Hii hassan, as you are surviving from psoriasis, psoriasis is genetic disorder triggered due to stressful conditions and irregular life style. We are treating psoriasis using ayurvedic medicines. Psoriasis has three stages. First stage is when disease remain on skin and there are scaly patches. Second stage comes when there is pitting on nails and in last stage it enter the joints and there is pain in small joints. Generally patient use steroidal application on patches which give temporary relief and disease reappear after 2/3 days. In severe cases methotrexate is used which is not a safer option and is liver toxic. Ayurvedic external application give very quick results with sun exposure in clearing the scales and internal treatment does not allow the disease to re appear. You should use 3 gms of haldi with milk helps in psoriasis patients.

I am male and 25 years old. Even in the presence of saliva I feel thirsty and vomit. I am facing this problem from around 3 years. Even it has become difficult for me to speak. I have got frustrated because I cannot face interview, and several things due to this problem. So please help me.

Hello, What's your weight? As overweight can cause pain in body! Do take Calcium and Iron tablets regularly. Try to take enough rest (which might not be possible in your case because of small baby). If possible, start doing light exercises, you can take advise from physiotherapist as sitting for long hours which stagnant the blood circulation. Medication: Take Arnica 30 and Rhus Tox. 30 - both thrice daily for 3 weeks.

Knee advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

The word fat in itself is very alarming. Body fat or weight is the topic of concern for most people today. Hi, Take nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. You have not mentioned wt, about 45 kg at this is normal. Give him small in quantity frequent meals instead of heavy diet. If burning is not relieved, consult doctor.
