Doctor I have asthma problem and fell very bad when it stat I feel problem to breath What to do to refuse this problem.
Dear Dr. I'm 48 years male. I was very thin till the age of 13; then slowly I gained the normal weight. My height is 5'-7. Till 1999 I was 72kg. But suddenly I started getting over-weight from the end of'99 & became 110kg within 2001. My bp was also normal (140/60) till that time. But the bp also went up to 210/120 & surprisingly remained same. I didn't took any medicine for my high bp; but after having an acute chest pain in february 2014- I started taking medicine & now my bp is 170/80 (avg.) till then this weight remains almost constant. I've tried diet, morning walks but with no result. Last week I got tested my blood for t3 t4 tsh - with the following result - t3 - 1.37 t4 - 8.26 tsh - 2.87 I don't have time to exercise I can not maintain diet regularly due to my work i'll be highly obliged, if you suggest me something- which is not only cost effective but easily available.

Hi doctor I am having problem with my wait I want to increase my wait . Kindly give me some suggestions.
I am 24 years old height 5'7" weight is 90 kg and obese. I was diagnosed with neurocysticercosis last and is on medication levipil 250 twice daily. Now I am preparing for upsc exams but under the constraints given by doctors like no late night study. But sometimes because of unavoidable reasons I had to take light breakfast and by some self precaution for obesity I take less food for lunch and dinner but comprises of vegetables in a good amount. But the day I have lite breakfast I start feeling dangerously weak until I take lunch. I feel like I am not able to stand or walk I feel like I have no strength. Now what may be the reason? Do antiepileptic medicines make us weaker because I never felt like this before I even stayed without food for a days or two during hostel life.

Random diets that are not balanced, a sedentary lifestyle that gives prominence to only digital activity rather than physical activity, consumption of empty calories in colas and having fattening, preservative laden junk food, are some of the common lifestyle traits that lead to unwanted weight gain. The sad thing is that children who are obese, don't just suffer from emotional problems and depression, they have to also deal with many other physical problems and are at a risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, early onset of heart disease, diabetes, bone diseases, heat rash, fungal infections, and acne. You can try to control this by following a few simple tips.
Eat right to reduce fat
Fruits should be an important part of daily diet.
Kiddie meals need a proper balance of everything -veggies, protein and carbohydrates.
Make interesting food items, salads and soups with healthy proteins like fish, chicken, paneer, milk, grams, leafy veggies.
Avoid red meat, sugar-laden foods, canned juices, aerated drinks and processed foods.
Give your child fibrous foods that can help keep the system clean.
Keep an eye on the potion size. Do not let your child overeat.
Mindful eating is essential. Take mealtimes seriously. Watching tv while eating leads to overeating.
Encourage your child to exercise
Make sure your kid indulges in active play.
Fat burning activities should form an important part of their daily routine.
Enrol your child in a dance or swimming class.
Make it a point to go out in the playground exercising or playing some sport along with your child. When you participate, your child also feels encouraged.
You could go for a brisk walk daily in the morning or evening, along with your kid.
