise the scrotal temperature, which, again, may interfere with sperm production. While not all experts agree that laptops can cause infertility, Boyle says that if you're trying to conceive, you may want to keep the laptop on a table or desk just to be safe.

Cell phones can cause interference

Lately, cell phones have gotten a bad rap, as some experts have linked them to a range of problems, including brain tumors, cancer, and infertility. So what's the deal? Well, we still don't fully know what the electromagnetic radiation in the form of radio waves that cell phones emit is doing to our bodies. But some studies have shown that it can lead to higher levels of free radicals in sperm samples, possibly decreasing the quality of those swimmers. 'While better studies are still needed,' says Boyle, 'the current data on infertility [and cell phones] is concerning enough to me that I suggest men keep cell phones out of their pockets and off their belts.' Hmm...maybe it's time men start embracing the man purse.

Age is a factor

While women are constantly being warned about the difficulty of conceiving as they get older, it turns out that even though men can (and regularly do) father children well after crossing the senior citizen mark, male fertility does decline with age. According to Joseph A. Hill, MD, president and CEO of The Fertility Centers of New England, sperm production decreases in men after age 40 and, certainly, after the big 5-0. Still, unlike women, who undergo menopause, men can conceivably conceive well after that (ahem, Rod Stewart).

Stress plays a major role in fertility

While you might not be surprised that your lifestyle plays a role in fertility, you might not realize how large a role stress plays in both male and female fertility problems. For guys, stress can lead to impotence, erectile dysfunction and even shut down the hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis (a fancy term for the group of glands that play a critical role in developing and regulating your reproductive system) - all of which can interfere with fertility. While it's next to impossible to avoid stress completely, it's important for both of you to work on managing your stress, especially if you're finding the whole getting pregnant thing...well, pretty damn stressful. So regularly do stress-reducing activities together, like going for walks, exercising, meditating or just sharing some laughs.

Expanding waistlines won't help you expand your family

Both of you should watch your weight if starting a family is part of the plan. So if you're trying to get in better shape to prep your body for baby, get your partner on board too. Adopting a healthy lifestyle will certainly boost your chances of conceiving. Plus, obesity in men is associated with decreased sperm count and quality, and excessive weight may also be associated with misshapen sperm, which can interfere with the sperm's ability to reach and penetrate the egg.

Oral sex is just a alternative sexual experience other than natural vaginal sex. Oral sex is neither compulsory nor mandatory for a good relationship among sexual partners. It is personal choice hence it is neither good nor bad.

If a women’s menstrual cycle varies from 26days to 31days cycle, The shortest cycle (26days) minus18days=8th day. The longest cycle (31days) minus 10days=21st day Thus, 8th to 21st day of each cycle counting from first day of menstrual period is considered as fertile period. That is UNSAFE PERIOD during which you should not have it. Period other than this fertile period in a menstrual cycle is considered as SAFE PERIOD.

10 Easy Tips For Staying Healthy In Winter

1. Boost immunity

It’s important to take care of our health throughout the year but during the winter months it becomes even more essential. Eating well, getting enough sleep and staying active are all important during winter to help keep you and your family healthy and to support your immune systems. Supplements containing herbs and nutrients such as echinacea, garlic, vitamin c, and zinc will help to support healthy immune function.

 

2. Keep moving

While it’s a little harder to find the motivation to exercise when it is cold outside, remember that keeping active during winter is essential to support our health and wellbeing. Moving your exercise indoors during winter will help to keep you warm as well as fit and healthy. Be sure to spend time warming up before you start your exercise as it can take a little longer for your joints to loosen up in the cold weather.

 

3. Eating well

As winter sets in it can be tempting to start eating more of those warm comfort foods that are often high in fat, salt and sugar. Instead, find comfort in foods such as warming and nourishing soups and stews full of flavour and healthy vegetables. This may be due to the reduced humidity, drinking less water than you would during summer or possibly due to reduced circulation which may decrease the flow of blood and nutrients to the skin. The viruses that cause colds are spread by sneezing, coughing and hand contact. Wash or sanitise your hands regularly and avoid close contact with someone who has a cold.
