Hello with out proper consult. I can not give any advice. But for initial perpose use hot compression on low back. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting from ground and consult me after 15days.

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

pain is complex phenomenon, so there are many treatment options medications, therapies, and mind-body techniques. Hi looks like you have restless legs syndrome (rls) kindly rule out iron deficiency, diabetes. It can also be due to peripheral neuropathy alcohol and sleep deprivation. Treatment * begin a regular exercise program, *establish a regular sleep patterns, and *eliminating or decreasing the use of caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco, may be helpful. *leg massages *apply hot baths or heating pads or ice packs to the legs do reply for detail treatment plan. Hello . I think you are having a meniscal injury. Do you have any fall or twisting injury? do you have swelling? give rest to your knee apply ice and take some painkillers. Take out a xray of knee and feel free to share it with me.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Tea. Avoid alcohol consumption (if you consume). Do pranayama early morning.

Respected doctor, From past eight years I have been suffering from cervical lumbar spondylitis. From past three years I have experienced severe pain in my thighs. But from past one month I have experienced excessive pain in my right leg. I'm getting a lot of pain when I walk or sleep. The pain is unbearable. My doctor said it might be due to weak muscles. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Please tell me duration of pain and what was the initiating factor for it? what medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. I would like to know whether you have got your inflammatory profile done till now and whether calcium and vitamin d testing/supplementation has been done. A lot of knee pain in young adults is due to a condition called as chondromalacia wherein intensive physical therapy, calcium and vitamin d supplementation, short course of anti inflammatory medications and avoidance of certain activities initially will help. How to work in the house?

Housewives are the commonest victims of low backache. This is because of their working conditions. A standing kitchen is always better than the one where one has to squat on the floor to cook or clean the utensils. The washing machine for clothes should be adjusted to such a height that there is no strain on the back of the operator. Similarly, ironing of clothes should be done in standing position to avoid strain on the back.

Don? t ignore, lest it becomes starting point of a major problem.
